Well...
This challenge went through Sweden mostly and all the charging stops were in Sweden except for Rygge.
Wonder if you have tried to normalize the consumption figures by dividing by the (Cw*surface area) to get rid of the factors related to the car body shape and size. I presume that all MEB platform cars should come out roughly the same.. though there is also the wheels to consider I guess?
❤❤❤
Did the Tesla Model 3 LR disappear? Was it not at around 9:20?
It's not in this comparison.
You can always go to the google sheets doc for all the cars but one can't show all the cars, it would become too cluttered.
Fazer Tutti Frutti is the best.
Whats up with the low DC voltage?? 360v at 50% SOC - seems strange
It looks like Volkswagen is almost at the level of my Kia EV6 in terms of charging between drives. I've had that experience for TWO years already
Great car but £60k in UK. 😮
Slowly but surely VW is showing that going all in on electric it's going to give them the upper hand over those that can't decide. Cough, BMW, cough...
BMW is already almost all-in EVs / plugins. They are in a very good position, too. However, MB just extended the lifespan of their ICE crap.
Its ok, but 350km range in 120 is still very low. It needs to double before im sold.
You it'll be a good Video when Bjorn puts a id7 in front of a wall full of banana boxes 🍌 📦 😅
❤
It's time to test Ioniq 5 N.
Not yet. It's not available yet.
@@bjornnyland so maybe this refreshed Ionic 5 awd with optimized charging and 77kwh battery.
ionity is really crap. Every car should charge everywhere without any problem
Sheeeet...😅
didn't you make a 1000km with an Etron-GT as well?
Can't find it in the Excel
ua-cam.com/video/jsq7Sp_YHo0/v-deo.html
@@bjornnyland thanks, just was wondering why it is not ranked in the current Excel spreadsheet
I have a hard time reconciling this 9h50m with the 9h10m with th Tesla Model S. Where is the difference coming from?
250 kW vs 185 kW charging.
@@bjornnyland how much was the total driving and charging time in both cases? If both were driving 8h and 30m you have 40m Tesla vs 1h and 20m VW. Watching both videos Tesla was maybe 20-30% faster charging, for sure not twice as fast.
Nice car just the prizing seems quite steep here in Switzerland, over 20k more then a Model 3 or Model Y LR if you put in some options and no AWD at this prize. Heatpump still an optional extra in 2024 for a 70k car...
Hej Björn
Charges faster than an e tron if the charger works…
This all makes the Model S LR Palladium just look ridiculously impressive as an overall package.
Model S LR: 1000k NOK
ID7 Pro: 650k NOK
Not comparable at all. Model S costs 55 % more.
@@bjornnyland Fair, that's a big difference in Norway. In Switzerland the difference is not so huge all things considered, hence the different perspective.
Edit: I just put together a comparable configuration incl. the max warranty that VW offers here, and the difference is barely 3k CHF (82'320Fr vs 84'990Fr). I know which one I'd pick out of the two.
Alien German technology…, Tesla Go HOME 👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼
14:12 min. - Ursäkta? 😂
😆
What is missing to make the car perfect ?
Physical buttons on the steering wheel and a frunk.
500-600HP
A reliable OTA SW Update strategy over multiple (at least 5) years. VW lied about doing OTA Updates every 3 Months to its ME2 & 3 customers that are cut of completly from ME4 now!
More battery for better range..
PS: bring price down
Diesel engine 😂
You dont get the disadvantages of Chinese brands, but the price for that ...
Is it worth the extra?
I'm scared to think about the price of replacing the headlights out of warranty
I don't think todays cars have any cheap option. Unless you find some with halogen bulbs.
Just an example: matrix led for Opel Mokka EUR 2000 each
There is a lot of potential for aftermarket repairs of LED headlights.. Not many offers on the market yet. A business idea perhaps.
@@rkan2There aren't many headlights with a defect inside; in the event of an accident or a rockfall, insurance will cover the damage.
Even the 2020 ID.3 had active matrix headlights.
Cheese through butter? 🤔 makes no sense😂
