thanks a lot, I think I will add in some 'dacron' [ polyester white pillow stuffing / batting ] to the satellite and subwoofer enclosures, nice to know where the 2 x 6 satellite screws are, especially the bottom ones

What is the internal power/data connector called that the volume control knob uses?

@@Techscrews For multimedia basically. Movies, series, any kind of music, If I like it I listen it basically. I have an old logi X-533 5.1 and they are amazing for the price but there is too much cable and speaker in my room

Bonjour .Bizarre car pour les 2 satellites logitech annonce une puissance de 15 w r.m.s. ( 8 ohm ) alors que , au dos du hp du satellite , il est indiqué 8 ohm et 10 watt - - - Pour le hp de basse , pas de problème , c'est conforme à la description . 30w sous 4 ohm !

I think it'd be a LOT better if the god damn woofer would last more than 5 months!! I paid almost $200 for this shit a year ago and there's been no bass at all since Jan.!!
your friend is a guarantee and it can't cost $200, max 120$.

Well, my friend took a shit on me because I can't even contact Logitech to tell them about this shit and they cost me at least $150, plus the taxes ran it up to at least $170 and the supposed extended warranty made it nearly $200. I've also heard from a couple other people that had the same thing happen to them! Most recently, about 4 days ago!

Look crappy to me to be honest. X-230,X-540,z3 ,z2300 ,z5500 etc were much much better. Look at the thickness of satellite speakers plastic walls
For this size of driver you almost have no coloration and the size of the enclosure or thickness won't participate much. I'd even say change it to whatever you like lol. Check out the z625 which is thin as fuck but it doesn't play a role. The woofer is in its own enclosure and they crose relatively high, more than 100 hz.
