The very fact we are lead to believe that this is the first time he's witnessed WW and Batman in action, you'd have to assume that if you go beyond the movie, he's probably weighing it up here whether to help or hold back. Remember as Swanwick he's got a duty to perform within the US government. That's incredibly important to him as we'd have to assume that he's been living on earth much longer than Supes or even Bats (obviously not Diana) Granted we don't know why Zack didn't reveal him here but all reports state that he isn't coming out in his true form and fighting Steppenwolf in the Snyder cut either. It's said that he'll cameo in his true form in the scene with Lois and Martha (as he's apparently Martha in that scene). So if this is the case, that'll be three movies where he hasn't joined the fight. It's safe to assume that based on three movies, this version of J'onn is protecting his position as General Swanwick. I mean how would the top ranking general in the US military explain his absence in a crisis like this to the president of the United States? I'm only basing my long winded opinion based on my love of the character for over 30 years. The character of the Martian Manhunter is incredibly intelligent but also very private with his true form prior to revealing it. Even when he is outed as the Martian Manhunter he still lives as John Jones. So I'd say it's simply a matter of him believing that him working with the US Government is more beneficial than revealing his identity at the moment. That and he's got a lot of faith in Superman. Now if Doomsday were to stomp all three of the above, and things were looking bad, he'd jump in no doubt. Same with the Apokolips invasion. But yeah, for me? If we're jumping into the characters shoes and we were speculating as the OP is doing, I'd say J'onn is making a calculated risk assessment. One alien has already revealed himself to this world in Superman. That was met with backlash at times and there's still some issues with humanity accepting it. J'onn would be well aware of the risks this would pose if a green Martian turned up on the battlefield whilst the General of the US government has gone missing with a global crisis at hand. Just my thoughts anyway :D

I was surprised when I heard that lots of people disliked this film originally. I absolutely loved it, in alot of scenes it looks like it's straight out of a comic book and I love it. Sure, the film has its flaws but so do alot of other great films.

His personality is clearly still there. You can see it when he sees the statue of Superman, his disdain for it, and how he eventually destroys the statue by throwing Superman through it. That is definitely Zod.
Note Superman was already weakened by Kryptonite during his fight with Batman that's why he was affected by the nuke and that's why his attacks didn't have much of an effect on Doomsday. No man made weapons such as guns, missiles or nukes can harm Superman or anything kinda weapon at all besides Kryptonite weapons.
I'm not sure if it'd be enough for him to escape the gravitational pull of the planet. It could be, it could be way more than enough, but I don't really know. We'll just say that it wasn't, I guess.
That kinda depends on how much force the nuke actually puts on Doomsday vs the effects of gravity at the altitude it's hit. For all we know, it might have been blown up just enough to leave Superman in orbit while it crashed down to Earth.

I was expecting Doomsday in Man Of Steel 3 to debut. Imagine after the Death of Superman. Darkside returns again to Earth to fulfill his quest on conquering Earth once and for all then at His cemetary he'll emerge once again to team up with his comrades the Justice League to defend the Earth.

His personality is clearly still there. You can see it when he sees the statue of Superman, his disdain for it, and how he eventually destroys the statue by throwing Superman through it. That is definitely Zod.

Note Superman was already weakened by Kryptonite during his fight with Batman that's why he was affected by the nuke and that's why his attacks didn't have much of an effect on Doomsday.
No man made weapons such as guns, missiles or nukes can harm Superman or anything kinda weapon at all besides Kryptonite weapons.

That kinda depends on how much force the nuke actually puts on Doomsday vs the effects of gravity at the altitude it's hit. For all we know, it might have been blown up just enough to leave Superman in orbit while it crashed down to Earth.
