Thanks! The services helped the most. For some reason they were set to manual and were stopped even though I've never touched them before. Maybe they were controlled by the ASUS app? Now we'll see if the system date and time sync correctly the next time I start up my computer.
But what about if my internet sync time is wrong, I have to manually set time and date to the correct one, but when I sync the time and date, it goes back the day before
Here it hasn't fixed the problem. The only workaround was to turn VPN on. There's something broken between network and time service that VPN turns it off temporarily.
