Buying a car? The Car should not total more than 1/2 your annual take-home income. And should be paid in cashier check/cash. Otherwise, it should be paid off within 24 months.
FICO Scores. FICO score is a measurement of debt. Not a measurement of wealth. There are millionaires that could not rent an apartment due to a lack of a FICO score but could write a check and buy the entire complex.
