I am looking into buying a painting system. I am a beginner. I can’t sell my truck to afford to buy something to crazy. What would you recommend? Or maybe buy part one while I learn and upgrade with part 2 in future. What do you think. Thanks. Great videos.

The lowest cost set up is probably a T3 Tritech airless or a cup gun with PPS cup and air compressor. You'll need at least a 2 hp compressor and a low CFM spray gun.

Excellent info my friend had seen a couple of you vids about the convertion of you airless to air assisted, I own a couple Kremlin 10 -14 and one Binks raptor 12-1 all 3 have been used for solvents, but I like to use them for WB like the ones you are using, my question to you is ,what kind of tip should I use for those thick coats?... I own 2 Binks 1500 , 1 Binks 1600 guns also own the old mvx Kremlin, hope you can put me in the right direction I'm not by any means a professional but I work in a furniture factory and I want to have a side job flipping furniture to gaing experience, then go for the kitchen cabinets gigs, watching yor vids has helped me out understand a bit more about it thanks in advance my friend keep doing this excellent content 🤙🏽🤟🏽

For heavy primers, use a large tip like .015 which is a 12 tip in Kremlin numbers I believe. Use a .011 for pigmented topcoats ( a number 9 tip in Kremlin)

@@homesteadcabinetdesign3406 thank you my friend I believe you are right I saw a video from the wood craftsman channel spraying milesi products and he show how to use the same pump and gun at 50 psi fluid and 12psi air looks like it work perfectly for him, he mention that he use the tip 6.144 (.011) as you mention, im assuming that milesi ,Renner , centurion and icro are about the same thickness wise, which one would you like the best, what combination would work for you my friend, I'm from NC and I believe I might get the products that I mentioned before, thanks for all the help congrats for your channel and keep growing man you work looks fantastic, i learned a lot watching you tutorials i just need a good compressor and I think I'll be set up to start 🤙🏽🤟🏽

What compressor are you using for this pressure pot? I’m interested in a system like this but haven’t found any videos on how to go about putting it all up together

The pressure pot itself only needs about 10 - 15 PSI so any small compressor will work for that. But if you are also using compressed air for the spray gun as well, then you'll need enough CFM for that. If your spray gun runs off of a turbine, you only need a very small compressor.

@@homesteadcabinetdesign3406 what size compressor would one need to run both the pot and gun at the same time? Or how are you doing it in this video?
