- REUPLOADED TO COMPLY WITH A PRIVACY COMPLAINT WHICH WAS UPHELD BY UA-cam.
Today we take a look at The Bristol Port Company, St Andrews House, St Andrew's Rd, Avonmouth, Bristol BS11 9DQ.
We speak to Port Police about boundaries and port rules and then move back to council maintained land to launch the drone.
We then get approached by Port Police again who want details.

Enjoy!

Public servants putting in privacy complaints because they are embarrassed by their own actions
Shouldn't be allowed, worthy of a complaint on it's own.
@@stuartb4525its* own, no apostrophe saying "it is". Ours. Theirs. Its. 👍
@@thekeysman6760 Needs a capital letter at the beginning of the sentence mate.
@@thekeysman6760 It's is correct, as in it is. As for the other rubbish you typed, not sure of the relevance. Plus this isn't, which means is not, a grammar school. Couldn't give two hoots what I type and how things are spelt. It's idiots like yourself that troll the comments looking for some spelling mistake or other minor error. Hope you feel a lot better now. Maybe get that appointment made for booster number 9. Obviously it's due very soon.
That police lady approach was the very definition of "Passive Aggressive"! Of course, then followed by the "Walk of Shame".
She found the video and was embarrassed with her lack of knowledge on the law 😂😂
I think it's not only that she had an acute lack of legal knowledge, it's also the fact that she lied to DJ in order to procure his details.
Blurring might solve one bit...still doesn't stop us knowing that there was a police lady not knowing what she was talking about!
Moreover, her name, number, and identity are all a matter of public record. You can easily find out exactly who she is and then take all the photos of her you want in person.
@@ajm5007why would you want to take photos of my mum you weirdo fantasising over my mum
@@ajm5007 yeah but UA-cam is trash and sucks
Multiple fans stopping to say hi and get a key ring whilst the police lady is attempting to get your details is PRICELESS! Cool site/port - thanks for the video!
i want a key ring now
There is no expectation of privacy in public especially when it comes to public servants like police during the performance of their duties.
I think a third party must have done this. He has just done a review of one of DJA vid.
It's wrong that UA-cam cowers to these people and slam the channel.
@@LuMaxQFPVThe problem is UA-cam goes by their rules and not the law.
Yet another public servant that thinks they are entitled to privacy in public. She also is obviously ignorant of drone laws. What makes it worse is she honestly believes the rubbish she's spouting. She obviously must know she can't do anything otheteise she would have done ir. Nothing but an attempt at intimidation to get you to do what whe wanted. Discusting.
No one said there is. UA-cam has its own rules that are different from the laws of the UK. They can enforce whatever privacy policy they wish on their platform. If you don't like it, you can upload your videos elsewhere.
UA-cam shouldn't uphold privacy complaints from public servants
Well, no (much as that is difficult to hear). It's a US company first off, so there is that. I dislike it as much as you. It leaves an extremely bitter taste in my palate (and I LOVE bitter sweeties!) 🤣
In all seriousness though, Google is a private company, they can and MUST be able to have their own guidelines in a free market place.
IF your and my wishes for public servants were to be 'upheld' on Google, then it would have to be the UK government that upholds them (much like the CCP does btw).
GOOD LUCK with that!🤣
You are woman.
You are wrong!
They say ignorance of the law is no defence, yet cops charge and arrest you for lawful pursuits because they are ignorant of the law themselves
So the privacy complaint and bluring out seems to be from an overbearing clueless police officer, useless beyond belief, and disgusting that this is encouraged
Still got her name, address and mobile number. Took me less than 20 minutes.
Still got a badge number and name, that they are legally required to provide to any member of the public that they engage and requests it from them.
When she climbed out of her or somebody elses bed that morning she was wrong in assuming her powers would cover her...... nice one again DJ
A public servant can file a privacy complaint when being filmed in public?
On UA-cam, yes. But he can't make a criminal or civil complaint about it.
no. the ycannot file a complaint about being filmed in public at all. the complaint is that youtube lets them complain.. no law to stop anyone filming the police or anyone else in public..... get it right..
@@philldownes8685 thats literally what he said Phil...
@@EnforsShould it be enforced though? I mean you have this dude making a living entertaining us and going out of his way to make digital content for us to enjoy. Someone we pay from our trillion £ purse who works in one the most public facing role arguably just basically threw a load of rubbish on his land and is making him clean it up. No damage really done but time taken from him for doing nothing. Messed up 😂
@@Enfors female voice = woman, not "he"
"You need to be more than pretty sure when acting as a constable". Well said. A big lesson I've learned in my life, don't open your mouth if you're not absolutely sure of what you're talking about.
