So I started seeing a therapist last month.. And she suggested I start taking care of myself better and stuff like try do my hair or try make up and all that stuff.. But I don't know..
First, I'm afraid to make myself attractive because I have no dating expericne and Tbh I'm kinda scared cause I've never felt the desire to kiss someone and Im afraid Ill feel disgusted or uncomfortable and make the other person feel weird..
And although it's easy to pretend like I'm confident like my therapist suggested or "fake it till you make it" there some things I won't be able to fake.
Secondly, I have a baby face which I feel like combined with make up Will make me look rediculus..
But I think if Id be 100% honest with myself.. I'm mainly afraid of change. I'm mainly afraid of becoming like "every other girl"
I'm afraid to allow myself to be in touch with my femininity, to the extent That i might feel like I'm fakinin it when I try..
Anyway I think I'm gonna listen to my therapist suggestion

Sadly, the situation you’re talking about, sounds A LOT like what happened to a social media friend of mine - Ashley. She gets so much hate because she a doppelgänger for Taylor Swift, and it’s horrible how disgusting people can be while pretending that they are going to help you. I love your videos! I also learned how to put make up because of marching band🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ I also know how to put it on while riding a school bus. Now, if I can’t put my face on during my 2 mile commute - it doesn’t get worn.

@@krishaqueenpur sadly - I've not meet up with Ashley in person. But I do speak to her across different social media outlets. They used to look kinda similar but a lot of young white women with blonde hair, side bangs, cat eyes and a red lip are a dime a dozen. But Ashley is an amazing person

I’d say everyones different! Moving out can really solidify that independence feeling and give a sense of satisfaction, at least for me it did! I’m 22 and moved out, and I felt the same way when I was younger. So if you have a gut feeling about moving out or staying at home, do whatever your gut feels!
