@@mtcos well manythings changed. But mostly the community died imo. It doesnt feel as the old days. The AE staff is just making new skins and the end game is just fashion. The story was awesome. But last updates feel dead.

Might not be top 10, but its free for everyone is you have completed the 13 lords of chaos saga... Chaos Slayer! (and no super boss fight needed either!) I used this class almost exclusively before I got my VHL, since it has high damage, and is a very strong multi target class... but it also has the unique ability to swap ALL its moves into a more powerful single target version... and since every weekly story requires x number of kills of specific creatures, this makes an amazing farming class since it hits 6 targets at once! were it not for VHL, it would be my personal favorite class! well... my favorite class after No Class of course!
Should be top 10 IMO. Big dmg capability and it’s actually fun af to use.
The days of seeing courage then accidentally activating paragon are so nostalgic.
it also has the unique ability to give the enemy a huge damage buff and allow them to one shot you

Hey Korey, I have been out of AQW for 4 years and I am glad to see that you're still going strong with the content.
I recently got back into AQW and this was helpful.
Dragon of time got buffed after the was uploaded and should be on the list btw. Welcome back.
I literally have every class on the list except for master of moglins.. I watch your videos for nostalgia, glad to see that you still make these informative videos for new players.

Highly recommend naval commander even if you don't like having member items. You grab the member version, walk to the room to the right, open the chest's shop and get a 0 ac version
And u can even sell the member nc after getting the 0 AC
YnR should be in this list, without that class, I wouldn't be able to solo Icewing for the DoT
And yes!!! End game classes like yame no ronin and dragon of time are not in this video!! I did not see anyone use them so i don´t have any plans to get them. AQW team is working on buffs for that couple of classes so hopefully they made a good work buffing then, making YNR the BIG dodge class and usefull, and DOT an allrounder S class keeping the status of LR the tier S+ on that area.

YnR is so good lmao
Archpaladin is an easy class to solo almost any boss at any level, if you get to 50 stacks of commandment(2), the boss has a 100% miss rate and 100% damage decrease, if the boss does too much damage early on, use righteous seal(4) and hymn of light(3) till you’ve built enough stacks to not need decrease the enemy’s damage anymore. It will take a long time to kill, but the only boss I’ve consistently lost to while solo is Binky, and that’s just cause Binky.
Bad dps for soloing
i read the wiki and i thought the 50 stacks were removed? is the buff still stackable to 50?
a simple rule. Classes that are a lot harder to farm, will occupy the top seats

i have a bit of a problem with yami no ronin not being a part of this vid cause i think that is the only class that can solo legion lich lord so if your like me and have no friends except for yami no ronin that class is a must have.
Man some of the classes you've mentioned maybe having a nerf especially for VHL
Sad that Dragon of Time isn't even on the list, when it is such a good solo/farming class, just right below Legion Revenant. Downside of this class is just more difficult to use.
For the void high lord quests do you have to complete it 15 times ?

i dont know about YnR it hardly have any utility and its real dps only shines on mid hp low damage bosses.
@@extrashifty578 it’s main purpose is not really meant for dps, it has two modes, and when in defensive mode, it’s dodge rate stays at 100%
@@mr.jamalb57 its really not worth the time to go full dodge mode and if you miss once your pretty much dead on hard hitting boss id rater use chrono assassin, highseas commander or SSOT.
@@extrashifty578 totally understandable and I agree with you, but some of those classes are not free. I only mentioned YnR base on the disclaimers Korey said at the start of his video. (f2p classes only)
@@mr.jamalb57 that was my bad. Half way through the making of the video it went from a top 5 to a top 10.
Blaze Binder should also be mentioned. It requires rep 10 in BOTH Doomwood AND Embersea, but if you're a member and have a exp booster and stat boost item you can farm Doppelganger Documents in the lab to get rank 10 on any rep in about an hour.
For NON members, have fun doing farming quests. Not really worth days and days of investment if you have a better farming class, but it has carried me through a lot.
Hmm I personally feel like chaos avenger beats lr for me, it is very comparable to vhl in terms of power, like its damage is about the same as vhl's damage side, and its tanking is only like 15% less than vhl's defense side, and it does both of these at the same time. LR is definitely good don't get me wrong, but i feel like its damage and defense doesn't even compare in the really hard content. Its support is still 1 of the strongest in the game tho. I did see on the dev blog that lr will be getting a buff soon, so maybe it will be the better option, only time will tell tho.
LR is a better support and better farmer, decent soloer, decent pvper which are also important facets of the game to consider. It's the best generalist class, and is in no way worse than CAV overall.
Sure CV is better for bosses but LR arent meant to be just for solo, it was made for a versitility which excel on all things, jack of all trades it what they say.
You have VL, NC, ArchP, SC and LC on that list and not YnR? Imo SC should be on par with LC, and YnR higher than them.
I recommend Yami no Ronin, Dragon Of Time and Chaos Slayer if you dont wanna farm like an animal for vhl or legion revenant
Yami is seriously strong but mana is going to be the problem because it rans out whenever the boss has a lot of hp, though it is still really good because it dodges a lot LMAO
@@hesitate1726 the mana sustain is good in solo, the class just runs out of mana in parties because it has a dodge mana model
@@jothan9895 I dont know, I use it a lot but end up dying because I ran out of mana when I solo, I use the combo 2 2 3 2 2 5 2 2 5
@@hesitate1726 thought it should be 3 2 2 5 2 2 5 and repeat.
5 will reset your dodge back, 3 should be a fail safe option. But if all else fails I just cycle 2 and 5 until I got my mana back.
@@vincee3005 Not sure cause I keep spamming the combo fast, to the point I lose mana. That was my only mistake. (If you tap the combos and skills fast, then your mana would run our quick, it’s a matter of patience and timing)
I just come back from aqworlds after attaining LVL 95 and Yami no ronen grind. lost some interest because I had nothing to do. now I'm looking for a good class to grind