Painful for the lady police officer when the civilian knows more about the law than she does...More painful is the awareness she's being recorded by the civilian while he demonstrates it.
Citizen, not civilian. They're not armed forces, no matter how hard they believe otherwise.
Trouble is that DJ is wrong about the law. He only gets away with it because the police don't know the law either. Although this policewoman was more or less correct.
@@NickLea Could be,, but he has more credibility than some local yokel gendarme that's very obviously trying to facilitate an agenda at the moment. And if she knew she was right,, why the retreat??
@@NickLeareally? Which part was he wrong about?
@@FSAM2132 At 15:28 he says "...there needs to be a suspicion of an offence". This is wrong. The law changed two years ago and what the police woman says is correct.
Under the Air Traffic Management and Unmanned Aircraft Act 2021, Schedule 9, Section 2, a constable may do the following if they have reasonable grounds to believe that a person (P) is or was the pilot of a drone (both under and over 250g).
2(2) The constable may require P to provide such information as the constable considers reasonable as to the identity of-
(a) the person or persons who are or were the UAS operator for the flight, or
(b) the person or persons who made the unmanned aircraft available for use by P.
So, a police officer can ask for the identity of the operator - not just the Operator ID. Usually, if a person is flying their own drone then they are both the operator and pilot so they must give their information. If you are flying somebody else's drone then you are the pilot but they remain the operator and so, in that case, the pilot must give the details of the operator or other person who gave them the drone.
It is an offence not to give this information:-
2(4) P is guilty of an offence if-
(a) P fails to comply with a requirement imposed by a constable under this paragraph to provide, as respects a flight by an unmanned aircraft, information as to the identity of a person,
(b) P is or was the remote pilot of the unmanned aircraft for the flight,
(c) the relevant registration requirement which the constable had reasonable grounds for suspecting is or was applicable as respects the UAS operator for the unmanned aircraft and the flight is or was so applicable, and
(d) at the time when the constable imposed the requirement, P could have provided information of the kind which the constable required P to provide.
and is punishable with a fine of up to £500:-
2(5) A person who is guilty of an offence under this paragraph is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 2 on the standard scale.
Karen hated being wrong and not knowing the law but still tried to bully it out of you. What an embarrassment to her and her family. I can see why she wanted the video taken down.
What she should do though is resign. She now knows as well as all of us that she’s incompetent
Police can never admit they are in the wrong. Officer tried to do my brother for having a mobile phone while driving. He keeps his phone in the glovebox, they still couldn't say 'Sorry I made a mistake' They had to check his insurance/tax and then give him a lecture on the dangers of mobile phone use.
I laughed everytime u walked off from her to give the fans keyrings
I just love it when DJ Audits puts uneducated PCs in their place with more knowledge of the laws than them.
DJ is wrong on the law.
Privacy complaint???
Giving stupid directives should NEVER be treated as private when they come from someone WE pay for.
She wanted her identity hidden because she's ill-informed about the law and looks like a nutter. Thanks for reposting so I could see it again.
It’s amazing how fans always turn up just as the police or people kick off. Perfect timing 😂
Port Police worried about being outed for trafficking goods perhaps? Great job DJ! 👍
Again a public servant decides that as they maded a fool of themselves that they deserve special treatment and UA-cam go with it.
Time for a rumble channel for this kind of thing as it seems a lot harder to get them taken down on there
I bet she was miffed by everyone calling you name 😂
Bristol Open Doors tours used to drive members of the public around the docks by the bus load. No restrictions on photography.
Privacy complaints on pig body cams never seem to work though.
Actually, they work quite often. You're not actually familiar with many such cases, are you? Works all the time.
Nice assertion but i never take the word of a bootlicker.@@ajm5007
'' You need land owners permission , but it can't be enforced''. What a JOKE
UA-cam being very hard on the channel recently with their privacy decisions.
It's appalling, and the more they uphold, the more emboldened tyrant become to make them.
He cries to youtube to get audits done on him blocked for privacy reasons. Good for the goose etc
The audacity of police thinking that they enforce every act of parliament and not just the criminal codes is astonishing.
I don't understand the privacy complaint? She was on a public land, in a public place, acting in an official capacity.
You don't understand why a tyrant would abuse a process? New to auditing?
