Everybody enters with the best intentions, the only way is a no-hit policy, I've managed it and I have a great relationship with my children and they are perfectly happy and healthy without the "tap". Were my children angels? Not by a long shot, was I perfect, not by a long shot but I never needed to hit anybody to get anything done. Please ask yourself why it's not ok to go up and hit an adult that isn't doing what you ask them to? Regardless of what you say, hitting anyone just isn't ok. Grandmother from Germany here...almost 2 years ago my daughter was asking CPS for help bc of some psychological problems she had, she wanted to be the best mother possible for her sweet little daughter...but instead of help, our little one was taken away from us, it's devastating till today. The parents kidnaped the boy and escaped to Poland, Holland issued a European arrest warrant for them, but Polish justice ministry and court stood by the family and refused to extradite them. The fact that your daughter asked for help would indicate to me that she is a good mother and it was their responsibility to provide that help. These institutions are all a bit mad and dangerous as they cannot tell the difference between normal issues that need tweaking and serious problems. I imagine that parents who are actually abusing their children rarely if ever ask for help.
Why you do not sue those people? If you do not open your door to them they have zero proofs on you. Just change address. Sue them for defamation. Many children don't survive until they are 18... It's horrible. There are many cases of death documented on UA-cam and facebook. It's sad . In January 2023, 16-year-old twins were buried. They entered this institution at the age of 15. It's horrible... If there was an investigative journalist who did interviews, we'd hear a lot of horrible things.

A couple of stories about Britain: 1. One mom was recommended by a child visitor to take antidepressants, and later the same child visitor wrote in their report that mom can’t cope because she is taking antidepressants. 2. One immigrant father sent his son to some classes after school (piano lessons) and to Sunday school. Child visitor told him that might be there are too many classes for the child. The father said that no, not many. Child visitor wrote in the report that the child has too many classes and the father is not listening to the advice from child services. Eventually they took the child away. In the foster family the child didn’t have either piano lessons or the Sunday school.
Same in the US ... take the kids from a troubled home and put them in even more dangerous conditions. Many foster parents do it for the government money. It is all so sickening.
The things some children go through in their own homes is often ignored. You hear much more often of children killed by their own parents, than by foster parents.

We were awake the wood stove was on, I was making waffles and a fire was going so they walked in on what the man said was a 'cozy scene' that he loved, but his trainee was doing all she could to write up anything. I fear for the people that she goes to when she gets seniority. I dodged a bullet, and will be forever grateful to that man. I thought the point with the law is to keep children safe, meaning you consume child pornography you don’t get to be near children, even if they’re your biological ones.
Not enough was said about the impact on the children. Imagine being taken away from your parents and cross questioned about what they do when your brother bites you… And then being taken into care as a consequence of that, I really can’t imagine what that does to the child. I have occasionally been involved professionally in child protection in the UK, and sometimes been puzzled as to the extent that social services go to keep kids with their parents, despite sometimes substantial evidence of harm… But having seen the opposite, I think I prefer the British approach.

My friend went to family therapy because she thought her kids were fighting to much and wanted them to get along. While there they separated the parents from the kids. Then next thing she knew she was being reported to child protective services. By the therapist. Her kids said there was no food in the house and never had anything to eat. Instead of talking to the parents she reported them right away. The 9 year old didn’t want to eat the healthy food and wanted junk food. Needless to say they closed the case but i felt so bad for my friend that had to deal with people coming over to her house for three months. My friend even had food storage for a year in her basement.

My son was an easy baby who rarely cried, I lived next door to a very overweight unhappy woman who was a social worker, at a party she talked about adoption cases she was working on. I was told by a mutual friend also a social worker …. We moved not long after that, but I also worry about her future conduct.

This is world wide. Almost lost my three boys, 6 months, 1 1/2, 3. For a false report to DHS. Terrorized me for almost a year, with weekly “ home visits” to check for abuse, and neglect. A retired worker, came once to fill in for a vacationing social worker, listened to my side of the story, believed me and closed the case.

