Honestly, I’ve been going through a change where I’m trying to have more confidence, self love and acceptance, etc. And seeing all of these and your shorts has really pushed myself to want to become that 💖

I usually don't have energy to do skincare routine before sleeping but you're energy is just something that gives me inspiration to be sassy while doing my skincare and enjoy it even tho I'm literally about to pass out
As someone who lives chronic fatigue (I get you) you can do a simple “night” skincare routine at 6pm or whenever you get home. Really doesn’t have to be right before bed, because , come on, we’re exhausted!

That’s very understandable. Skin care is self care and it can be soothing and relaxing. It doesn’t have to be a 10 step routine, even just washing your face with water or a cleanser, and moisturizer/lotion, your good to go. Suit it to what you have. It doesn’t have to be right before bed, it can be before that, bc we all get tired and it’s understandable. Enjoy!

Tip if you’re ultra sensitive: mix 2 pumps of B-Hydra with 1 pump of Framboose and it eliminates the tingling sensation and reduces redness. You can totally use them separately, I’ve just found that most of my clients love them blended! ✨

I have dry skin as well - I think the older I get the dryer it is!
I moved to Texas 7 yrs ago and after a year or so of my makeup melting off I just stopped wearing any (my general skincare faded away as well).
