    Thank you for uploading this. The welcome tax.. is it lump sum or can it be in installments?

    Is the "Welcome Tax" a one time fee? Does Quebec have "property taxes" as well?

      Great question ! The welcome tax is a one time fee, usually paid within 60-90 days after signing the deed of sale and there are municipal and school taxes calculated annually as well. This amount will vary greatly depending on size and location of your property.
