Nice video as always like UK trains but can you makke also for example videos from other counntries for example high speed line Amsterdam to Brussels or in Germany a black forrest route or a the S Bahn of Berlin or Munich?
I plan to make some more videos on routes in other countries, they are on my to do list. Sadly I can’t do the route from Amsterdam to Brussels as it’s not available. But look out for some German, Austrian, and Swiss routes in the not too distant future!
When Sim Rail comes out, I will absolutely be making some videos on Polish routes - I spend a lot of time in Poland so am excited to be able to make some videos on Polish trains and routes for this channel! :)
Former Prime Minister Harold Wilson was MP for Huyton as I recall. Well pronounced!
The UA-cam spell checker has certainly never heard of it!
I know you love these totally useless morsels of information!
Ex-Worst Crapital Disconnect 319.
Btw, it has a bad acceleration for a stopping service.
No worse than pretty much any DMU haha XD
@@PTGRail Acceleration of many DMUs VS the 319:
Class 755/4 on diesel: 0.9 m/s2
Class 195: 0.83 m/s2
Class 158: 0.8 m/s2
Class 755/3 on diesel: 0.7m/s2
Class 150: 0.66 m/s2
*Class 319: 0.55 m/s2*
@@TheArkamedBat the figures are pretty meaningless, you need to compare curves for an accurate picture. That said the 319 isn't great no
I would love to run all these senarios, but when you start to look at all the prerequsites to do so the money just starts racking up. When something needs 15 other add ons it is ridiculous.
That's why steam underground exists
In free mode, I could replicate the former semi-fast service from Manchester Airport to Liverpool South Parkway - only between Manchester Piccadilly to Liverpool Lime Street via Newton-le-Williows, St Helens Junction and Wavertree Technology Park.
I get a nice little pang of nostalgia seeing a Class 319, given I live at a SouthEastern/Thameslink station and these in FCC livery were a common sight! Always remember their saggy bouncy seats xD Nice to see they're still going and finding work over thirty years into their working lives!
Thought the trains were on strike
The class 319 is my favourite train, so thanks for this video
Class 319 from ap is separate not an enhancement
Yup Merseysider here and pronunciation of Huyton was spot on
Since 2020, this service has been suspended, and it hasn’t came back :(
Only 2 trains per day from Liverpool to Bank quay now, one in the morning, and one in the evening. It’s sad really, it was very useful. Great video though PTG!
Great video as always Pete. Thank you. What is that thing center main window sticking up looking almost like a triangle with its top cut off?
Could you do a service from Blackpool North/ South to Colne?
Awesome video buddy from Alan in Lowestoft
great video as always, love these instructional driving videos.
on a side note, do you know what to enter into the gsm-r if the signal has 4 digits instead of 3?
The remaining 3 digits of the signal number should be entered.
Great video!
How do you buy or download scenarios
