People forget that pilates is a great alternative to yoga. It's not rooted in spirituality and it can alleviate any medical issues anyone is having. It's really not hard to find other ways to exercise and stretch. I used to be in a program to be a Yoga teacher and the first thing they teach you is that Yoga comes from their Hindu God. Too many Christians making excuses. I understand cause I was there once, but we cannot be lukewarm. Prayers for those being deceived. ❤
I stretch everyday as a Christian I don’t do any yoga videos it’s not hard to do something like stretching or Pilates especially knowing that only God deserves love and praise and no other God should be worshipped. I think it’s great you mention that because we can’t stretch out sore muscles without doing yoga :)))
Thanks sister for being so bold to stand on the truth of what Yoga really is. I'm disturbed by the so many so called Christians that think Yoga is OK if they just marry it with God or Jesus.
Thank you for this. Years ago I had a very bad injury to my hip/back. Than developed Fibromyalgia after. When I finally pulled myself up to try to heal, it was yoga I found. I felt at the time it was all I could do physically and really didn't understand the spiritual consequences. It was not long after I found paganism and the new age. I don't think that was a coincidence. I feel now when I look back that yoga was the thing that opened up the door for demonic spirits. They give you a little, and usually something good at first because they want you to keep going, keep moving away from Jesus. I was so immersed in this path for years and years. Up until about 6 years ago, if I would have heard someone saying yoga was demonic I would have laughed in their face. I probably would have had an aggressive response defending it. For something that was supposed to be peaceful, I was not a peaceful person. Yet, if I had an 'off' day, I would just do more yoga thinking oh that's what it is, I just need to get into my practice today. I need 'balance'. Its a doorway, an addiction disguised as enlightenment. It wasn't until I had an encounter with Jesus, a final warning, that my life changed and there's no turning back. Jesus saved me, literally. Demons are real, and most are in disguise as something good, or else who would intentionally let them in? Nobody. It is no coincidence there is many connections between shiva and lucifer. I wish I knew than what I know now.. Thank you again, it is encouraging to hear your words and you speaking what people like me might not have the platform to speak. 🙏

can you do a video on breathwork & it's origins and if Christians should be using similar grounding techniques taught in therapy? as a believer who recently learned that breathwork is involved when opening chakras & other rituals, i wonder if there's any spiritual correlation between these and if we are unknowingly participating in things

Learning a lot, thank you.😊 However, I just want to let you know that I WAS unclear about how you felt about exercise and stretching, honestly. So I am glad that you addressed this at about 17 minutes into the video because it cleared up this question for me. I’m sure if it was unclear to me it may have been unclear to others too. But now I do understand that you are not against exercise or stretching per se…only as it pertains to the Yoga practice. Thank you for making that clear.
I also have scoliosis. Many Christians have scoliosis, but they don't make Yoga as an excuse to get healed. I can live with my scoliosis, praise the Lord.
Yep I have moderate/severe scoliosis. Did tons of yoga, including Sanskrit, 5 yoga teacher trainings. My home was a shrine to yoga. God came to me Christmas morning 2022 and told me The Truth. The amount of stuff I threw away, burned, broke etc was huge! Not for one second have I regretted my obedience to Him 🙏♥️🙏
Ex Yoga Teacher here too. I was cleaning out my closet THIS MORNING and found a tiny Ganesha statue inside a Hindu incense set that was hiding in the back of my closet from God knows how long. I took it out to the dumper and prayed the Our Father the whole time during my walk. Demon gone 🎉
I’ve never done yoga but have had lots of friends doing it. I used to always want to try it but something always kept me from doing it. It wasn’t until this past year from watching your videos did I really realize what it was. Thank you for sharing and I also love that you are reacting to the comments. Long comment: I was “that Christian” who saw yoga as a stretch. For years I would do yoga with Adrian and “holy yoga”. I wasn’t doing any of the spiritual practices and I would pray and meditate on the Lord. I was a strong Christian. I wasn’t gonna be like those weird Christians who thought yoga was demonic. God is so kind and patient. He brought two people into my life. One was from India and another went to India. The friend from India made a comment that she couldn’t understand how Christian’s in America could practice yoga. She said it was so demonic (she didn’t know I did). And the other relationship had gone to India on a mission trip and walked past a yogi temple. He said the darkness and hopelessness he felt emanating from that place was enough for him to never try it. The Holy Spirit had already been dealing with me about it. I would turn the volume down on the yoga videos😂 I would try to make excuses and loved the physical benefits. About four years ago I stopped completely and there is such a freedom you don’t realize you’re missing out on as a believer. When you’re doing these kinds of exercises that is opening a door to the enemy to certain addictions, sins, passivity. You don’t realize how far off by degrees you are until you find yourself so off course. Thank you Jesus from rescuing me from my pride and delusion.

