At the end of the final verse of "I Can't Get Not Satisfaction" when Mick says "and I try and I try and I try and I try, I can't get no" Keith comes in too early with the main guitar riff. You hear him play a note, then pause before playing the riff.
Whole Satisfaction is full of not so precise playing of the riff, since it was supposed be replaced by horns. He maybe used the fuzz pedal, Maestro FuzzTone for first time at that session so yeah, he comes late, one times plays early, you can hear him switch it on and off.
That was fun!!😄 I agree, they were all most probably wasted in those recordings😆 5:02 That’s pretty much how I practice guitar😆 I’ve always noticed the “Dream On” one, and I kinda liked it - I thought it had character😀 Hey, I know it’s SUPER random, but just out of curiosity: was Charlie Chaplin ever your influence (comedy-wise)? I’m a HUGE admirer of Charlie Chaplin, I’ve seen a lot of his movies more than once, for sure. And when I pay attention to your physical comedy, I sense something slightly “chaplinesque” sometimes...😀
So I'm not the only one who noticed the 'Dream On' mistake!! I thought maybe it was intentional, but the other verses are perfectly normal. 🤔 Good call. I'm a HUGEEE Charlie Chaplin fan. I have his entire collection on DVD! 😂
I think the Paranoid "mistake" was Tony playing a trill, but it didn't sound out properly. And the Creep thing was because of having to re-record the track so many times that they just grew to hate it. Johnny Greenwood was actively trying to destroy the song with those iconic chugs
From what I always got from Paranoid tabs (which are all wrong probably) it's open stringed harmonics kinda sloppily played on the 12th fret A and D strings. Either way it's part of the song, he even plays it live like that.
I dunno, with the exception of the bass farts and Billie Joe Pottymouth, I think most of the sounds were just Canadian geese that snuck onto the recordings.🤔
7:20 thom did not hate it from the begining That was Johnny Greenwood He has ALWAYS hated it Always will The whole band hated it when they almost became a one hit wonder
That part sounds like an urban legend. I have heard this many times before. But this noisy stab is right in the style of Jonny Greenwoods guitarstyle. I don't think that he was trying to ruin the song. I think it is a made up story. I think that he was simply trying to put something cool into the song, which he succeeded in
Brian May said to Beato that he listened to Bohemian Rhapsody years later and the guitars at the end sounded sharp next to the piano so he re-recorded the guitar parts.
0:34 I think I know what Tony iommi did I think he slit his hand up the neck a little bit and he accidentally pressed too hard on the e string so it's made that sound
I really enjoy your videos... Thanks for taking the time to practice being as entertaining as you are !!!... I truly admire everything about your videos ! .... Super cheers Steve !!!
I've been a fan of your content for a few years, and you never cease to entertain! I loved songs like "Dream On" and I do have to agree, that little "meep" is hard to catch. Now I gotta re-listen to the song 😂
You have the BEST laugh! I've been playing guitar almost 50yrs (yes I'm old 👵). I really liked this vid a lot. And the fact you also play, quite well I might add, and are able to replicate❤ not just the songs but the oops moments lends credibility and explanations to those that are NOT old helping them to understand ancient recording techniques 😂. That. And the guitarist of old were probably on drugs 💊 😮
I'm late, but another interesting video idea would be songs that sound like other songs but don't really rip them off. My son noticed that Dream On and Heartbreaker by Pat Benatar share a melody. Have a great day!

No supprise cause stevie is like the alternate version of deadpool humour wise
7:14 It wasn't Thom Yorke, it was Johnny Greenwood, but u r right
It wasn’t Theaumme Yorque either
There’s TONS of these everywhere! Ahhhh the joys of LIVE recording. The best take wins EVEN if there’s a fuck up in it. Keeps it alive and interesting.
13:11 I think your just naturally funny Steve because I die laughing watching your videos all the time. 😂
You ALWAYS make me laugh til I cry! Bless you Stevie
Stevie: "They were probably on drugs"
Also Stevie: 13:13
Stevie T would be the perfect School of Rock teacher playing funny lil notes while people tell him thier Dog ate thier homework
Yer facial expressions are killing me 😂
8:07 awh, Steve actually cares about uss
At the end of the final verse of "I Can't Get Not Satisfaction" when Mick says "and I try and I try and I try and I try, I can't get no" Keith comes in too early with the main guitar riff. You hear him play a note, then pause before playing the riff.
