Yup I drive a 0-60 in 5seconds minivan 05 Toyota Sienna Limited 3.3 V6 VVT-i with 240hp. Just bought it from an older couple, original owners. This this is so much fun to drive and very luxurious 😍
@@marrcl7986 No, he's putting his foot to the floor because he's getting to redline. His Highlander could just be beat to shit or poorly maintained, crap gas, under-inflated tires, excess weight in the back, slight uphill, etc. Any combination of these would slow it down.
m no, Mike could be right ! He got his foot all the way that’s why he hits the red line, also this car transmission looses a lil power when it hits the 3rd speed ( I freaked out when it happened to me in my 2006 v6 3,3 with 89k miles ). This is the trick regardless if this car is brand new or what once your foot is all the way to the floor once the car about to r gage to the 3rd speed you have to release the gas at half and press again THE CAR WOULD GET THAT EXTRA POWER AND KICK IN. My transmission is perfect and shift smoothly, the car( transmission) was just manufactured that way, to loose a lil power around the 3rd speed 💯
@@rolandroland1485 Never heard of such a thing and I've been a car guy all my life. There's either something wrong with your car or it's all in your head. Seat of the pants "feel" doesn't mean anything. Time the acceleration with a stopwatch both ways and you might be surprised.
Ohh, that v6 sound is fantastic🔥👏
you should hear a 03-08 honda pilots aound
We have a 3.0 in the family and had a 3.5, both kick ass
Just like my RX330 almost exact same gear changes and everything

highlander v6 awd vvt-i 0-100 ok
0:24 how trans is bad it slipps
That could've been caused by him using the "2" gear, which only allows the transmission to go 2nd gear max so it won't shift up.
@@tseesium Or it could just be that when it gets too much at the redline that it wont let the car go any faster
@@StuffStudier well, Einstein, that happens in every car
@awaters0206 Yes i know that i was a idiot car enthusiast a year ago i’ve learned a lot now lol

I have the 3.0 with 220 hp
My '05 3.3L V6 front-wheel drive accelerated faster.
I'm positive hes not putting his foot to the floor. I've got a 3.3 by awd and mines miles quicker

Mike it only has 98k on it. this ones awd so obviously it would be a bit slower.
