Although not specific to the combination of all three drills, The wrist wring drill seems to be the solution to my wedge shanks. I’ve battled this for 18 months and now I haven’t shanked a wedge since watching this video!

Isabelle...that was absolutely phenomenal! I'm currently in seminary and can only get out to the golf course maybe once or twice a month now. That towel drill was great and I've managed to incorporate into my day for my three, 15-minute breaks. BTW... waiting for the footies to come out in October. Hi Is Love the towel drill and rolling your knuckles to pronate your wrist. Can you tell us what is the dominant arm left or right, do you start the golf swing with your left arm or both? On the downswing does your left arm pull down to follow your legs? Thank you
Hi David! I think the best way to describe your dominant is that it follows your big muscles in sequence (I.e. your legs, hips, chest). So shouldn’t feel like your pulling your arms down rather that you’re just following your chest. Let me know if that makes sense!
So IS, does the left wrist bow on the downswing with the driver also? Haven't had a chance to hit anything other than plastic whiffle balls but this seemed to help my compression with the irons greatly...something I've been struggling with. So, yea or nay on the driver swing? Can't wait to hit the course tomorrow after work and try this!
Isz, you look great in the tights. Here's some content I'd like to see: some back flexibility exercise. I want my back and the rest of my core to be as lose as possible before I start swinging a club. I want the best advice possible. So, if you can do a pro level exercise designed to give an athlete with a stiff back an edge, I'd like to see it. In the meantime, I'll do these towel drills.

Focus on the right shoulder turn. Some people who drive professionally have an inhibited right shoulder turn in the drivers seat. There can be a full left shoulder turn without a full right shoulder turn
This is my honest opinion n suggestion... keep on doing the vlog on course..keep on sharing those workout/stretch thingy.. but definately skip those swing tips..a 4-5 minute video of swing tips doesnt do justice..i'm not saying that you're wrong but i can say that it is not accurate in certain level..every drill has a match up for certain problem..that's why most of the golf instructor's video in youtube are likely in a range of 10-20minutes (the good ones).. the reason why they are able to share details tip is bcoz everyone has their own match up n a good coach knows which drill suits best to fix the errors...imagine you have a sinus..u took paracetamol instead of taking nasal spray..cheers

I would say don’t bow as much on your driver or you may start hooking!
