My 138xlr, I can ether adjust it where LSB is 12 O clock and USB is useless or vic vers. Talks good. Has to " warm up" for 3 to 5min to be on freq. So it's kinda useless as a mobile. Love that old school RX though as CB radios go.
Yes, and one of the good ones. Late production unit with all the bugs worked out. However a bit high maintenance because of the relay switching. IMO, the biggest fault. I love the receiver, out performs ALL of the modern CBs, again... IMHO Cheers
UDX-390 i just talk to UDX-99 we made contact 15mins ago he booming here at 9DB in tn he heard me very well. i didn't no video. i wrote down time it around 5:03pm my time he was. on channel 37 LSB s9 between s8. he sound like local out here in tn.he was talking about bad air in utah there people talk to him on the radio and somebody try called UDX-99 from west indies over near eastern carribean they can hear him i can heard it on my quad5 in tn.

Yes, and the TRC 449 he has uses the same chassis.
Also similar to the 139XLR, Madison/Washington and TRC 457/458 among others.
