Paul and Morgan I love that commitment comment from Jacob's wife, and I totally agree about the health aspect (that thought goes both ways; I definitely want to live a long healthy life serving God with whoever God has as my future husband!)
Paul and Morgan I want a guy who will always put God above me. If he truly puts God first, I know that he will be a great husband. I also want a husband who will only push me closer to God and not distract me from him. DON'T FORGET ABOUT YOUR VOWS TO GOD!

I think it was great that y'all mentioned the importance of a girl taking care of herself! It seems to be a topic that people don't want to talk about but it's definitely a desire backed with care and compassion for the other person.
I thought this was great! I think it’s hard sometimes to be bluntly honest here on UA-cam because people are quick to judge and get upset, but I think it’s important to have preferences! Love y’all! I’m a girl, but I look for a lot of those qualities in a guy too! I want someone goofy and fun to be around, someone who cares about their health, and has spent one on one times with God. Love you guys!
I like how the guest said I will always be in the #2 spot behind Jesus in my wife's life.
I personally am looking for someone that loves Jesus but also loves people as a close second. I need someone that can sit with the wealthy and poor and be authentic. It's okay to have a "type" such as "healthy" or "silly". Someone can love Jesus and not be your speed and that is okay.

I think that the most attractive quality in a woman is her ability to stand on her own. She would like a relationship, but is never going to compromise for the sake of having a man in her life. Another quality that is paramount is honesty. If your relationship is not built on honesty, it will not last.

Hey paul and Morgan! I saw your live video saying that someone made a bashing video about u. I watched the bashing video too. I have heard of this girl before, and I would like to note that she does quite a few of these kinds of videos. The comment section was pretty nasty, but also, she was not even trying to have an open mind to y'alls beliefs. She basically tried to make fun of anything u did, she didnt make many logical opposing points.
All in all, I just wanted to say that the fam is here and we love you guys! I love your guys silly little song in the beginning, and all the little sidetracked jokes. They're great! Also your content is amazing! I've seen every video on your channel and you guys have really helped me grow in my faith.

Okay so I definitely don’t agree with everything you say in your videos(I’m a Christian as well) , but why on earth would you get backlash about wanting a girl that cares about her health? The Bible says to honor your body for it is God’s and not our own so therefore we should all be doing that with eating and trying to live a healthy lifestyle.
hi!! I just wanted to come out and say that I really enjoy y’all a channel! what y’all do is great and I can tell the Lord is really using y’all in big ways! this has nothing to do with the video but just about y’alls channel. My intentions are never to be judge mental or rude, but every time I watch your videos about like controversial topics and things, after I feel almost like discouraged and feel bad.
I don’t know if this is just me and my own issue, but like I feel like after watching a video of y’alls, I should feel encouraged , not like condemned if I don’t do exactly everything y’all do.
I am a Christian and love the Lord and love people, but I know that people don’t care what I know until they know that I care. Sometimes in you videos it can come across as “if you don’t do this thing then your not a true follower of God. “
This is just a thought I’ve been having on my head and hey maybe I’m the only one feeling this way. But there defenitely should be a balance between love and correction, and I know y’all care a lot about people, it just sometimes isn’t translated in some of your videos. It can come accross more so as judging , not correcting in love.
I am a 15 year old girl so I defenitely don’t know everything by any means, but I just hope that you understand everything I am trying to say.