@@rogerborg Not at all. Of course police will try to bend or break the rules. She may have been an idiot, but she wasn't a tyrant. At no time did she attempt to violate his rights. She was fairly respectful towards him. She didn't threaten him. Was she professional? No. She was ignorant and walked off in a strop because DJ defended his rights.
If you want to see a tyrant in action, watch the video of the young American boy who was arrested for taking photographs of an old people's home from public. The female cop was bollocked by her male sergeant, because she didn't think that Constitution should be obeyed or respected. She was upset that the boy refused to answer her questions and arrested him for that. That is tyranny. People like yourself are far too quick to brandish words like corrupt, or tyrant around far too easily, and without knowing the definition. The cop said or did something I didn't like, they're a TYRANT!!! The cop said or did something I didn't like, they're CORRUPT!
UA-cam should have denied the privacy request as she was a constable, acting in an official capacity. If she was off duty, or undercover police, then I totally understand UA-cam upholding the privacy complaint.
It's not a LEGAL complaint. It's a complaint to UA-cam. UA-cam can create an enforce whatever content rules they wish, regardless of what the law allows. The LAW allows the sharing of her likeness. UA-cam does not. And since this is UA-cam's website, they get to enforce that rule however and whenever they choose.
@@ajm5007 No shit. I basically said that.
Is it youtube that “forces” you to blur out the faces? I hope that you can post the original video soon again. She can’t be expecting privacy out in public… Take Care best DJ.
Might be worth uploading and linking the unedited versions to Rumble, like some other UA-cam channels do.
The old crow in the yellow jacket has been identified by her friends. Her name is now everywhere 😂😂
You need your own site to publish the uncensored by UA-cam versions.
100%
With a support email for contacting about privacy issues, where he would just politely decline.
DJ, next time you need to take a break or are out of videos, you should do different compilations eg police embarrassing themselves, aggressive staff/security etc
Loved this one, so much ridiculousness and so many keyrings :)
What the hell? UA-cam upheld a _privacy_ complaint by a _public_ servant, in _public?_ This has to end - that's got to be grounds for a (real) complaint against the plonk for making a bogus (UA-cam) complaint because she was embarrassed by her own ignorance and incompetence.
[EDIT] Aaaaahaha, there's a full shot of her uncomprehending potato face at 17:06 - why even bother?
You hit the nail on the head 😂😂😂
Was she a proper PC? If so she's over paid
She was like a lamb to the slaughter 😂😂 not a single clue what she’s talking about!! 😂
Keep reuploading, keep standing up to the b'stards!
PUBLIC seems to be a concept oft missed and misunderstood by PUBLIC employees and PUBLIC servants.
This is the next layer of auditing challenge for all of us freedom-appreciators to take on.
😂🤣😂do they know its just encouraging us to re watch some of your best vids🤣😂🤣👍
One of the best, I’ve learned so much from your videos thank you DJ
And... I have now watched it twice so NER NER..😂
We should all make complaints to the police about secret operations by their staff and ask for what authority she had to contact YouCube on their behalf.
The reason why Auditors should become common law peace constables then you have the power.
DJ has become a celebrity amoung the industrial estates.
“You need to give your details on the law that I just made up hoping that you are too intimidated by my military style clothes to notice”
I want a keyring.
Seems that the people of Bristol watch DJ audits. They're obviously people of great taste and discernment. ( I was born in Bristol lol)
2nd police person *OWNED*!
Some of your best work
that was great videp never knew bristol port was so busy😃
UA-cam should learn public place public photography public official means anyone anytime can take your picture but we all have screenshots of her just cause she doesn’t no what she’s talking about UA-cam upheaved her pathetic behaviour as a constable of the king
oh dear, a lot of censored re-uploads lately
She really embarrassed the police force !! She needs to go back to trainning and lean the law before shes let out on the street.
She was the drone star of the show.
So glad I saw this before the thought police were involved. The memories are in there and nothing they can do about it, I think. They cannot get inside my mind , can they ?
Great footage dj very interesting dock activities sims is the world largest metal recycling company i believe cheers atb
They really need to know what they are talking about before they approach the public. Mardy madam SMH 🤦♀️
It wasn’t nice to meet her.
Another great one mate 👍🏻
Love the fact you nearly ran out key rings!!
Is there a law to do with interfering with a drone operator while the drone is in the air?
looooll I remember that complete bullsit police lady haha, love the Re-Uploads!