Thanks for sharing. Aleister Crowley himself was instrumental in bringing yoga practice to the USA. He wrote a book called: Eight Lectures on Yoga. Honestly what more do you need to know? What's next? Do what thou wilt? Ritual Magick? Come on people! You can not be this deceived can you? Like the Apostle says: "Who bewitched you?"~ Looks like Crowley did. Loved this vid Angela! People also forget that Jesus also said that what goes into someone’s mouth does not defile them, but what comes out is. What goes in your mouth is eliminated by the digestive process (won’t go into detail there). As you’ve stated, presenting your body as a modality to worship other gods is not what Paul was referring to. Jesus said “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ If you’re “emptying your mind while contorting your body as you’re filling it with an inherently evil practice, that goes against scripture. If it has pagan roots, it bears pagan fruit. No matter how appealing the fruit is to the eye.
Can you also tell something about Foot reflexology therapy? I know Christians who participate in this. But in my opinion, it is the same as reiki. Because there is also talk about energies. And it's not in the name of Jesus. So not the Holy Spirit. But there's another spirit behind it. Thank you for this video! I’ve been a Christian all my life but did some yoga in the past for exercise because it’s so normalized. I never felt good about it. Often times I’d pray during class for protection. I even did bikhram hot yoga and it only made me miserable and sore. I never liked it. I was never consistent. I didn’t like it and stopped doing it about 6 yrs ago. I felt like I was being “one of those people.” But I was at peace in my spirit at never doing it again. Because I always felt very unsettled in my spirit doing it. I have a question about “breathing exercises.” There are so many talked about for health benefits such as box breathing, whim hoff method etc. I read a book called breath about all of these practices because this man had horrible health issues and trouble breathing all his life. But some of these go way back to monks in third world countries. I’m now interested to find out if some of these are also divination.
I agree ☝️, people don’t know everything about being a temple of the living God and what it id to do yoga anyways. It’s all about self in yoga. That’s the opposite of Christianity . We need to exalt our God not ourself.
A good response to the 1st Corinthians 8 justification for yoga, is that the meat Paul spoke of is a RESULT of the pagan ceremony/sacrifice: participating in yoga is more akin to participating in the ceremony/ sacrifice ITSELF. (Doreen Virtue - another new ager wonderfully turned to Christ points this out). The best policy is: if there is any doubt, uncertainty, or controversy about an activity or item, err on the safe side and get it out of your life. I´m so tired how those self-professed Christian (or just people in general) think they know and understand much more than they think and actually do, and how prideful they are "what can you know about yoga, you brainwashed bigot"... it´s like thinking that i know more about 300-page book of which i read only 10 pages than somebody who read it whole and not only once. The book analogy is right on. I've come to realize that a large portion of Christians are biblically illiterate. They know a scripture verse but don't appear to have the read the whole chapter or understood the context surrounding it.

