Can the roof stand water tank
As am typing this, am living in a precast building, In Dubai this technology has been embraced and used even to build taller buildings, this is the future, thanks for airing this out
Lynn hi. Top content! ... If I drill the precast to mount TV on the wall, then by chance cut through a pre-stressed cable inside the panel. Will it weaken?
A lot of fact checking and comparatives are needed here. Precast works, but it is structural integrity is its success. Watching his office on a separate video, structural questions come to mind. I work in an office made of precast slabs (just walls) but they are not hollow blocks. The build was in situ not offsite. Finishing costs are not cheap and thats where the catch is.
Our guest is so grounded in who he is..and I love how keen he is to acknowledge the one who established him (God).
True. Ni ngumu kupata construction companies na contractors/mafundi who can be trusted. They are always looking for ways to inflate the costs not to cut them
Good Work. Those asking about precasts, note a lot of houses like Jericho, Lumumba, Jerusalem, Maringo, a lot of the Kenya Railways houses all used Precast Technology and they are still standing 70yrs later.
Wow ….really 👍
@1signOtime1 interesting - didn't know that. I wish they had seen the future and done storied apartments for those estates
Which is 5/6/7 floors buildings please ????? Am convinced of a bacaloy and may maisonettes
Very funny that people never realised this.
@@wahukamunyu7558 probably if that had been done, the conversations happening on destroying the current houses to build those storied apartments would not be happening. just saying.
And ofcourse the work done those days was quality and materials lasted longer. Sahi ujenzi ni shamba la wanyama - everyone for himself and God for us all!
Mr Sammy is the real deal. I approached him wanting to put up a two bedroom hse . I provided the drawings and he gave me a quote and a Fundi who delivered the job in two weeks. The estimates were spot on.
How much was it and how much would it have been if you used normal stones?
How much was it if you don’t mind me asking?
In Europe they build big buildings using precast and within few months the house is already standing. I'm happy to see the system's arrived home in Kenya. Pongezi sana to this guy❤🎉
Yes but the problem you here the neighbours in all corners no privacy very noisy
@@lifeiseverything9What do you mean by that? This home actually has more privacy than homes in overseas. They are mostly town homes and homes in one gated communities. Unless, you live in the outskirts of the city and lived on a massive land.
Lynn this is the best interview and an eye 👁️ opener for diaspora . We as diaspora feel that prices of houses and land are very exorbitant in kenya . If precast will bring down the cost of construction it will be better for the country . We need another interview with Sammy show casing some of the multi-storey buildings , maisonettes either finished or in the process plus the costs so that diaspora can compare with companies like Wilson Homes etc . Thanks 🙏
Lovely story and may God bless you for opening our eyes .
True i saw very tall building in qatar being built with precast...so let's embrace changes great job
His full of wisdom humility and Godly young people should learn from him. May you excel that God will be glorified
Im looking to build my precast home this year. Id love to work with a man of such faith in my first home ownership
Yap Precast all the way nowadays kila kitu ni digital.💪💪
Sammy Wambua- my classmate and deskmate at Musengo primary. Glory to God, Such a great testimony.
I didn’t hear nor see how to contact him, do you know how to contact him?
Ask Lynn @@malissawhite4569
My desk mate them days

@@malissawhite4569 towards the end of the video, he says his contact
Uhuru Estate was built using precast concrete in the 70s and it is still standing. Precast is definitely the way to go!
Am going for this perimeter wall
Thanks LNN, Sammy is a good honest man, I have been to his site, he sorted my 3 bedromed house with 70 panels, somewhere in Gem, Siaya.
Wonderful, do they deliver at site?
Good to know! I have land...I should consult him
How much was the budget?
@@winnieopijah7670Yes deliveries are done to your site at your own cost
good to hear this review
I am watching you from Papua New Guinea, and I have been praying for some kind of material, from concrete that I can built my home with. I am so blessed that I watched your programme, that has given me some insight... Thank you and be blessed.
This is the guy I would like to do business with Thank you Sammy for being you and keeping your morals
There is nothing impossible with God. Seeing people who are faithful to God being blessed is quite encouraging.
I need to reach out to this guy . So timely. Thank you Lynn
He is oozing so much wisdom every word he speaks. May God continue to bless you as you serve your purpose. You are doing a good job keep it up. Thanks Lynn for great episodes. Barikiwa sana.❤
Great Job! Would love an episode on cost estimates for different types and size of houses- ballpark estimates of the structure without interior finishings.
For example a 3 bedroom house with a Roof like that sample house in a village away from Kisumu City How much will that kind of house cost?
Amen , This guy has so much wisdom , May God continue blessing him
Our guest is a man who knows his God and the ability of God in the lives of those who put their hope in God.
He sounds very passionate about his work. Very articulate
Lynn!!!!!! You are AMAZING!!! May God bless you and the people you bring here who share their knowledge and wisdom with us. I have to say for someone who knew nothing before, I have learned so much and as they say knowledge is power and knowledge is leverage. Thank you thank you ❤

