Have a set of these on my lifted Colorado 7 (265/75/R16). Absolutely awesome both on and off road is all I can say. Outstanding in deep mud and good positive control in all terrain. Best tire I have had yet.
I've put 30k+ miles on my 33inch set, and they have worn very well (about 12mm left). I've abused them hard on off-road tracks (sharp rocks/gravel/bushland), sometimes without the right pressures, due to my laziness at times to be honest. Never had a puncture or any damage. I love them. I'm upgrading to 35inch version of them now, I trust them to be just as good.
Got talked into a set of these over the Falkens. Love my rig but love these tyres more. Bit of a rough ride unloaded, but that’s life. Performance is just perfect for a weekend warrior. Attitude on wet road is fkn brilliant! 👍
I have these on my dual cab 79 series, have taken it off road in Australian highlands and done trip up east coast of Australia. Its also my daily and after nearly 90k kms they still have heaps of tread. They are quieter than previous Coopers. Will replace with these same if they ever wear out!
Heard nothing but great things about this tire brother. I heard the geolander M/T G003 is a monster too and totally liveable which is awesome to hear. Thank you again boss!
Matt, I now have over 14k miles on them. Really a great tire...tracks very straight, keeps its balance now for 5000 miles, slightly quieter and I like them better than my Ridge grapplers. Very good in the snow. They are also Taller and wider compared to the others in the same size. I presently have the 295 65 20's. I just added a 3" Carli level lift and they look great but I might go to the 37's.
@@CampusautoCo I went with the basic Carli level...3" on the 7.3 gas Ford. Rides almost like my 1/2 ton GMC...softer ride, handles the same and with these stiffer Yokohama's handles my loads much better. Best suspension level lift I have ever had.
Howzit Matt. I slept on your great review. Recently, I experienced an incident where my BFG ko2's sidewall was tested to the max. It survived, was extremely happy. I'm sold on 3 ply sidewall. Good tyre by Yokohama.

Hello Matt! I'd buy these tires if only they were made for my size (265-60r18). I'm looking for something that has an agressive look, good for wet conditions, but I want to keep the sound level as low as possible... I have couple of models in mind, Nitto's ridge grappler is a contender, Falken wildpeak at3w, goodyear duratrac and maybe the BFGKO2. I know you're not a fan of Falken, but they are much cheaper... that being said, which model would provide the best bang for my money overall? If you have any other model to suggest, be my guest!
@@CampusautoCo The ridge grappler sucks in wet weather and you keep suggesting them. Want to go with either MT or XAT geolander and you keep bringing up the grapplers. I have a lifted 7" , mega cab and need 37"s though they even look dinky on this truck. Which one is it going to be for best all around 80/20 on /off road? Oh, and in Colo were we get real weather. 10,000lb truck, 37x13,5x22's, some towing, love aggressive look. Love Toyo MT but also suck in wet weather. Most 3 peaks only come in 12.5. @Campus Automotive Inc thx for the quick answer, it narrow down a bit more my choices! Keep the videos coming, the're very informative!
Don't make the grade for this truck.
Little late here but Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T. INCREDIABLE TIRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Looking for six tires LT235/80R17
I hope they make it in a C load!
I'm not sure if they will or not. I would bet they probably will.
I have a 2020 Chevy 2500. Which hybrid tire would you recommend as the best? Yokohama XAT, Nitto Ridge Grappler, Dick Cepek EXP?
I like that Yokohama X-AT best out of the three choices.
Ciao con lo Yokohama G015 quante miglia in condizioni normali possono percorrere? Grazie
Really want these but these might be overkill for a 4 Runner...??
kinda depends where you're going with your 4runner lol
Bought these and have it on the mesa side
Thanks for letting us know.
4 years later I think it's better suited for midsized trucks lol...some potential wear issues with bigger trucks I noticed...
Like your reviews. Maybe move the label out of the way so we can study the tread pattern while you talk
Duly noted.
YeA it would really help
Private video?
It shouldnt be private. Let me check on that.
Campus Automotive Inc its public now
good vid bruh. I'm getting them tomorrow Yokohama 37x12.50R17 Tire, GEOLANDAR X-AT - 110116004
How was your experience till now?
I got a year ago. No where near as good as a general at2. Hunts the road dosen't like heavy loads. Going back with the Generals
Good to know. Thanks for the feedback.
@@CampusautoCo Must be on a Toyota or Subaru cause general only makes dinky tires.
@@briancoburn5320 Sure 👌
dude, ya remind me of Brett Favre
Lol
@@CampusautoCo hey, hopefully you can give advice on these tires as well as Brett could scramble out of the pocket... I am between these tires and the Nitto Ridge Grapplers for my new, 2020 Ford Ranger. If I am honest, I will be using them 90% on roads, and just want a tire that lasts long, wears evenly and isn't too loud. Do you have a recommendation between these two tires for me? Thanks!!
I actually like tyre noise. LoL
Ok.
Weight of tire? Heavy tires destroys fuel mileage.
This one is pretty heavy but not as heavy as a Ridge Grappler.
Hi Matt, Thanks for another great video, I was hoping it might have the 3 peaks for use as a snow tyre aswell, is this not the case, I am from the UK and travelling around North America in my truck camper, my truck is based at my Dads in Toronto, I will be heading south to Nashville in December, I like your videos and I have learnt a lot and would like to bring my business to you, My question is the following:- Is it cheaper to buy tyres in Virginia US, than Ontario Canada? I was thinking after taking your advice to get the BF Goodridge A/T KO2 - Thanks Amanda
Thank you so much for your kind word! I think the price would dependon exchange rates so Im not sure where they would be cheaper. I would probably get them before I left Canada. The K02 should work great for you. You can also consider the General Grabber ATX. Both are 3 peak mountain snow rated.
Hi Matt, thanks for the advice, if I have any further questions should I contact you via your website form? Thanks Amanda