This is so true and a true believer will get that discernment from God and show them exactly why it’s not Holy. The dark truth the ascendant masters hover over your yoga mat waiting to yoke your spirit. Demi God/ demonic beings. Yoga reminds me that it was a quick fix like a bandage but later it becomes almost like an addiction. You feel good for the time but then feel even worst later just like reiki. It pulls you away from God in so many ways. Once you get out and ask God for help you will have no desire to even do that practice ever again! Once you see it you can’t unsee it! Most of the demons that I witnessed in yoga classes were golden elephants, and these demonic looking cows hovering over peoples mats. Now if seen into the spirit before since I was a kid. And when God let me see it I wasn’t totally socked. I knew I had to give up anything new age!!

I was controlled by a spirit of lust & was completely ignorant of how clothing you wear can evoke certain spirits. I thought this was ridiculous, that it’s just cotton or plastics whatever it’s not. What you wear and how you wear it matters. If I wear a shirt with buttons I never leave more than the top two undone. I understand now I threw out all my clothes that had naked chicks with demon horns and stuff I thought was pure astehtic and harmless. That was the old creation of who I was. I didn’t realize how much bondage and control I had in my life. The devil had me convinced that being 6 years clean from heroin was all I needed. I needed a deliverance from lustful spirits as well. I now have given my life to Christ fully and yes this comment was literally a week before I began ministry but that’s how God works he makes you a new creation and gives you discernment you never had before. So no I don’t believe it’s a bad look in fact I believe it’s a good one cause it shows the transformation that Christ can bring. That stuff I used to think of ass stupid or harmless really is in fact demonic and dangerous. But what happens is when you start calling everything demonic normal people that aren’t Christian’s don’t take you what you say seriously. I don't do yoga, but assuming that yoga is bad, wouldn't it result in bad things happening to those who practice it? All people I know that practice yoga are more than healthy average. Also, I know nothing about Hinduism, but I don't think it's a bad religion, or at least I don't believe it's less ethical than Christianity.

The Holy Spirit can be somewhat stifled within us but He does not leave a born again believer. There's no such thing as demons having legal rights over us. And yes we are to avoid evil things but nothing we do or don't do can lose us our salvation. I think there are enough rules and statements in the New Testament, hundreds of things we're to do and avoid, that we shouldn't add even more that aren't even in there. However, a born again believer *should not want to* do things that aren't Christian. People can extrapolate too far (for instance, I like my pop music and don't want to give it up) but I don't think saying we shouldn't do something that's connected to other gods is taking it too far. Especially as we can do stretches etc similar to yoga without doing it. I used to teach Pilates and most of that is ok.

People forget that pilates is a great alternative to yoga. It's not rooted in spirituality and it can alleviate any medical issues anyone is having. It's really not hard to find other ways to exercise and stretch. I used to be in a program to be a Yoga teacher and the first thing they teach you is that Yoga comes from their Hindu God. Too many Christians making excuses. I understand cause I was there once, but we cannot be lukewarm. Prayers for those being deceived. ❤
I stretch everyday as a Christian I don’t do any yoga videos it’s not hard to do something like stretching or Pilates especially knowing that only God deserves love and praise and no other God should be worshipped. I think it’s great you mention that because we can’t stretch out sore muscles without doing yoga :)))

Thank you for this. Years ago I had a very bad injury to my hip/back. Than developed Fibromyalgia after. When I finally pulled myself up to try to heal, it was yoga I found. I felt at the time it was all I could do physically and really didn't understand the spiritual consequences. It was not long after I found paganism and the new age. I don't think that was a coincidence. I feel now when I look back that yoga was the thing that opened up the door for demonic spirits. They give you a little, and usually something good at first because they want you to keep going, keep moving away from Jesus. I was so immersed in this path for years and years. Up until about 6 years ago, if I would have heard someone saying yoga was demonic I would have laughed in their face. I probably would have had an aggressive response defending it. For something that was supposed to be peaceful, I was not a peaceful person. Yet, if I had an 'off' day, I would just do more yoga thinking oh that's what it is, I just need to get into my practice today. I need 'balance'. Its a doorway, an addiction disguised as enlightenment. It wasn't until I had an encounter with Jesus, a final warning, that my life changed and there's no turning back. Jesus saved me, literally. Demons are real, and most are in disguise as something good, or else who would intentionally let them in? Nobody. It is no coincidence there is many connections between shiva and lucifer. I wish I knew than what I know now.. Thank you again, it is encouraging to hear your words and you speaking what people like me might not have the platform to speak. 🙏

