I agree that not all homeless are lazy and take advantage of the system. most of these individuals have deep trauma and mental illness and this affects their ability to function within a society. So sad😓
I agree but it's deeper than that, it's all part of the U.S. agenda!!
Why does it just seem like our society? You go to Norway or Japan, even Russia and you don't see this level.
Its not just los Angeles its everywhere young lady great work !
We are a society of haves and have nots. Corruption and greed go ✋ ✋ in hand! 🔥
Most of these people are drug addicts ..it was their poor life choices that resulted in them being homeless
its VERY hard to get ssi. The people there are trained NOT to help people! They deny, deny, deny! And many of these people dont have ID cards necessary to get this aid. My son is smi, he is on ssi, if it wasnt for me and his sisters, he would be on the streets. Some people dont have good families that care about them. That they have invested billions in the migrants, is a huge shame, while our own citizens are shitting in the streets. The cause of homelessness is broken families, drugs, alcohol, etc. There are lots of people making videos on this homeless crisis, I would really like to see videos of these people getting what they need! Even if it is one person at a time.. There is a channel called lost in phoenix where he has helped some of the worse, get a hotel room until family could be located and the person could be convinced to go for medical care..he used a gofundme and viewers paid for it..
If you talk to them you realize it's mostly mental illness and drugs that put the majority on the streets. Some actually have jobs but can't afford the rent. It would be nice to help lift them up but change comes from with in. It's a vicious cycle. Sometimes I think a donated high-rise on the beach could help their outlook on life and inspire them. ❤
Los Angeles have littering laws. The government is always the blame. What is wrong with one cleaning up after themselves, such as the toileting of excrement on sidewalks. One has to want help to help themselves. You have a choice in life to say no and pull your self up out that situation. One who takes drugs do it to themselves and no one force them to.

Mental health drugs neglect
Rent keeps going up and up rich keep getting rich and that's why people go homeless. Then people get depressed and do drug to numb the pain. And there's Is the vicious cycle all over again
Whenever there is a need to move the homeless out of L.A. we get them by the bus load in the I.E. and like you said... they slowly make their way back to where they know... it's as home as it gets for them! Sadness!
When I was growing up in Denver our family dentist had his office downtown...We would go
there twice a year...Now decades latter many areas of down town have been overrun by
the homless..These people are desperate and that makes them dangerous...Needless to
say I have not been back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's so sad to see that beautiful State in that condition. I do care about those people who have no home to go to. There must be a solution to this problem, and I mean in the US.

The government is the reason it exists in the first place - Do a search for "Minsk, Belarus walking tour" and ask yourself why we are told they are an authoritarian regime.
Other than profit off of it? Not likely. I lived in LA for 30 years and the corruption runs deep.

You have to create an area in a nice remote area provide housing and hospital and treat them. You put your foot down no encampments as they put them up take them down
I live in LA for 26 years and i move out California last year 2023 do to crime and homeless people keep rising everyday.
In LA you can have a job that people in my state of MS would be very happy to have but there it might only allow you to live in a tent on sidewalk
You are very brave to go there by yourself, but please be careful there. Skid row is not a safe place for women.
