    100 milliliters of milk
    100 milliliters of water
    100 grams of butter
    100 grams of all purpose flour
    4 eggs
    200 grams of belgian chocolate
    80 grams of powdered sugar
    500 milliliters of fresh cream (35% fat)
    ◾Instructions
    1. For the profiteroles dough get a saucepan and add 100 milliliters of milk, 100 milliliters of butter and 100 milliliters of water. Bring the mixture to a boil.
    2. Then add 100 grams of all purpose flour the the mixture. Mix everything together.
    3. Cook the batter for two minutes.
    4. Next add 1 egg at time (total 4 eggs). Only add the next egg when the other one is fully incorporated.
    5. Put the batter in a piping bag and make round balls of the batter.
    6. Bake for 20 minutes (210°C). After 20 minutes of baking let let them cool down completely.
    7. Melt 200 grams of belgian chocolate au bain marie.
    8. Next add 80 grams of powdered sugar and 500 milliliters of fresh cream (35% fat) to your kitchen machine. Mix everything until the whipped cream is formed.
    9. Put the whipped cream in a piping bag and fill the Profiteroles.
    10. Then dip the Profiteroles in the chocolate.
    11. Put the Profiteroles for 15 minutes in the fridge.

    One tip - apply some water on your fingure tip and then just seal the batter ball's tip before baking , it will improve the shape of end product
