Please excuse the dingy looking pan. It is an Anchor Hocking pan I bought several years ago and it is very will used. It has been a great pan for cakes like this old fashioned fresh apple cake.
This is a scrumptious, easy, 9x13 apple cake. It's nicely sweetened, just full of chopped up apples and has a really yummy crunchy cinnamon topping.