His love for God is so encouraging 🙏🙏. May the Lord bless you and continue to expand your Business so that you may bless many.
This guy is so humble and spewing so much wisdom. I loved every bit of what he said
I just love people who depend and acknowledge the almighty GOD in all they do.
Thank you Lynn's guest.
Sweet Lynn you are doing an awesome job.
Keap educating your fellow Kenyans.
This concept sounds very fascinating and if the engineering and long term durability and product strength is spot on then definitely it is the way to go if constructing a new home; great savings, durable and aesthetically pleasing. Congratulations Kingdom Solutions. When you have the Creator in your heart first, business will always thrive.
A lot of guys out here are claiming to know about pre cast,.... but kingdom sounds like he knows what he is talking about.
A plus: Lynn and Sammy, this is completely amazing. I really appreciate Sammy and what he is doing. Changing yhe trajectory of building. I dont know him but I already trust him.
On the other hand: Safety first. Please provide your staff with proper work cloths and protective equipment for the sake of their safety, and for the sake of Kingdom Business.
I am in a room by myself and i am really clapping listening to genius Simon Wambua.
🥰🥰
Listen to this has changed my mind on precast, I need to do my house by this
Very encouraged by Sammy will keep on trusting God to fulfill my Vision.
Thank you Lynn.
This is one of your best interviews.
Very informative.
Very inspired, I saw a nearby house in UK was built in three months and I was like I wish this technology was in kenya, I had no Idea that precast is already embraced in kenya. Thanks Lynn our girl for this content.
I thank God I have found what I have been searching for a long time. I live in Switzerland na this is the best solution wacha tu.
My prayers also one day is to see helping a society one way or another
Thumbsup team LNN for hosting this gentleman.
Africa should embrace precast too.Have seen this in Saudi very effective, keep up the good work
Wow, so inspiring. He needs to be a motivation speaker if he is not yet ..
How very awesome..Lynn you have just interviewed this very humble and blessed God fearing precaster Sammy. on time. Director Sammy, thank you for heeding Gods voice, because you will build homes everywhere. Thank you also Director for creating employment for your young workers 👏 👏.I salute you, I honour your trust in God. Well done you. 👏 👏 👏
Wow! Wow! This interview was not even about precast, its the wisdom.
My take home- I will live in my house by Jan 2025.
few days to go
@@nyawirakirori2116 hello. How are you fairing? Already done?
Thanks Lynn for bringing us Sammy Kingdom Precast building concept. I have watched him and the developments showcased via “property noma” and for sure the houses and office blocks are amazing. @Sammy thank you for the good job you do. 👍My visit is coming soon....🎉🙏
This guy is a genius he sounds like a fully fledged engineer. Can't believe he started way down.
As architect who does design and build I can guarantee that the so called alternative tech including precsst are not necessarily cheap. Yes you will save on time and cost savings are negligible. FYI walling is only 12% of the construction do you see where I am going. Simple challenge for anyone looking to build get a plan send to a number of this companies to get a quote and get a quote for basic finish stone and motor House and compare.
Time is equal to money because the longer it takes to build the more materials cost plus the expense of living while building.
@@malissawhite4569 Hehehe... if I tell you this will cost 1.5m and it will take 25 day build and another will cost the same amount but it will take you 30 days what exactly is the saving. And on material cost going with time I can buy all my materials at the same so what exactly is your point?
Change is like a rest😅
Time, storage for the construction materials, having to water the walls for how many days? Well for me Precast is the way to go.
@@sophiekamau3608 unlike you I studied this shit and of the major part of design was doing a case study... most of this people who are selling this things are businessman out to make killing and capitalise on gullibility of Kenyans. I can almost guarantee out of big number of them selling them on a few have done a casestudy. I live and word in the building industry in dubai I haven't come across the version of panels available in Kenya.
I'll use the same precast for my home in two years time.
Sammy I love the way you know your God. No wonder you are doing exploits. Am listening keenly. 🙌🙌🔥
Encouraging indeed. It is true you go through challenges for God to mold you better. Congratulations to him
A very exciting show and way to go. Thanks, Lynn for interviewing Sammy I have watched him on Property Noma and I believe this is the way to go. God bless him, he is so grounded it is amazing.
Sammy is very soft spoken and so eloquent when he talks. He understands his business very well. Great work man!.
I live in a precast house abroad...Mindset Mindset Mindset
does it retain heat alot or its well insulated?
Thank you for the great information that you give us. I am an African diaspora from Canada and planning to build a house in Namanga Kenya I will use it. Thank you 🙏 again you always bring great information to your viewers.
I have never met Sammy but my spirit has always given him thumps-up. I see genuine and trustful fellow. Precast concrete is the now technology. Thanks Lynn
Lynn i love this interview. A very humble, young, knowledgeable young man. I will pay Kingdom Precast Solutions a visit Lynn. Soon. For sure this is the way to go.
Lynn Ngugi on such topics please do back ground research to get more information to understand precast
What a humble person!
God will lift you so high Sammy.
This show has been a blessing.
Dear God your daughter needs this🙏
I am very impressed with him. When I went to visit him in his new site, the had put up the building but the airing area had no roof. Really impressive how he has remained consistent. Well done Lynn and well done for bringing such inspiring people. I hope many young entrepreneurs will take cue from him and also learn how much it pays to believe in a higher being.
Wow,thanks for this conversation.this is the way to go..
Am also encouraged by his life's journey and belief in God

