I live in Taiwan, on the 33rd floor. I was golfing during that huge earthquake in April and when I got back home all the elevators were shut down because they needed inspection after the earthquake. I was faced with a thirty three floor walk-up carrying nmy golf bag. I split it up into a few floors each. Loved it. Great exercise
Big fan! "I need a better morning routine" I hear. No, you need a plan and the discipline to get it done. It's not complicated, it's commitment to self, family, health. Whatever it takes. Slow and steady wins the race.
Hey jocko, love this, me and my partner started a couch to 5k club last year,it was the foundation for our fitness, we both now run every week and gym 3 times a week plus a gym class, I’m 53 now running 15 miles a week, it’s given something to use as a goal. I’m much fitter physically and mentally, we look forward to achieving more from our workouts.thankyou.
One thing that helped me with wrestling was play… I always had a good time when I was wrestling because to me it was like playing. I applied that playful mindset to a lot of other aspects of my life, including work and study.
This applies to so much more cleaning chores : - cutting wood - brooming - carrying the groceries As a general rule, seeing hard things as a mean to improve is a great mentality.
@@giovannigiorgio8962 Depends on the surface you gotta cover pal. And the presence of kids. Bear in mind that I do not compare it to a full workout, sure. But as a warm-up, it can sure do the trick to get the metabolism up, as long as you put somme energy into it 🦾🤖
Another great video, thanks! I think the market is over-heated. And I am concerned that people are focusing less on fundamentals and just chanting the mantra of dollar cost averaging and driving the market higher without considering fundamentals. It is a catch-22 for me. I mean I like stock prices going higher but I also hate buying over-priced stocks and ETFs. Personally, I have stopped buying growth ETFs- they are ridiculously over-valued. Dividend stocks and ETFs are a little better but they are still over-valued. There is some hope with small and mid caps. I am not sure they are undervalued but at least they are less over-valued..This pattern offers a valuable insight for strategic planning. Despite these trends, i have delve deeply into active trading and managed to grow a nest egg of around 100k to a decent 442k in the space of a few months... I'm especially grateful to Aldona Sabaniene, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape

If you don't know where you were in the past, where you are now, or where you're going, how will you be able to tell if you're going anywhere at all? I would encourage a radical change of mind of what we value as a nation, a lot of people's vision for the future will guarantee only misery even in great achievement if they look to the world to tell them what they should want and how they should live. Live free or die trying.

When I would have to cut the grass, I would look at it as doing exercise instead of "cutting the grass" and it made the process much better.
