I got stuck at applying fix 2 for ADB. I was having trouble opening QGO while the settings window was open.
For someone facing the same issue, drag and drop QGO (once you run it once, it will come to the quick tray) - drag it to the side of the settings menu. That way, it won't replace the settings menu, and both the windows can be open side by side 🙂.
When you have the adb on green, but don't play any games, will eat still drain your battery faster? Do i need to turn adb off before turning my vr off?
It only makes the changes when you launch games as it only enables the changes when you launch the games you set profiles to
How do you update it once a new version comes out?
they need to add this as an official option!
Thanks for the content. I tried it with Assassin's Creed with high HD mode at 150% resolution and it was very choppy. Didn't work well. Would you say even 100% would be an improvement over the original settings??
Not choppy for me at all
@@themetalicious7195 could u share your settings?
@@charliewang8090 just using the hd profile and it runs really well
@@themetalicious7195 true. The originL HD setting works better than when I really tried to push it and increased the resolution further. There's a sweet spot somewhere beyond the original HD setting. Just gotta tweak it a bit. Thanks for the reply. Good luck.
Can we skip the initial setup if we already have Sidequest installed?
How come my "HD and HD+" is colored green instead of blue? I also do not have the 3 blue dots, thus cannot see all the settings like in this video. Regardless though, the resolution definitely is better. :)
How is your recording on quest so clean?
you can change the camera settings on the oculus.
i only get 1 solution ???
same
I just got this and can totally confirm this really makes the graphics even sharper. My question does this run in the background or do I have to run my game apps within this program?
you can add it to automatically run but if you dont go into QGO everytime then select the game
Is safe to give it unrestricted ADB permissions? Wondering if there is possibility for exfiltration of headset data
Hey man! Love your videos, I'll definitely think about getting this. I've been playing a lot of a Mixed Reality game that's super fun, and the dev is active in the discord and listens to community feedback. He's made a game called "FPS Enhanced Reality" which is a MR shooter, and "Hauntify" which is an MR horror game. They are both amazing and on app lab for cheap. I'd recommend trying them, and playing them on the channel would really help to popularize the game. He just massively updated the shooter with missions, and I believe it is getting an official store release in August. But I'd recommend giving these a try!
Does the optimizer work with any of the video player apps such as Skybox?
I’m looking for the best solution to recording quest2 in game without abrupt frame rate drops. Does this application help with that?
Yeh it works great. Made my Underdogs game sharper. About $18 here in Australia
would this work on the Quest 3s?
I use a 360 camera that I like to play 360MP4 video on the quest3. The resolution is pretty poor when playing video in quest360 mode. Will the quest optimizer improve resolution when I play the mp4 in 360 mode?
Whats the name of the game with desert eagle at the beginning??
I been trying g to install this for 8 hours and still nothing .
What game is that at teh 16 second mark with the MP5
How do I sell or even create a great idea for VR or AR use?
And you get the bonus of 35 mins of total battery life on a full charge ?
Hey. Need some help here. Please. I got as far as opening up the settings pop up. Move it to the left. Then try to reopen optimizer but the settings pop up disappears. I have tried this a dozen times with the same result. I does not work on my Q3 as shown in ur video. Any ideas. Thanks. P
Ps love ur channel. It’s my go to for VR news
i have the Quest games optimizer when it cane out but i have not use it in a while now it will not let me use it and it tell me i have to download it again, do you know what can i do.
Does this work for breachers?
The optimizer is ESSENTIAL for any Quest user end of story! I won't play any game without it running 😊
@@andrejedidaniels once you start a game with the optimizer does it stay on?
@@bonezj117 it certainly does when you turn your headset on and go to the app every game you start will engage the profile you've previously set, it's a thing of beauty 👌🏽
@@bonezj117 If I remember there is an option in it that if you let it touch the quest system it is activated whenever you click to enter a game, it must be safe since I have never seen anyone complaining about the developer, otherwise you always have to activate the application.
Hey guys, i hwve this, but for some games i donr need it how do i run game native not qgo ?
I have a question, why you can not optimize the xbox Cloud app? You can not even customize it. They are other app you are not allowed to customize the graphic setting. Why is that?
Great video thank you brother. Psalm 34 what a beautiful surprise Godbless
The developer mode tutorial is.. missing?
Does the profiles automatically apply when loading up a game from the library? Or do you have to boot it up directly from the QGO
Launch and play every game inside the optimiser.
i use it i love it it just came out with a big update
What about UEVR can I use it with those game also?
Is there an HD+ For blade and sorcery nomad?