But now I do understand that you are not against exercise or stretching per se…only as it pertains to the Yoga practice. Thank you for making that clear.
I also have scoliosis. Many Christians have scoliosis, but they don't make Yoga as an excuse to get healed. I can live with my scoliosis, praise the Lord.
Yep I have moderate/severe scoliosis. Did tons of yoga, including Sanskrit, 5 yoga teacher trainings. My home was a shrine to yoga. God came to me Christmas morning 2022 and told me The Truth. The amount of stuff I threw away, burned, broke etc was huge! Not for one second have I regretted my obedience to Him 🙏♥️🙏

Long comment: I was “that Christian” who saw yoga as a stretch. For years I would do yoga with Adrian and “holy yoga”. I wasn’t doing any of the spiritual practices and I would pray and meditate on the Lord. I was a strong Christian. I wasn’t gonna be like those weird Christians who thought yoga was demonic. God is so kind and patient. He brought two people into my life. One was from India and another went to India. The friend from India made a comment that she couldn’t understand how Christian’s in America could practice yoga. She said it was so demonic (she didn’t know I did). And the other relationship had gone to India on a mission trip and walked past a yogi temple. He said the darkness and hopelessness he felt emanating from that place was enough for him to never try it. The Holy Spirit had already been dealing with me about it. I would turn the volume down on the yoga videos😂 I would try to make excuses and loved the physical benefits. About four years ago I stopped completely and there is such a freedom you don’t realize you’re missing out on as a believer. When you’re doing these kinds of exercises that is opening a door to the enemy to certain addictions, sins, passivity. You don’t realize how far off by degrees you are until you find yourself so off course. Thank you Jesus from rescuing me from my pride and delusion.

Thank you for this video! I’ve been a Christian all my life but did some yoga in the past for exercise because it’s so normalized. I never felt good about it. Often times I’d pray during class for protection. I even did bikhram hot yoga and it only made me miserable and sore. I never liked it. I was never consistent. I didn’t like it and stopped doing it about 6 yrs ago. I felt like I was being “one of those people.” But I was at peace in my spirit at never doing it again. Because I always felt very unsettled in my spirit doing it. I have a question about “breathing exercises.” There are so many talked about for health benefits such as box breathing, whim hoff method etc. I read a book called breath about all of these practices because this man had horrible health issues and trouble breathing all his life. But some of these go way back to monks in third world countries. I’m now interested to find out if some of these are also divination.

I´m so tired how those self-professed Christian (or just people in general) think they know and understand much more than they think and actually do, and how prideful they are "what can you know about yoga, you brainwashed bigot"... it´s like thinking that i know more about 300-page book of which i read only 10 pages than somebody who read it whole and not only once. The book analogy is right on. I've come to realize that a large portion of Christians are biblically illiterate. They know a scripture verse but don't appear to have the read the whole chapter or understood the context surrounding it.
We know actually more about yoga and other New Age / other stuff than they, who practicing it. Because we already were where they they are, but they never have been where we are nowadays... and it´s not about ego / pride, it´s about not being falsely humble (which is much worse than pride). We (millions) found out hard way. You are narrow, small-minded here (don´t mean you, Angela). I´m so sick of those 5yo level, parroting, CTRL+ C / CTRL + V "arguments" without thinking. Those people are so NAIVE, they don´t understand even BASICS how Satan and demons operate.

