Just got back from SP that I visited 5 years ago and the changes are dramatic. The real estate prices at Mahagony and Secret Beach have skyrocketed and the vibes in SP has changed too. Really wondering what affect the new neighborhood will bring to this town. Will a power grid be brought in to please the increase power usage? In the 2 weeks we had multiple power outages due to grid overload. The near future will tell. I pulled out of SP market and chose another location to build. Land is purchased. Ready to roll.

My question Will is what audience would be attracted to this arrangement which isn't near full amenities and infrastructure and seems our "in the boondocks"?? It seems that it's not intended for people who want at least some of the amenities of a city life.
I love the ease of a prefab house! It’s also super nice and the black frame windows are a great finish 👍🏻

We spoke before, Will. If/when I build at Palmaya woods, I'd like to build a tulum style home too. So, looking forward to tracking your build in habitat. I'll be back in August, just for a week, at MBR. Next year, Jan & Feb renting an apartment.

Good stuff. And was to evolve your on camera self! Trying to get down there this year and look around. More importantly I'm trying to figure out how to sale most of our junk, our house here in the states, move there and find a pt online usd income business, start a business there, then fund a cheap house here in the states. Living here for 3 to 5 months of the year and the rest there.

So, just the solar quote is in Belize $$? A Belize $ is 50% American? All in, what is the cost? I came up with $150k USD But you confused me. What is the lot size?
