Hello good evening, congratulations on your video, the pleasure of flying, great illusion of man, thank you for this adventure of crossing the Atlantic Ocean, your friend Oscar.
Gear down right before 1000 feet, final flap between 1000 and 500 and checklist completed at 500 feet… Surely everything standard and following SOPs…….. And let’s not even talk about spooling to 50% N1 with the parking brake set.
In the SOP says apply 50% power while holding brakes but not parking brake , even if you wanted to use each tiny bit of the runway parking brake is not permitted.
And the sterile cabin procedure? This captain is talking about topics outside the landing phase, the ships that are going to pass through the canal and the skyline of Panama, is it so that the video is better? How scary are these Iberia pilots?
@@cabc74 our point is, the cabin wasn't sterile like it is suppost to be on descent and approach. It is clear the captain was distracted by the camera from the start.

Hello good evening, congratulations on your video, the pleasure of flying, great illusion of man, thank you for this adventure of crossing the Atlantic Ocean, your friend Oscar.
This was the most comprehensive walk-around ever.
One of the best explanations of ETOPS.
Love Iberia! Always very professional pilots. 😍😍
Excellents Pilots, and the Captain such an amazing professional and human being.
These guys are top notch professionals
Don'r judge them by their level of english.... they are spanish!! judge them by their job that I'm sure you don't have a clue about it.... so shut up!

It looked like one of the main landing gear tires was bald! Is that allowable? Obviously it is. But thank you for a nice video
2:26:57 one thousand hundred above did you hear that 😂
Nice
When was it filmed?
About 2011-2014 since the livery shown of the plane is the old Iberia livery.
El vídeo en qué año se grabó?
Otro de mis chicos EC-LXK
It’s a q400 but that’s a link of another video not the Title of this video 😃
Me gusta más la estética que tienen estos 330 con los motores Rolls Royce Trent 700
190 in economy + 15 in business makes 205 total number of passengers, in the papers it says 206, why?

One tire in main landing gear doesn’t seem to have any thread left….
you can tell because one of them says "I've been flying for Iberia for 17 years, I started in 1997.."
Do the pilots speak English to each other in the cockpit ?
They can speak any language they want as long as they read the checklist in english and can communicate to atc in english aswell.
No
April 2014?
Great video , capt was too much focused with camera a lot while taxing and even forgot parking brake while applying power
You can use toe brakes
I thought it was normal to spool the engine while applying the brakes, maybe he wanted full lenght?
In the SOP says apply 50% power while holding brakes but not parking brake , even if you wanted to use each tiny bit of the runway parking brake is not permitted.
@@KaiCheetahyes but not parking brake
Where's Portugal ?
Nice unstable approach. 😅
Do you think the Captain was too focused on the camera?
@@banjovic No
You most talking ESPAÑOL.
25th April 2014.
no tiene años ni nada este video
Menos samba y mais traballar
Why at the beginning do the 2 co-pilots look so miserable?
Pasa no sabe hablar español
Mmmmmmmm that english…. As usual
Their english was ok? What do you expect?

I thought the same thing haha and the way they we're joking about the birds. The captain didn't leave a good impression for the company...
@@banjovicthey were told to keep an eye on the birds by ATC. They were alert and looking at them.
