Would you guys be able to help with the entire process of buying, including finding a notary or real estate lawyers? We are from Ontario, thinking about buying a condo in or close to downtown Montreal. Thanks :) And thumbs up for the video! It's very informative. :)
Thank you for the feedback, we'd be happy to help! I also came from Ontario so I know there's a lot of puzzle pieces to figure out from afar. Feel free to book a call with us, and we can chat about your project calendly.com/kaitlensagher/30min?month=2023-07&date=2023-07-03
Great question ! The welcome tax is a one time fee, usually paid within 60-90 days after signing the deed of sale and there are municipal and school taxes calculated annually as well. This amount will vary greatly depending on size and location of your property.
Thank you so much for uploading this, very helpful.
My pleasure !
Great Content! We need more of this, Home buyers from outside of Quebec have such a different experience then here is QC.
Thank you!
Thank you for uploading this. The welcome tax.. is it lump sum or can it be in installments?
Our pleasure ! This is a lump sum payment.

Is the "Welcome Tax" a one time fee? Does Quebec have "property taxes" as well?
Keep up the great work 👏
