I just realized that in "Red Like Roses pt2" the first half is Ruby finding out her mother died and dealing with the grief, and the second half is Summer (Ruby's mother) expressing her sorrow at having died. In addition to this, Summer already knew the main problem with Salem: "I don't want you to waste your live in vain," and wanted Ruby to live her own life, not try to follow in her own footsteps.

Ruby doesn't want her friends to worry about her so she pretends to be fine and not bothered but her theme literally proves that she never got over her mom's death and is still very torn about it. She is a character that uses the Suffer in Silence method instead of seeking Help/Attention
Ruby is probably repressing so hard, shes held the Summer Maiden powers from merging with her basically her entire life.

@@andrewbrigmond8784 Yeah, it's hitting really different now after we found out what actually happened to Summer and it also showed that Raven, while being a deadbeat mother, was still in contact with Summer and given Raven's semblance, it also showed that she has a strong bond with her and Taiyang, despite the straining of their relationships.

Actually, now I understand better. It's not that part 1 and 2 transition well. It's the part 2 that has an intro which transitions well into the actual song.
Part 1 and 2 doesn't particularly transitions that well, neither for mirror part 1 and 2 or the others..

That how the Red Trailer goes Ruby kills the Grim wolfs to the music killing the last in a speed fury to go with the music and getting her 10 out 10 by killing the last as the music ends. This part one of the song. Also show a possible Ruby from the story who not shown up as of 9.
They may have not done Monty's plot as well as he would have but everything up though 8 part of Monty's idea and they might not be lying it though 20. So the dark turn was Monty's idea and it started when Monty had Cinder and crew show up season two.

I normally watch lyric videos to help me preform them correctly and this did that, but it also made me realize that part 2 most specifically is ruby and her mother conversing, for lack of a better term
Okay I don't know why but this feels like it has bigger impact than the other "Red like roses 1&2" videos... I got to research this.

Plus the video creator is perfectly conveying those messages through the medium of colour

Honestly part1 reminded me about team RWBY it rlly describes ruby as red . Weiss ( a royal test ). Black ( shadows ) and yang burning gold as in armed and ready “I am the golden one, who burns just like the sun”

Part 2 makes me cry everytime I listen it and the parts that Ruby and her Mom start singing back to each other that one part that Ruby and her Mom sing together it's like there talking to each other and arguing like just thinking about it makes me wanna cry in a good way

Im just blind and oblivious but I realize that this song isn’t a theory on her dealing with her mothers death it is… it is what she thinks constantly and summer’s last words of wisdom to her but she had no way of knowing. I now relate 10x more with her… ive always been silent in my suffering. Not wanting to Boch others attitudes.. I… I’m awestruck… I wish the creators treated this show better RWBY hella could have been treated better.. a LOT better.
