      Are the round ones for flex-fuel vehicles or the square ones I have a 2007 Chevy suburban flex fuel new body style 5.3l

      +worst nightmare Thanks for watching! They could be on either model, so you will want to visually inspect your coils to determine which ones you have.

    THANK YOU for this video!! I am NO MECHANIC!! But this video saved me $300 bucks ...it probably took about 40mins to do.. and yes the #8 cylinder was the hardest one but a box end ratchet wrench helped with limited space on that one...by the way I noticed that #8 plug was slightly different from the rest.. any info on that? THANKS AGAIN for this video!! @1A Auto

      # 7 went bad on me during a road trip. Had a shop read the code and change the coil and plug. I just ordered 7 more and will do the rest myself. 170k miles, figured one went bad, the others are not far behind.

    Anyone change this just due to age? 230,000 miles and getting crap gas mileage and at times fills I hit gas but don’t really move

      8 > 7
      6 > 5
      4 > 3
      2 > 1

      It's easy but time consuming. Put the socket on the plug then use a 3/4" wrench on back of spark plug socket to unscrew. Think it was a 3/4

      Just replace all of them bud . If one went bad it wont be long before another does the same . It's a little over 100 bucks to do all 8 . Replace them and sleep well at night lol .

      mike Lowry odd cylinders are on the drivers side 1,3,5,7 starting at the radiator and going to the firewall respectively. Even 2,4,6,8 are passenger side same order front to back

      Odd numbers on drivers side. Even numbers on passenger side. 5 will be on the driver's side, second closest to the the cabin.