This is so true and a true believer will get that discernment from God and show them exactly why it’s not Holy. Yoga reminds me that it was a quick fix like a bandage but later it becomes almost like an addiction. You feel good for the time but then feel even worst later just like reiki. It pulls you away from God in so many ways. Once you get out and ask God for help you will have no desire to even do that practice ever again! Once you see it you can’t unsee it! Most of the demons that I witnessed in yoga classes were golden elephants, and these demonic looking cows hovering over peoples mats. Now if seen into the spirit before since I was a kid. And when God let me see it I wasn’t totally socked. I knew I had to give up anything new age!!

With the scoliosis, why can’t the person do things like Pilates or other stretching and exercises? Why does it HAVE to be Yoga? It just shows that people don’t wanna let go of their wants in order to do something that pleases Jesus Christ. Also, Jesus never told us He would heal our illnesses and conditions, they’re given to each of us for a reason, He never guarantees total physical healing in this life on Earth, he only guarantees Spiritual one.

I was controlled by a spirit of lust & was completely ignorant of how clothing you wear can evoke certain spirits. I thought this was ridiculous, that it’s just cotton or plastics whatever it’s not. What you wear and how you wear it matters. If I wear a shirt with buttons I never leave more than the top two undone. I understand now I threw out all my clothes that had naked chicks with demon horns and stuff I thought was pure astehtic and harmless. That was the old creation of who I was. I didn’t realize how much bondage and control I had in my life. The devil had me convinced that being 6 years clean from heroin was all I needed. I needed a deliverance from lustful spirits as well. I now have given my life to Christ fully and yes this comment was literally a week before I began ministry but that’s how God works he makes you a new creation and gives you discernment you never had before. So no I don’t believe it’s a bad look in fact I believe it’s a good one cause it shows the transformation that Christ can bring. That stuff I used to think of ass stupid or harmless really is in fact demonic and dangerous. But what happens is when you start calling everything demonic normal people that aren’t Christian’s don’t take you what you say seriously. I don't do yoga, but assuming that yoga is bad, wouldn't it result in bad things happening to those who practice it? All people I know that practice yoga are more than healthy average. Also, I know nothing about Hinduism, but I don't think it's a bad religion, or at least I don't believe it's less ethical than Christianity.

What about Pilates and push ups (planks)?
Push ups are normal movements of the human body. Pilates does not have a devotional aspect.
The Holy Spirit can be somewhat stifled within us but He does not leave a born again believer. There's no such thing as demons having legal rights over us. And yes we are to avoid evil things but nothing we do or don't do can lose us our salvation. I think there are enough rules and statements in the New Testament, hundreds of things we're to do and avoid, that we shouldn't add even more that aren't even in there. However, a born again believer *should not want to* do things that aren't Christian. People can extrapolate too far (for instance, I like my pop music and don't want to give it up) but I don't think saying we shouldn't do something that's connected to other gods is taking it too far. Especially as we can do stretches etc similar to yoga without doing it. I used to teach Pilates and most of that is ok.

Jesus said “No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up at the last day” V. 44. There is a certain number of the children of men given by the Father to Jesus Christ, to be his care. Those who are scattered, are mingled among the nations, yet none of them shall be forgotten. They are by nature alienated from Christ, and averse to him, and yet they shall come. As God's omniscience is engaged for the finding of them all out, so is his omnipotence for the bringing of them all in. No man, in this weak and helpless state, can come to Christ without help of God, so we cannot do any action morally good without the influence of special grace, in which the new man lives, and moves. Who the particular persons were that were given to Christ is a secret. The Lord knows them that are his, we do not, nor is it fit we should; but, though their names are concealed, their characters are published. Every one, Jew or Gentile, that sees the Son, and believes on him, may have everlasting life. I will raise him up, which signifies not only the return of the body to life, but the putting of the whole man into a full possession of the eternal life promised, V.52

