If you see the whole video ,that is what I replaced(THERMOSTAT).I mentioned that the ECT is reading correctly.

disconnecting the battery does not clear the code.If you repaired the cause of the check engine light (MIL) command ,just drive the car for 2 cycle and light will go off . Thanks

i have the same code on my mazda 3.can i barrow your scanner to clear the code?hahah i can just diconnect my battery to reset?

i have the same code in my mazda 3, and the mechanic dont find any problem so he erase the code and go off, and i need to go on my emission test and im not sure that it will appear again, what you recomend?

vieja, no se si ya resolviste esto, pero si a la fecha no ha prendido de nuevo quizás solo era cuestión de reiniciar el código, suele pasar

This is a common issue with Mazdas. Thermostat is stuck open.
