Nice video though it seems it's basically done for Swahili speaking countries only. I can't speak Swahili and trying to follow the video and getting lost when interviewer and interviewee drift from English to Swahili. Maybe include English subtitles to run with the video.
when building foundation on black cotton soil with no stone substacture in sight, you excavate the foundation to at least 2 meters deepth and feel it with red soil and get a roller to firm it on place. otherwise, you will have your house develop on the walls all over. black cotton is only good for planting maize and not building houses on it.