But the trumpet will sound. It is the loud summons of all the living and all the dead, to come and appear at the tribunal of Christ. At this summons the graves shall open, the dead saints shall rise incorruptible, and the living saints be changed to the same incorruptible state, (1 Corinthians-15: 51-53). Baptism, Rapture, the Lord’s Supper and others are called mystery of the gospel but the great mystery of all is Christ lives in us, the hope of glory.
“I came down from heaven?”
These Jews had heard of angels coming down from heaven, but never of a man, overlooking the proofs he had given them of his being more than a man. Is not this Jesus the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? They took it amiss that he should say that he came down from heaven, when he was one of them. They speak slightly of his blessed name, Jesus: "Is not this Jesus".
Christ is the bread of life V. 32, for he is the fruit of the tree of life, which came down from heaven. This denotes, the divinity of Christ's person. As God, he had a being in heaven, whence he came to take our nature upon him. He voluntarily descended to this lower world, a long journey, and a great step downward, considering the glories of the world he came from and the calamities of the world he came to; we may well ask with wonder, "What moved him to such an expedition?" Here he tells that he came to do, not his own will, but the will of his Father. He came to settle affairs between parties no less considerable than the great Creator and the whole creation. The scope of his whole life was to glorify God and do good to men.
After He had finished his labours and his sufferings upon earth, ascended triumphantly into heaven, to finish that part of his mediatorial work which could not be done on earth, and make intercession for his people, to take possession of heaven for his people, to prepare mansions for them, and to send down the Comforter. Angels, authorities, and powers, are all made subject to Christ Jesus.
We children of God in Jesus name we crush and destroy the strong man, and his strongholds, Praise the Lord.
What is meant by the flesh and blood of Christ. That means pardon of sin, acceptance with God, the adoption of sons, access to the throne of grace, the promises of the covenant, and eternal life; these are called the flesh and blood of Chris.
As we partake of meat and drink by eating and drinking, so we partake of Christ and his benefits by faith. Except you eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, you have no life in you. It is a certain sign that you have no spiritual life in you if you have no desire towards Christ, nor delight in him. If the soul does not hunger and thirst, certainly it does not live: it is a sign that we are dead indeed if we are dead to such meat and drink as this.
The affectionate question which Christ put to the twelve, Will you also go away? He said nothing to those who went back. It was no great loss of those whom he never had; lightly come, lightly go; but he takes this occasion to speak to the twelve. Will you also go away? Christ will detain none with him against their wills; his soldiers are volunteers, not pressed men. It is at your peril if you do go away. If there was any secret inclination in the heart of any of them to depart from him, he stops it with this awakening question, Will you also go away? Think not that you hang at as loose an end as they did, and may go away as easily as they could. The nearer we have been to Christ and the longer we have been with him, the more engagements we have laid ourselves under to him, the greater will be our sin if we desert him. Peter said "Lord, to whom shall we go? It were folly to go from you, unless we knew where to better ourselves. The disciples were resolved never to go away from Christ, they themselves did not fully understand Christ's discourse, for as yet the doctrine of the cross was a riddle and mystery to them; but in the general they were satisfied that he had the words of eternal life. “Jesus answered them, “Did I not choose you, the twelve, and one of you is a devil?” V. 70 God knows those that are his; we do not. Hypocrites and betrayers of Christ are no better than devils. Judas not only had a devil, but he was a devil. Those whose bodies were possessed by the devil are never called devils (demoniacs, but not devils); but Judas, into whose heart Satan entered, and filled it, is called a devil. Judas cast out devils, and appeared an enemy to the devil's kingdom, and yet was himself a devil all the while. It is sad, and to be lamented, that ever Christianity should be made a cloak to diabolism. The disguises of hypocrites, however they may deceive men, and put a cheat upon them, but cannot deceive Christ, for his piercing eye sees through them. There are those who are chosen by Christ to special services who yet prove false to him: Judas was one of the twelve that were so dignified and distinguished but a fallen star. Let us not reject and unchurch the twelve because one of them is a devil, nor say that they are all cheats and hypocrites because one of them was so. Always, anywhere and anytime, where there is good evil present (not only in church).

I actually only do yoga because it's in my p90x video.... I hate yoga it is not zenful it's pure agony.