Grandmother from Germany here...almost 2 years ago my daughter was asking CPS for help bc of some psychological problems she had, she wanted to be the best mother possible for her sweet little daughter...but instead of help, our little one was taken away from us, it's devastating till today. She is only allowed to visit her daughter for 2 hours every saturday, and she never harmed or hurt her or something else and no one will help...we are heartbroken as a family 😢😢😢

The parents kidnaped the boy and escaped to Poland, Holland issued a European arrest warrant for them, but Polish justice ministry and court stood by the family and refused to extradite them. You must appoint à lawyer who will protect your parental rights and bring the case before European court for Human Rights !!! Stand up for your family.
The fact that your daughter asked for help would indicate to me that she is a good mother and it was their responsibility to provide that help. These institutions are all a bit mad and dangerous as they cannot tell the difference between normal issues that need tweaking and serious problems. I imagine that parents who are actually abusing their children rarely if ever ask for help.
Why you do not sue those people? If you do not open your door to them they have zero proofs on you. Just change address. Sue them for defamation. Many children don't survive until they are 18... It's horrible. There are many cases of death documented on UA-cam and facebook. It's sad . In January 2023, 16-year-old twins were buried. One immigrant father sent his son to some classes after school (piano lessons) and to Sunday school. Child visitor told him that might be there are too many classes for the child. The father said that no, not many. Child visitor wrote in the report that the child has too many classes and the father is not listening to the advice from child services. Eventually they took the child away. In the foster family the child didn’t have either piano lessons or the Sunday school.

As a single mom, I had them show up at my place at 6 am on a Sunday morn - they like to surprise you. There were some big jars in a corner and this woman was writing they were dangerous, etc., and thank goodness the lead guy told her to knock it off. We were awake the wood stove was on, I was making waffles and a fire was going so they walked in on what the man said was a 'cozy scene' that he loved, but his trainee was doing all she could to write up anything. I fear for the people that she goes to when she gets seniority. I dodged a bullet, and will be forever grateful to that man. He was so sweet, and so encouraging, and telling that lady our place was clean, it was super warm, and there was healthy home ccoked food.

I thought the point with the law is to keep children safe, meaning you consume child pornography you don’t get to be near children, even if they’re your biological ones.
Not enough was said about the impact on the children. Imagine being taken away from your parents and cross questioned about what they do when your brother bites you… And then being taken into care as a consequence of that, I really can’t imagine what that does to the child.
I have occasionally been involved professionally in child protection in the UK, and sometimes been puzzled as to the extent that social services go to keep kids with their parents, despite sometimes substantial evidence of harm… But having seen the opposite, I think I prefer the British approach.
Sometimes I think it is too soft in the US,too. But when I see this, I also would rather err on the side of the parents.

My friend went to family therapy because she thought her kids were fighting to much and wanted them to get along. While there they separated the parents from the kids. Then next thing she knew she was being reported to child protective services. By the therapist. Her kids said there was no food in the house and never had anything to eat. Instead of talking to the parents she reported them right away. The 9 year old didn’t want to eat the healthy food and wanted junk food. Needless to say they closed the case but i felt so bad for my friend that had to deal with people coming over to her house for three months. My friend even had food storage for a year in her basement.

My son was an easy baby who rarely cried, I lived next door to a very overweight unhappy woman who was a social worker, at a party she talked about adoption cases she was working on. I was appalled and decided I didn’t want to be around her she didn’t know, and then I heard she was saying to neighbours that my baby was quiet and maybe something was wrong! I was told by a mutual friend also a social worker …. We moved not long after that, but I also worry about her future conduct.

The children are so easily taken from the families, but the “sexologist” seems unfazed by the child porn. He’s so tolerant and understanding. I’m glad someone is afforded the benefit of the doubt. Priorities are in order.
any odd excuse to get the kids off their parents and put them in foster care. those in power are immune to these abuses. nothing comes in the way of big business.
There is a financial incentive to take children away from their natural parents and adopted away. Bonuses depend on it.