If anything we want you to feel loved, happy, and maybe convicted. But never condemned. We do our best to always say that these are our own opinions and just what we feel the Holy Spirit is leading us to say. But we know we don’t have all the answers and we certainly don’t think our way is the only way. Mia Foster , hi, I just wanted to comment back to you. It’s great that your searching and watching Christian advice/Christian life videos on UA-cam. It’s really a great way to grow in your faith. I honestly think the best thing you could do is really think about and pinpoint what exactly in some of their videos makes you feel discouraged or judged. Pray about it and ask God to show you. I know some of their videos hit on the the idea or topic of righteousness. And I think as a society we don’t really understand what that is. And we get offended when it’s discussed. We either think it’s perfect righteousness, what God has, and is exhausting as we will never obtain it on our own. Or comparative righteousness, so we see people and compare ourselves to them. Sometimes that can leave us feeling inadequate, judged or sad or disappointed in ourselves. Both of those scenarios are exactly what the devil wants, because when we feel like we can never obtain it or be as good as someone else, he has us right where he wants us. But real righteousness, that we have as Christian’s is IMPUTED righteousness. When we believe in Jesus as the son of God, who died on the cross to save us, we have already been giving the righteousness of God. God has given that to us and if we know that and wear it, it can never be taken away from us. But it also needs to be practiced. We need to practice putting on the armour everyday. Being righteous is a decision we make everyday. We are all a work in progress and we shouldn’t judge, but I is helpful to see and call out actions that aren’t aligned with spiritual righteousness or Christian values. It can be painful to hear. You haven’t said what videos have made you feel like that, but really look into your heart and see why you feel that way, you certainly have no need to. Is it s video they are talking about cussing, or modesty or music or partying and you are feeling judged because you do those things? Is it because you feel offend for your family or friends who still live like that. I just mention this because it is something I’ve gone through and and am really working with my sister in law with and your comment struck a cord with me and made me think of her. Not sure if this made sense or was helpful or not, but love to you.
Great video, however I find it disheartening that it seems like looks are such a big part of what you say guys look for in a girl. I am healthy, I meal prep every week and workout. However, if you saw me on the street and didn’t know me you would think I’m an unhealthy fat chick who “doesn’t care about their body.” Therefore, you would look right past me without even knowing what I’m about. I’m sorry, but people can change lifestyles and make themselves healthy. I will never be extremely fit and trim, that’s just how I was made. That doesn’t mean I don’t try to keep my body healthy and that I don’t care about myself. We have a tendency as human beings to want the other person to be a finished product, yet we give ourselves the grace to evolve... and that is not what Christians should do.

I totally agree with you on the fitness and active side of things. Many people don’t understand how beneficial exercise is. Speaking from person experience fitness has totally changed my life and my mental state so that I can focus on my love for the lord and even if it is only a little bit daily like a walk it can change your life! Thank you for your channel it is so inspirational and helpful for me in my journey with the lord!❤️😘

This is a huge topic, and I hope Paul and Morgan get a chance to talk about it. But if I may be so bold, I would love to give you advice I have learned in recent years talking with friends and family on this topic.
Whenever you are struggling with any type of situation where you have to let go of: an addiction, a toxic relationship, or anything along those lines. You need to replace it with something else. It's difficult to let go of a pattern if you don't fill those gaps with something else that is beneficial and wholesome. Imagine letting go of something like a toxic relationship, if you do not fill the time with something else it's very easy for you to go back to that relationship. If you look at a drug addition for example there is a pattern that the person abusing drugs they may want to abuse whenever they go to their porch after a hard day at work, so to break the pattern they would have to replace going to the porch after a hard day at work and going to the kitchen. Something as simple as changing environments can make a huge difference.
But probably the best thing you can do, is find someone to share your addiction with, someone preferably led by Christ, that can hold you accountable and support you through the addiction. Never try to do it alone. With God's help, having someone to hold you accountable, and breaking the patterns addictions can surely be beaten!

Christian guys will always have different things they look for in a girl, but the number one most important thing has to be what you guys said towards the beginning; I love how Jacob said it: We should sooo be number 2 in our ladies life. Sometimes we fall into the trap of elevating our spouses in the hierarchy of importance in our lives and we end up depending solely on them instead of God.

Haha I love your energy guys 😄 my mother sat me down one day to talk about how I was letting go of my health. I was 17 and had gained about 25 pounds in 6 months. She straight up told me (in love though) that she knew I was going to be looking for a guy who is in shape and cares about his health and that just bc a guy is a christian it doesnt mean he only cares about the heart of a women. She made it very clear that men care about looks, too, and if I want someone who is athletic, I need to start taking care of myself. And it wasnt just for him, but for me too. I lost the weight, been feeling great since! And my husband is athletic. Working on the healthy part (cause he wants to be)😉
Many times I have felt bad because I have asked the Lord for a man that can fullfill all my needs like economical and also what I want in a spouse physically I've felt like I am a bit shallow but it feels comforting that you christian married men before marriage you asked God what you wanted in a women like being athletic or a girl who takes care of herself and likes to eat healthy. I dont it might not be good to ask the Lord those kind of things and that it was only good to ask him for spiritual qualities but now I know that its ok to ask God for other qualities as well. Appreciate some prayers for me and my future spouse who I have not yet met. I know it will be in God perfect time, my worry is that I'm getting old I'm not in my twenties anymore. I like your videos. How old are you guys? I'm looking to guide my son who is 15 to some videos that are geared toward his age, nothing too long but something he can relate to and will help keep him on track as I feel he has backslidden some over the last few years. I've done all I can as his mom to bring him up the best way I can but it would be nice to find a channel geared for a little younger age right now. Youth group is out during the summer and he needs some sound advice from some guys/men geared toward his age. Does anyone know of any channels or anything I can send him. He's at a crucial time in his life and I want the best for him as my health has taken a hit over the last 4 plus years and I'm having to have his dad raise him now becuz of it, there is no God sadly in that household, I feel stuck and trapped. Right now all I do is pray for God to take over and protect him. This is a tough age to be trying to raise a teen period, since I can't be with him, I would like to at least be able to send him resources from time to time and pray he will watch them. I've had a hard time finding anything geared for his specific age on here about some of the topics you guys talk about which I think is a little mature for him just yet. I think you guys are good for prolly later teens to early twenties but not quite 15 yet on a lot of things.
He's fifteen, Jodi. If he watches it, it will be to share and make fun of. Also, I do not see the point in telling a fifteen year old boy- who only cares about looks- to go for the 'athletic type.'
The athletic types are are always the ones that you don't want your son hanging around with...

