Overall, It was just like any other economical apparent not premium. In fact, I visited Ashok Meadows for investment and it was amazingly maintained and security was so vigilant along with ample space and light due to less density.

Vanaha - Yahavi (Phase 1), which you covered three years ago in a video, is now in the possession stage. While the Occupancy Certificate (OC) has been obtained for the building, the roads are still not constructed. As a result, they are transporting homeowners in Sumo vehicles to take possession. If homeowners cannot access their homes in their private cars, what is the point of taking possession? Moreover, why is RERA not holding the developer accountable for the road construction?

Bhai yahi sab chalta rhega.... builders promise krte hai or hota b h bht jagh pr jese bola tha but it takes lot of time till you get all infrastructure as promised or sanctioned your property is already gets 15 years old and you have suffered 15 years to get benefit of that. And irony is you have already paid premium for it. Don't buy flats at all or buy where areas is already developed.
I booked a flat here around 2013, BA, SDR done in 5 months ...no work started till 5 years ..taken over by VTP , received booking amount in 2020 and cancelled the flat. It's all a scam going here, please avoid taking a flat in such a big township.

Don't go for VTP - they will just provide walls in the name of flats. You will have to change everything in home.. starting from tiles, doors. After possession, you won't feel like you have received a new home. Go with VJ - there finishing is really good.
The one who is working in Hinjawadi have already purchased flats in Wakad, Baner, Balewadi, Pimple Saudagar and nearby localities. Hinjawadi haven’t got larger IT parks in last 4-5 yrs so job growth is stagnant there. Most of people who has purchased flats in Mhalunge are investors.

Bhai yahi sab chalta rhega.... builders promise krte hai or hota b h bht jagh pr jese bola tha but it takes lot of time till you get all infrastructure as promised or sanctioned your property is already gets 15 years old and you have suffered 15 years to get benefit of that. And irony is you have already paid premium for it. Don't buy flats at all or buy where areas is already developed.

I booked a flat here around 2013, BA, SDR done in 5 months ...no work started till 5 years ..taken over by VTP , received booking amount in 2020 and cancelled the flat. It's all a scam going here, please avoid taking a flat in such a big township.

PMC is fooling us by saying that the amount is reduced to less than 500 liters per flat. May be the tanker lobby in play but still we would like to have the document handy.
Builder lobby kept prices very high. Demand is slowing down as due to AI, IT companies likely to start heavy retrenchment. Buyers should wait as prices will come down by 30 to 40%.by next year.

Don't go for VTP - they will just provide walls in the name of flats. You will have to change everything in home.. starting from tiles, doors. After possession, you won't feel like you have received a new home.

Nop. Don't go for vtp or godrej. Go for ready to move resale in phase 1. I saved around 30L and no issues in water etc

The one who is working in Hinjawadi have already purchased flats in Wakad, Baner, Balewadi, Pimple Saudagar and nearby localities. Hinjawadi haven’t got larger IT parks in last 4-5 yrs so job growth is stagnant there. Most of people who has purchased flats in Mhalunge are investors.
