Carburetor Cleaning was easy with the help of air compressor. It works perfectly for cleaning small hole and valve.
Engine cleaning was done before refilling with new engine oil.
Sprayed or flush using petrol for thorough inside cleaning. Old engine oil were drained mixed with petrol.

You could have changed those old engine mounting and bushings. Its a pretty inexpensive investment for a healthy motor and the chassis.
Bro my Maruti 800 give 16kmplin highway. I have done all carburettor and distributor tuning what to do further to get 22kmpl.please put a seperate fully carburettor clean and tuning and

Your sump is dented.Change it for a new one it only costs between 250-400 rupees.
Dented sump can create low oil pressure problems.
Bro what mileage should a 2004 maruti 800 should give mine is giving around 12 it is very low I live in hilly area what should I do

Depends upon body conditions work, n paint quality u want to spray.. In usual conditions it starts from 12k low to 25k high

@@ZingkhaiKust modified with headlamps but carburetor required more maintenance than mpfi this engine only best in 90s there are lot of problems in carburetor the fault in current and lot of problems it manually inject fuel but mpfi is great it's do electronically

What type of compressor you are using and what is the tqnks size of it and what is the motor hp?
It's an electric motor compressor 2. 5 HP, tank size is 60ltre

@@ZingkhaiKust thank you sir, I have 800 type1 carb , of which no 3 cylinder tube is leaking oil and damaging it's plug. What might be the problem ? And also hot start problem.
