I guess it depends on the style you want to perceive. The fact you mention you're short makes me believe you'd like something to make you taller? If that's the case, Id recommend purchasing a boot rather flat sneakers. @@truthshallsetufree1295
They get the job done but disappointed that there is no rough out heel counter in the all whites. These shoes have a lot of heel slippage when the goal is not to cinch down the laces like you would a pair of athletic shoes.
Do you usually wear these barefoot or with socks? Typically, I elect not to wear socks and I dont usually have any issues. I can definitely see your point though. Thank you for sharing! -Lantz
I have those white sneakers, been using them for about 3 years now. Great look and matches everything - love the minimalist aesthetic. My big problem was the back part of the heel was quite stiff out of the box so it gave me blisters for quite a long time. So much so that I had to buy sticky pads to stick to the back to protect my heel. I couldn't return them because I live in the UK and had to order these from US. I've only just taken them out (after 2 years) and they still give me blisters if I wear them for more than a few hours.....
I literally returned and exchanged mine for that same issue. They will replace them for you if you complain and show them pics of the issue that’s what I did
I have 2 pair. White and coffee. The white pair has a lot of heel slip because the heel cup is smooth leather lined instead of the rough out side facing the sock. 🫤 the coffee pair is the opposite so the fit and look great.
I think it depends on each person. Some people put them on right away and think they are comfortable. Me personally , the shoes were narrow for me and I should have ordered a wider option. I normally don’t need to do that but I think the toe box of their shoes are smaller than most brands. I’ve had them for a year now and I can honestly say that they are amazing shoes. The toe box has stretch a bit and they are more comfortable after using shoe trees. 👍🏼
I can see that as being an issue with some. I honestly don’t even notice it since the shoes are all white. If you can get past it, it’s a great option at that price point. Thanks for sharing! -Lantz
Yes! After contacting Thursday, they mentioned it was heat activated ink, which was activated during shipping. Since then, they have switched to a different ink, so that doesn’t happen again. Thanks for watching!
@@lantzkulp ok thanks. Good to know. I just received the pair I ordered a few days ago and both shoes had those marks on each side. I will be contacting them for an exchange
@@MgSolid11 they will tell you it doesn’t ruin the integrity of the shoe and can be removed with water and a rag. You may get some cleaner out of it but it’ll be hard to get an exchange. At least from my experience. Good luck though!
@@lantzkulp I had for 1 year . i dont wear them much only during the spring and summer months . I own two pairs and it happened to both pairs . I contacted Thrusday Boot . They put me thru hoops and basically said wear and tear.
You mean a classic sneaker? You can get a classic sneaker anywhere, but they aren't hand made out of Italian leather. Most companies aren't even using real leather anymore...which is ridiculous. Go to any store that carries classic Adidas Stan Smiths...and it's that vegan leather junk.
I have black and brown sneakers. You're a loser if your buy jordans or any Nike for that matter. Like I'd rather buy cheap pumas and spend money on quality like these
They are great all around Sneakers! And comfortable!!
I agree!
Are these sneaker good for a short guy like myself.????

Thx you for the reply I will check boots out.
I have Thursday boots and love the quality. I'll consider getting the black color way for these.
I think you’ll love them! I’m considering getting those as well. 🙌
Thanks for watching!

@@lantzkulp Barefoot!? What you think I’m some kind of savage just free-balling my feet?🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😂 different strokes for different folks

Hate to hear that. I personally have never had that happen and I even wear them barefooted on hours at a time. @thursdaysneakers

You should look into Bombas socks. They have a tab built into the sock to avoid that very thing!
We hope you love your sneakers🙌
@Jason Patrick How do the boots fit? I'd contact Thursday for a better answer. If your boots are perfect than I would order in the same size.
I have 2 pair. White and coffee. The white pair has a lot of heel slip because the heel cup is smooth leather lined instead of the rough out side facing the sock. 🫤 the coffee pair is the opposite so the fit and look great.
Have these sneakers...racer jacket and legend boots...love them all
Glad you love them! Thanks for sharing.

I had a pair of these delivered to me today. They're beautiful.
Hope you end up loving them!!
I like em Perty good quality and look nice
How much time does the sole takes to become comfortable?

I don’t like the large ‘Thursday’ logo on the heel. Apart from that I would buy

Dont get sucked in. They dont care about you after purchase. Boots were good, shoes are terrible.
Bad experience, huh?
Was there a red pen mark where the side of the shoe meets the front/ by where the laces start?

Do they rub the back of the ankle?
I've heard they do to some, but I've never had an issue with it.
I tried it and its so slippery it come off my foot everytime i move
Are you wearing socks? Did you get the correct size?
@@lantzkulp yes 100% i do
Stay away the inner heel will collapse
I’m curious, how long have you had them and what happened exactly? I haven’t had that happen yet.

I'm sure they are the same quality. A Honda is just like a Mercedes you know.
@AObando2002 don't know what you're trying to say, but Hondas durability outlasts Mercedes