I've been playing aq for prob almost 5 years now and im max level, now listen to me enjoy the game and don't rush just play it yk often because when u get too strong the game is pretty much very boring ngl i kinda regret i rushed VHL and my level up now all i do now is afk and changing fit like fashion show💀

Legion doom knight is still my best out of Light caster, stonecrusher and arch pladin
I think you dont have those three classes.
Light caster is way way better than legion doom knight cause you can stack its 1st skill up to 50 times(3% more damage per stack)
Up to 150% damage at full stack its means the longer the fight the LC get stronger its very good soloer on high HP bosses.

Is the infinite legion dark caster class the same as the dark caster class? can I proceed to farm legion revenant with infinite legion dark caster class?
you just need 1 darkcaster infinite will work. If you need to double check the wiki will have the info.

Abyssal Angel and Naval Commander really have no purpose to be on the top 10. AA is a good class sure, but then you have NC which doesnt rank high for anything and has only been used for ultra bosses.

It is one of if not the only rare class that is competitive in the meta and is also not a calendar class. Even if you can not get it some people might just like to know what it is if they ever see it.

Honestly if you want an easy and good class that's stupid easy to get, I'd recommend Alpha Omega, hands down the best damage/healer hybrid I ever got my hands on. You can get it off of the Class Shop for the usual 2k AC or grab it from the Wheel of Doom (called the Alpha DOOMega) either from a wheel spin or from the potion merge.
Also this is pure personal preference but the Protosartorium/Enforcer/Rustbucket class has no business being as fun as it is to use. All 3 variants are on Crash Site, Rustbucket is a quest reward, Enforcer drops from the Mithril Man miniboss and Protosartorium drops from the Protosartorium boss.
Timekeeper totally deserves a spot.

AA is better than Dragon of time right now the coming buff hopefully will change that. And my personal opinion on yami is that its useless but i respect that some people like the class but it is my own list.
ldk could be on the list and it probably would have been if i didn't want to put a taunt class on the list.
I will still continue having DOT cause it just sounds cool and the animation is cool😂
drot is 100% in the top 10 after its buff, better solo dps and lr, very tanky, and very good farming
People need to chill, This list is his own opinion lol. It isn't a definitive and exhaustive list and you can respectfully disagree with what's listed.
free player friendly class?
One big problem i have with LR is that you dont really need the extra group dps, like most mobs die instantly with BB, VL and others. While it IS the highest group dps, most of it goes into overkill. Even if they buff it, once you do 5k dps per target you dont really meed more… idk what do you think?

Well it is good but it is slow for farming unlike the other classes, they at least kill monsters faster which let's them target other monsters faster which means they can farm faster than AP (i got lightcaster in my head for example, i also would say dark caster classes are competing it as well in my opinion (not solo boss of course)
Literally a B-tier farmer, and is an ass soloer like Oracle. Its main use goes to its ability to debuff monsters, which although is really impressive, still is not enough to merit it a Top 3 Class.
