In a future video, I'd love some additional insight into your method of force-carbing in a keg. My own results have been pretty lackluster with meads; I get a lot of bubbles/fizziness during the pour but it's basically uncarbonated a few minutes later.
since you mentioned your brew having a bad after taste. I made a blueberry mead. it ended up tasting like grape mead, wich is fine. But to get to the point It had a cough syrup after taste. I made it with real blueberries btw. is there any advice you can give me to avoid this in the future? nice video and keep up the good work!
I made a candy cinnamon mead using hot tamales and I complete know what you are talking about with that aftertaste. It really does come off as very artificial/chemically.
More hard seltzer recipes please! Ty man
Did you finally give in and buy a kegging setup?!
He got pushed into it 🤣 😎
And I love it!
Gonna have to try that
I also would like to see you play around with more hard seltzers
I wonder if you using cinnamon Jolly Ranchers would be easier. Still have to unwrap a bunch, but who knows.

I need to make a video on that!

That’s interesting! It could have been your berries, maybe they weren’t ripe enough?
Are Atomic Fireballs coated in wax like other candies? After you boiled them did that wax appear on top and needed to be skimmed off?
Possibly! I didn’t note anything on top of the brew frankly though
I suppose with that many candies it would have been evident. Thank you.

I’d be curious to use hot tamales now!
Maybe it would have been easier with the Hot Tamales candy, less candy to unwrap
I'd like to try the animal-based sugar 😜
♥☺♥
I'm sure I'm not alone in being too haunted by Fireball whiskey to try this one but I love the project!
😂
