    Many people don’t know that India is actually 70 years behind China in terms of its fundamental economic and social structure, because the PRC completed land reform as early as the 1950s, the CCP distributed farmland to farmers, and eliminated feudal religions. However, today's India is the same as India during the colonial period. Landowning families in British India are still exploiting today's Indian farmers, and women's rights in India still lag behind China due to religion.

      stupid logic...India started growing after it left the soviet style of central planning to liberal economic system in 1991. China did the same in 1978 and China started growing after that. India was slightly ahead of China in 1978, you can say India is just a decade or two behind of China.

It became somewhat a political and economic powerhouse and a lower middle income country in 2020, it is 5th in terms of nominal gdp and 3rd in terms of ppp gdp. Building a maglev or high speed is awesome but it is not indicator of how well your citizens are. San Francisco doesn't have any maglev or high speed railway but it is home to most trillion dollar companies. citizen live a very high standard of life which is uncomparable to any in the world. India has set its target for 2047 to be a developed country and even then it will have significant problem to solve. Before reaching the status of developed country it will be counted as major global power which it already is. The brown thing you picked up near the lake is a pine cone.
    It's the "fruit" of the pine tree - it cannot be eaten, but the seeds are inside.
    It will open up like the one you had, and the seeds will come out and be blown by the wind.
    Pine cones are also used for X'mas tree decorations, and they give out a nice smell when burnt in the fireplace indoors in cold countries to warm up the house.

    1. The Founder of New China 🇨🇳, MAO ZEDONG was born in HUNAN province, of which Changsha is the provincial capital;
    2. Chinese from this province SPEAK a distinct Chinese Dialect called XIANGhua. Of course, you can get by by speaking Putonghua which is taught in schools throughout China;

    If you are an adult who is not brainwashed by news media politicians and has independent thinking ability, through simple calculations, you will find that in terms of GDP, India cannot catch up with China in 50 years. Of course, under the exaggeration of Indian and Western media, it seems that India will catch up with China more than a decade later, which is clearly a mistake in propaganda..
    The 5.5% added value of China's GDP of 19 trillion US dollars is much greater than India's GDP of 35000 US dollars by 7%
    So today, China increases India's total GDP every three years. Can India double its GDP every three years? Completely impossible, so the economic gap between China and India is not only not narrowing, but also widening. This is the reality...

I can't figure out how India will change in overhaul manner with confronting a clustering of 1.4 billion population in that subcontinent and a unique social structure and division. Crisis can break out one day with over-sized population relative to infrastructural facilitation and so much socioeconomic inequality. Life of common Indians is very tough in India. That is why a lot of them emigrate to foreign countries to have a successful and happy life. India after independence from colonialism is very much in contrast to China after the century of humiliation and a sequential half century of all upheval events. 70 years is unrealistic and very optimistic because the bible talks a lot about how the sins of one generation gets pass down to many generations from father to son to grandson, three generations. And each generation is 70 years.
    India has many major problems and at the top is it's culture. It'll take India at least 3 generations (3 x 70 years = 210 years) before most of it's problematic past is behind it for the country to begin rebuilding itself into a new India, a society where people re united and work with each other for the common good like China.

CCP will build the first human paradise nation in China. India is very lucky to have a neighbouring example to follow.

    India isn’t really that far behind. Indians are very intelligent people. They definitely have the ability to become a world power. BUT they seemed to neglect their priorities. What I mean is they neglected the basics like importance of hygiene, taking care of the basic needs of the underprivileged people, building roads and transportation to connect and promote economy of their cities…. They tend to be too anxious to compete with China when their basics are not installed.
    If India continue to neglect the importance of a good firm foundation that the country can stand firmly on, they definitely will fall farther behind China which keeps developing in Lightning speed.

    No, I do not think that India is 70 years behind. India is also a great country catching up in the economic development. Not as fast as China, but still very fast, faster than the world average. The biggest problem in India is not the infrastructure, or education, or...but the mindset. They need a movement like what China had at the end of the 1970s, the liberation of the mind.

    I applaud your courage for speaking out the truths! I hope your efforts/vlogs can make Indians/india aware of what can be improved upon. I also encourage you to speak about what you think China is lacking and can also be improved on.
    I have met many Indians and one thing I've noticed is that they have certain kinds of spirituality (in a good way), which we Chinese may somewhat lack. I love our Chinese values of education, aspirations, diligence, ambitions, etc, but sometimes our aspirations can get unrealistic and overly ambitious, which could cause damage to the well-being of our society as a whole.
    Just look at so many new "ghost cities" were built or unfinished, and many developers are filing bankruptcies, which affects the economy and reflects certain kinds of mentality.
    A remote relative had worked in construction in China for a decade. He still young but now has a broken back because they signed the contract and had to work over 10 hours a day to meet constant deadlines to build "a great China."
    I hope we, as human races, can find a balance between aspirations and ambitions so the well-being of our society can feel fulfilled.