Knowledge is power
DJ, you could go round offering £1m reward for any of these jobsworths that know the drone laws, it wouldn't cost you a penny.😋
Dj check out air traffic management and unmanned aircraft act 2022, schedule 8 and schedule 9 specifically schedule 9. You could have been arrested. If an officer suspects you don't have the correct competency they can have your details to verify your competency and all relevant CAA registration is in order. If you refuse you are committing an offence
yeah but it's all about meeting that threshold. He showed her his operator ID which is the only thing he needed to comply with. And ensure his drone was sub 250. That is the only competency required in that location.
Lol kaotic just got schooled as well! FAIL
Another clatter of views to add to the original video. These people never learn do they.
Definitely expected a privacy complaint from her , I would hide my face aswell if I knew nothing about my job 😂
You need someone with you to video you and anyone who talks to you , in case of any legal ' difficulties ' .
I’m struggling to understand why there is a gatehouse and barriers when no cars or lorries are being checked.
That cop needs educating
Another great video
That female officer is a jobsworth who does not know the law nor does whoever she consulted. Hope she went away and learnt the law. Totally wrong that an on duty officer comes onto public land (does she have jurisdiction off port land?), gets the law wrong and invokes privacy to cover her errors in drone laws!
Never understand why law enforcement try to explain to a experienced drone flyer the rights and wrongs of there proffesion .
Iain Gould has an article in his blog about Territorial police forces.
The ports police only have jurisdiction of the port and a mile radius from the port.
I would of reuploaded it without the blur
He could, but they just remove it. Can't win.
Did she make that waffle up 😂
Dj port police have been on all the docks i ever worked at from the 70s onwards when i started and obviously before that aswell and Parkeston Quay in Harwich which i worked most of my life.
Lawful activity and photography is not a crime also cannot ask for id under suspicion as its not a crime about to commit or do a crime otherwise police can get lost
😍

They give em a outfit ..and just put em straight on streets with no clue 🤡🤡wonder why there’s no respect anymore
Hasn't this been previously shown on youtube?
Port Police woman is a little person who has been given a uniform and thinks she is the local Fuhrer. She soon came back down to earth when challenged,
as I said when you first uploaded this video
Wonders if she put in the complaint herself?, or she run it up through her superiors?.
Her actions and complaints about privacy as a public servant is beyond stupid, be a shame if her details were to get leaked to the open, public internet.
Half the time i think these Security Guards are that bored they agitate just for something to do ..Like Chatting up the Girl with the Mono-Brow and more folds than a Poker Tournament at 2am in a Nightclub
Sometimes you find your entertainment in turmoil
23:57 First time around I remember thinking where is this invisible guy? In the window of the control box? 🤔❓
Bless her she was so embarrassed by her actions and lack of intelligence she went through the trouble of having her face blobbed out . To late miss we all saw you 😂
Why have UA-cam upheld a privacy complaint in a public area?
No wonder PC fluck up wanted to be blurred out!
June 10
Although each Force does try to confine its operations to its own county boundaries, and would generally request local Police to carry out the arrest of a suspect in another region, they are not obliged to do so and their powers and privileges do not ‘fall away’ when they cross the county line.
However, as well as the territorial forces, there also exist a wide variety of “Special Police Forces” whose officers are not full Crown Constables, answerable to the Home Office, but a different species of law enforcement officer, whose typical police uniforms belie the fact that their powers are geographically limited to a specific location or type of infrastructure and cannot generally be exercised outside the boundaries of the same. Such “Special Police Forces” include the following -
British Transport Police (formerly, the Railway Police)
Ministry of Defence Police
Civil Nuclear Constabulary
Ports Police (e.g the Port of Dover Police)
Parks Police (e.g Kensington & Chelsea Parks Police)
Cathedral Constables (e.g York Minster Police)
Cambridge University Police (Clearly Cambridge students need closer control than any others!)
Mersey Tunnels Police.
The Port of Dover Police, as with many other regional port forces, are funded by the owners of the Port and are maintained under powers originating from the Harbours, Docks and Piers Clauses Act 1847 which limits their jurisdiction to land actually owned by the Harbour Board, and extending in a one mile radius beyond.

I can only assume the terrible officer made the complaint. She really needs to brush up on the laws, so does UA-cam for that matter. while she is acting in the capacity of a police officer she cannot expect any right to privacy. her actions where shocking.
She's a public official in a public place. Why does she have any expectation of privacy?