Whole Satisfaction is full of not so precise playing of the riff, since it was supposed be replaced by horns. He maybe used the fuzz pedal, Maestro FuzzTone for first time at that session so yeah, he comes late, one times plays early, you can hear him switch it on and off.
The sloppy nature of the song just adds to its charm.
That was fun!!😄
I agree, they were all most probably wasted in those recordings😆
5:02 That’s pretty much how I practice guitar😆
I’ve always noticed the “Dream On” one, and I kinda liked it - I thought it had character😀
Hey, I know it’s SUPER random, but just out of curiosity: was Charlie Chaplin ever your influence (comedy-wise)? I’m a HUGE admirer of Charlie Chaplin, I’ve seen a lot of his movies more than once, for sure. And when I pay attention to your physical comedy, I sense something slightly “chaplinesque” sometimes...😀
So I'm not the only one who noticed the 'Dream On' mistake!! I thought maybe it was intentional, but the other verses are perfectly normal. 🤔
Good call. I'm a HUGEEE Charlie Chaplin fan. I have his entire collection on DVD! 😂
My soul died at laughing of black sabbath when he repeated”meh” or “eh”😂😂😂
How am I barely finding this guy!! You’re friggin hilarious
Just came up on my social meeds feed that it’s Billie Joes birthday today, so the thumbnail is perfect, haha! Gotta love him, guitar flubs and all.
No way!!! That is absolutely perfect. I wish I could say that was intentional!!
It definitely sounds like it!! Plus, that's totally something a Canadian goose would do! 😅
Gold star for pants Stevie!
Love your videos too!
That note in Paranoid! I've always noticed it and I love it
Hi! Hope you have been doing well Steve. Herman Lee's "mistake" was pretty awesome! Probably couldn't have planned it to go that way. 😊
Exactly!! Wouldn't have happened if he actually TRIED to break his string!! I wonder if it's ever happened to him live... 🤔
I heard he did 103 takes until the string broke
That note Tommy slid into ended a half step down from what you played, which actually worked
11:35 - Yeah, so aggressive he grabs his $30,000 guitar by the strings and knees it, snapping it in two !!!
Sometimes you leave those imperfections to make the song more interesting and alive
OMG the Aerosmith tab book freak out/stroke was😊 HILARIOUS!
honestly that guitar fail tony iommi has is one of my favorite parts of the song
Older music was dirtier in production. It made you feel like it was played by people and not machines.
7:20 thom did not hate it from the begining
That was Johnny Greenwood
He has ALWAYS hated it
Always will
The whole band hated it when they almost became a one hit wonder
That part sounds like an urban legend. I have heard this many times before. But this noisy stab is right in the style of Jonny Greenwoods guitarstyle. I don't think that he was trying to ruin the song. I think it is a made up story. I think that he was simply trying to put something cool into the song, which he succeeded in
My favourite was the burp at the end 😂😂😂
I found you a couple of days ago, and now, I can’t go a day without you Steve😎
Ps: I like Steve without pants
Brian May said to Beato that he listened to Bohemian Rhapsody years later and the guitars at the end sounded sharp next to the piano so he re-recorded the guitar parts.
0:34 I think I know what Tony iommi did I think he slit his hand up the neck a little bit and he accidentally pressed too hard on the e string so it's made that sound
4:26 ah yes the strokes
Stevie's favorite band...
I really enjoy your videos... Thanks for taking the time to practice being as entertaining as you are !!!... I truly admire everything about your videos ! .... Super cheers Steve !!!
Added just a couple of songs onto my playlist from this video, despite the mistakes, some are good!!😁
I've been a fan of your content for a few years, and you never cease to entertain! I loved songs like "Dream On" and I do have to agree, that little "meep" is hard to catch. Now I gotta re-listen to the song 😂
8:53:
Cookies 🍪
Caduski 😤
Patumandini 😍
1:14 sounds like the most active league of legends player meme
13:18 "What do you guys S T I N K?"
This is the first video i watched
Of steve...
THIS DUDE IS A MANIAC!
Me too... overreacting and annoying creepo. First and last
I'm not saying he's bad, actually I find the video quite entertaining, what I meant is that he is really lively
My guy I haven't watched your videos in ages, yet you have not aged. WTF is your secret??? Haha love the content still. You're a gem.
6:40 It's in an open tuning. that's why he didn't know.
I noticed a mistake from Metallica too back in the day , when I was listening to the call of ktulu , I Always thought my cd has skipped, but at 00:13 you can hear it 🤘💀🤘
