    Custard Cream
    500 milliliters of milk
    100 grams of granulated sugar
    1 vanilla pod
    45 grams of custard powder
    Pinch of salt
    Profiteroles
    100 milliliters of milk
    100 milliliters of water
    100 grams of butter
    100 grams of all purpose flour
    4 eggs
    ◾Instructions
    1. First add 450 milliliters of milk, 50 grams of granulated sugar to a sauce pan. Mix everything together.
    2. Add a vanilla pod to the mixture and bring the mixture to a boil.
    3. Next add 45 grams of custard powder, 50 grams of granulated sugar and a pinch of salt to a mixing bowl.
    4. Start with adding 50 milliliters of milk to the mixing bowl. Mix everything well without lumps
    5. Then add two egg yolks to the mixing bowl.
    6. Next add the heated mixture to the mixing bowl. Mix everything together and add the mixture back into the saucepan. Bring the mixture again to a boil so the cream thickens.
    7. When the cream has thickens add the cream to a oven dish. Let it set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
    8. For the profiteroles dough get a saucepan and add 100 milliliters of milk, 100 milliliters of butter and 100 milliliters of water. Bring the mixture to a boil.
    9. Then add 100 grams of all purpose flour the the mixture. Mix everything together.
    10. Cook the batter for two minutes.
    11. Next add 1 egg at time (total 4 eggs). Only add the next egg when the other one is fully incorporated.
    12. Put the batter in a piping bag and make round balls of the batter.
    13. Bake for 20 minutes (210°C). After 20 minutes of baking let let them cool down completely.
    14. Put the Custard cream in a piping bag and fill the Profiteroles.
    15. At last add on top of the Profiteroles some powdered sugar.