Great concept..led by a God fearing man, very helpful too.i contacted him for a precast fundi and immediately referred one
Lynn we need this in Kisumu. Kindly 🙏
Bakers are what they are using to build mansions, building and bridges and high ways in the western world it just means that Africa is behind with this new technology .I am living in the west so I understand what he is talking about.
Lovely talk and his very humble may God bless him 🙏
The episode comes right in time when am doing research on the same. Following to learn so that I can decide soon. Thanks @LynnNgugi.

Wonderful presentation Lynn. I am convinced I will go precast. It makes sense.
Wow this conversation Has many gems. He just gave us gold and diamond when he said life is spiritual. Wow ! I grabbed that. Thanks LNN
I love this work. I'd want to build a rental house using this method.
You truly are something precious we respect you miss Lynn and Mr proprietor this is depths love,,love,,,
Lynn thanks, I am going to use precast in all my future construction projects.
I like the fact that he put God in his business. Kingdom minded man.
Here in Europe, literally, all modern buildings have been made of precast. One other advantage is less storage space needed on site as materials are brought ready, this means no loss of construction materials due to theft.
Exactly , the fundi stealing cement, bringing less bricks and some bricks breakd better
Precast way.
The biggest estate in Kenya with over 4550 units is made of precast.
The walls were tested recently by a great rubble and they stood the test.
Way to go
What estate if I may ask you Joyce?
Which estate is this?
WOW! Thanks Lynn! God glorified! Inspiring!

Thanks, Lynn, for bringing this to us.Precast is the way to go.....I must have mine done this way. Asante sana
Yes is true we used that on my mum house we ❤ it
You cannot ask people who are selling precast whether their product is cheaper than others, they will obviously say it's cheaper. We need someone who is using conventional way to give you a quote also then you compare.
Perfect job good timing will definitely go this direction; beautiful home indeed, very Godly and humble Sammy may you be blessed more and more
Iam really convinced need to build with precast
Built my our family rentals from precast. Saved tons.
All the same the guest, weeeuh, attitude, integrity, faith and the will to keep trusting God has moved me.

@lynn ngugi you are always God sent this has come at a time i have been doing research about this, first i asked friend who never really trusted the ideas i went to online research about abroad and Arab countries but had mixed feeling and not ready to go stone way, now seeing our own have oozing knowledge my answer is here calling Sammy

My parents house in Uhuru estate next to Jerusalem, Jericho, Maringo and Buruburu were built by Isrealis back late 50s & 60s and all those houses which are in the thousands are still standing. I lived in uhuru for over 20yrs and never seen any issues with the structure of houses there. Precast is the way to go👏🏿🙏🏿💯👍🏿
