- This DJ Gig vlog is about a party that had an exclusive playlist which was mostly 90’s and 00’s Dance / Trance with a few party tunes thrown in for good measure.
The location is in the centre of Shrewsbury UK in a venue called Darwin’s Community Centre, this is no usual community centre though with a great look and feel and well run and maintained. I’ve done a fair few gigs here over the years.
Right up to the date of the event I was unsure if it would go ahead due to current circumstances!

I’ve had a gig like that recently. Nearly 100 invited, barely 30 odd showed up. A bit demoralizing but not your fault & once they’re dancing, job done! Happy new year JP!✌️

Thats a very impressive intro JP, cant imagine the time and effort it took to compile and edit the footage and sync the transitions to the beat. Often times the work that takes the most effort is the most overlooked, big props for that. Im thinking that 2022 will have a lot of stories like yours of guests not attending due to the scare of the virus, at least in the first couple of months since its flu season as well. I believe however that it will be a great year for most of us once we start rolling. Keep up the good work my man!

Yes it happens alot..I find people are leaving early.on my ho down gig .70 people did not turn up ...only 20 people .but they danced all night .great vid

Fab Gig Log JP. Brilliant compact set up. If I had more room I would probably have more than 1 booth. Ive had a few enquiries come in. Looking at getting some par cans & maybe saving up for some moving heads.

Hi DJ Magic. Your best not going live unless your going to stream via another Laptop on Playdjtv which is fully Licensed. On my My gugs ligs I record up to 10-11 seconds of footage & no more per dance floor clip . Feel free to Subscribe to myself.
UA-cam live is difficult for live with copyrighted music, some tunes can get your channel taken down if you go live with them too much. I would look at Twitch, I’ve heard they are not so fussy!! 😎👍🏻
