Andrew S Tbh, I’m thinking UMD college park. It’s a good school but not Ivy League. And it’s around 20k a year I think, so it’s better than American in terms of cost.
Thanks!! Centennial is a freshman dorm with suite style housing. Centennial's rooms are bigger and have a bathroom, the rooms are not renovated but are nicer than Anderson in my opinion. The downside of Centennial is that you won't have the nice lounge and it costs a bit more, but Centennial is a part of Anderson so you can use the Anderson lounges which will be down the hall from your room
Sorry to bother you...my girlfriend is in American University now and I'm in a different country . I want to buy her a present for the Valentine's Day but don't know how to write the delivery address . Should I just write your university's address along with her name and phone number or do I have to write more details? I'd really appreciate it if you can help me🙏🙏🙏
Freshman housing is really easy, don't worry about it... You will almost certainly get the hall you want. I didn't choose housing until the last minute and I still had every option available. Centennial's lounges are awful so you won't see the same kind of socializing there but don't choose your hall based on that. At the end of the day, Anderson's lounges are literally like 200 feet away from Centennials so you can go hang out in Anderson. All three halls are connected so you can really go wherever you want to hangout
Technically there are 4 (Centennial is part of Anderson)... Centennial has suite style dorms that are bigger and have a bathroom in them which is shared with another room, so 4 people share the bathroom. Then there is Leonard, but you have to be in one of the special programs to live there. Leonard is also a dump and kinda far from where all the other freshmen live
The dorms are coed (you can even room with another gender/gender identity if you choose to), and there is one men's and women's restroom, as well as a handicap bathroom on every floor.
Also, there is a all female floor in Anderson for those who don't want to live on a coed floor. There isn't an all male floor though because there has never been a request for one LOL.
Please do more videos about AU life !!!
Binge watching all the college tours in the DMV 😂
Me right now 😂
Any ideas for someone who is smart and dedicated but not exactly ivy league material? For grad school? For cheap? Lol me neither.

Is it hard to study there? plz answer
Hey Do you know if Letts is getting renovated like this too?
No, only Anderson... Letts sucks
So which hall would you recommend a freshman chooses for this fall??
Anderson.... But Centennial is good too.
is anderson really hard to get into or is it not too competitive? is centennial also really hard for freshman?
also I heard people say centennial isnt as social as the other freshman dorms because theres no social hall haha idk if that is true or not

Unga usisi wakho???
Are letts and Anderson the only two dorms freshman can live in?
Zoe Land no, they're just the two most populated. You get to choose from a variety depending on your first year program or interests
