sorry, but that would never be true. I think for the first time someone made it up that he or she, themselves, had a problem with being confident. all business people, all executives and all rich and successful people are like that, so if they all had a problem being confident, they could never have achieved success. scientifically speaking; a human's body has veins and needs fluids in it, as a human or animal you have to move constantly to get the blood through your body, if you don't, the nerves get in trouble and they lose their cells contact . no scientific institute is going to endorse these language of body theories. people very often pass on misinformation on the internet, without evidence from scientific studies. by the way, I change my sitting position very often in connection with my back complaints and pain, so do many others.