As a girl that is rather overweight, I just wanted to say that I really appreciate that you were honest with expressing your desire to be with a women who cares about her health. I grew up in a lot of lies about body image, and Christ is drawing out of me the desire to take care of my body as well. What advice would you give to someone who is starting the journey of health, but isn't there yet, and is seeking a relationship?

I feel like a good portion of your videos gear toward how women should be...as if we need to change who we are or who God has created us to be and that isn’t the grace of God. It could be because you prefer to make videos more than Morgan so they come from your point of view more often but you definitely have some growing to do, as we all do. Don’t get me wrong God will give you the desires of your heart but they will also be the desires that he has shaped in you, I’d hate to see someone delay or miss out on a spouse because they were either trying to conform to some list or trying to confine someone else to what they think they want. The truth is half of us young adults have no idea what what really want but God does and the goal is to trust Him with all of our decisions. Just my thoughts, still totally love you guys.

It's nice to know that some guys like girls who are athletic. God blessed me with two brothers who played sports with me growing up, so I have loved participating in athletic activities since I was young. Since sports are normally associated with masculinity, I didn't realize that it could actually be one of the main points on the list of a guy who is looking for a potential spouse. My mom has been saying that exact scripture every single day the last few days. I'm working on that but I'm still struggling because of thing's in the past. Men seem to be very mean or portray abuse and I will not have that! I'll go to the store and they say random things to me that make me so mad! I don't dress badly, in fact I'm pretty modest! I are coming up to me saying thing's that are threatening... I don't know them .. I've never talked to them and it doesn't matter what age they are they seem to be mean. I don't even look at them even before they are near me.. so I ha ve no idea what their problems are. I'm not looking for any man in my life nor at this point I don't want any in my life because they are not respectful of women. I have not and don't want to go to a any bar life! I don't really understand what is happening in my life cause I stay away from them.

This has definitely changed my perspective, I've always thought that being overweight I want. Guy who will love me for who I am now and go on the journey with me as I lose the weight. Kinda like if you cant handle me at my worst you dont deserve me at my best. But I know the kind of man I'm attracted to and I'm not sure I would do the same for someone else. Theres a guy I've had feelings for for a long time and he is definitely a godly man but I cant expect him to lower his standards that hes placed. I need to take care of myself by being a better woman of God, healthy and into fitness.

I really love these kinds of videos, not because I'm hearing anything that is super surprising but in this crazy day and age it is so beautiful to hear man of God who truly our love with our savior, and I think it's amazing to have people our age seeking Kingdom principles, thank you Brothers
I'll be 100% honest here. The Bible says "33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." That means I'm not even looking for a woman (I'm only 17 by the way) and I'm 100% fine with that. I know if I seek God and his plan is to give me a wife, the girl he provides will be WAY better than the one I want. If not, thats totally OK with me.

Honestly both men and women don't hold women accountable enough. Women either are told "the right guy will love you. Don't change for a guy."

But this is advice from two men who are kind. And it's valid. All humans should try to be healthy as much as we can. and it's basically unheard of for a woman to work on herself- you're either perfect or you're ugly. But guys get scolded constantly to work on themselves to be a husband. Wives do need certain skills to support a husband and a family. Good attitude does more than most people realize. Honestly i agree with your list, but i hope you'll make another with more specific things--- maybe ask the audience?

Can you guys make a video about same sex attraction amd Christianity. It's something I've been struggling with since middle school and I can't seem to distance myself, even when I went to Bible College nobody there really knew what to say about it, I think they were afraid of me or that I would do something. It made me feel so uncomfortable and gross. Im trying to dedicate my life to Christ but Im afraid Ill slip up and Im worried that Ill never be married or happy.
