Better check with a local Gp doctor in your country. He might run a blood test on full thyroid panel in which antibodies are included. If your antibodies are high doctor will find out if you have Hashimoto’s or grave’s disease and will suggest you treatment accordingly. If your antibodies are very normal but if you have TSH high May be you might have hypothyroidism which is also important to treat. So doctor has to decide what you have actually and what treatment should be given. Go see doctor first. Don’t get confused

If your TSH is high you have hypothyroidism but if you have high tpo antibodies or have high tg antibodies then you Hashimoto’s. Can confirm with your doctor.
