People forget that pilates is a great alternative to yoga. It's not rooted in spirituality and it can alleviate any medical issues anyone is having. It's really not hard to find other ways to exercise and stretch. I used to be in a program to be a Yoga teacher and the first thing they teach you is that Yoga comes from their Hindu God. Too many Christians making excuses. I understand cause I was there once, but we cannot be lukewarm. Prayers for those being deceived. ❤
I stretch everyday as a Christian I don’t do any yoga videos it’s not hard to do something like stretching or Pilates especially knowing that only God deserves love and praise and no other God should be worshipped. I think it’s great you mention that because we can’t stretch out sore muscles without doing yoga :)))
Thank you for this. Years ago I had a very bad injury to my hip/back. Than developed Fibromyalgia after. When I finally pulled myself up to try to heal, it was yoga I found. I felt at the time it was all I could do physically and really didn't understand the spiritual consequences. It was not long after I found paganism and the new age. I don't think that was a coincidence. I feel now when I look back that yoga was the thing that opened up the door for demonic spirits. They give you a little, and usually something good at first because they want you to keep going, keep moving away from Jesus. I was so immersed in this path for years and years. Up until about 6 years ago, if I would have heard someone saying yoga was demonic I would have laughed in their face. I probably would have had an aggressive response defending it. For something that was supposed to be peaceful, I was not a peaceful person. Yet, if I had an 'off' day, I would just do more yoga thinking oh that's what it is, I just need to get into my practice today. I need 'balance'. Its a doorway, an addiction disguised as enlightenment. It wasn't until I had an encounter with Jesus, a final warning, that my life changed and there's no turning back. Jesus saved me, literally. Demons are real, and most are in disguise as something good, or else who would intentionally let them in? Nobody. It is no coincidence there is many connections between shiva and lucifer. I wish I knew than what I know now.. Thank you again, it is encouraging to hear your words and you speaking what people like me might not have the platform to speak. 🙏

Long comment: I was “that Christian” who saw yoga as a stretch. For years I would do yoga with Adrian and “holy yoga”. I wasn’t doing any of the spiritual practices and I would pray and meditate on the Lord. I was a strong Christian. I wasn’t gonna be like those weird Christians who thought yoga was demonic. God is so kind and patient. He brought two people into my life. One was from India and another went to India. The friend from India made a comment that she couldn’t understand how Christian’s in America could practice yoga. She said it was so demonic (she didn’t know I did). And the other relationship had gone to India on a mission trip and walked past a yogi temple. He said the darkness and hopelessness he felt emanating from that place was enough for him to never try it. The Holy Spirit had already been dealing with me about it. I would turn the volume down on the yoga videos😂 I would try to make excuses and loved the physical benefits. About four years ago I stopped completely and there is such a freedom you don’t realize you’re missing out on as a believer. When you’re doing these kinds of exercises that is opening a door to the enemy to certain addictions, sins, passivity. You don’t realize how far off by degrees you are until you find yourself so off course. Thank you Jesus from rescuing me from my pride and delusion.

can you do a video on breathwork & it's origins and if Christians should be using similar grounding techniques taught in therapy? as a believer who recently learned that breathwork is involved when opening chakras & other rituals, i wonder if there's any spiritual correlation between these and if we are unknowingly participating in things

Learning a lot, thank you.😊 However, I just want to let you know that I WAS unclear about how you felt about exercise and stretching, honestly. So I am glad that you addressed this at about 17 minutes into the video because it cleared up this question for me. I’m sure if it was unclear to me it may have been unclear to others too. But now I do understand that you are not against exercise or stretching per se…only as it pertains to the Yoga practice. Thank you for making that clear.
Ex Yoga Teacher here too. I was cleaning out my closet THIS MORNING and found a tiny Ganesha statue inside a Hindu incense set that was hiding in the back of my closet from God knows how long. I took it out to the dumper and prayed the Our Father the whole time during my walk. Demon gone 🎉
I also have scoliosis. Many Christians have scoliosis, but they don't make Yoga as an excuse to get healed. I can live with my scoliosis, praise the Lord.
Yep I have moderate/severe scoliosis. Did tons of yoga, including Sanskrit, 5 yoga teacher trainings. My home was a shrine to yoga. God came to me Christmas morning 2022 and told me The Truth. The amount of stuff I threw away, burned, broke etc was huge! Not for one second have I regretted my obedience to Him 🙏♥️🙏
I enjoy your videos, I’m Christian and Yoga is the only exercise that helped my back injury and was the only activity i could do before going back to lifting and running. A lot of the yoga moves i was doing I was shown in physical therapy. My PT suggested yoga for recovery.
Just do the stretches that work for you but don't do "yoga." Most basic stretches are also yoga moves. It's calling it yoga and doing them in the traditional yoga flows that causes the problem in my experience. Or doing yoga classes. Do stretch classes instead. Words are powerful and just by calling it yoga we are aligning to the Hindu practices and traditions. Look up "pnf streching classes." There are a lot of great classes you can find that way.
I’ve never done yoga but have had lots of friends doing it. I used to always want to try it but something always kept me from doing it. It wasn’t until this past year from watching your videos did I really realize what it was. Thank you for sharing and I also love that you are reacting to the comments. I’m sorry I don’t remember which of the videos I was listening to this morning on my long drive to work. I may be commenting on the wrong one. I am so impressed with your Bible knowledge and insight and anointing. I’ve been a Christian for about 35 years. Maybe 45. I don’t tend to count my first baptism because I was right back in the world. I was a teen and there was no discipleship in my moms church where I was going. Anyway. I agree with just about everything you say. Your Bible knowledge is solid and your story is incredible. So interesting and fascinating. I am proud to call you sister 😊 Having never dabbled in anything but yoga, which I used to think was stretching too. It just took one person telling me they are poses worshiping false gods and I was out. Find another stretch to do! I will not dishonor God with that! Anyway never anything else new age I don’t think. So to me crystals and any rock have always been Gods creation and I enjoy his beautiful creation. Like diamonds and any stone. I’ve printed photographs of the stones of the new Jerusalem because I want to see what it might look like. 😊 And I’m not saying anyone should have crystals if it has had some other meaning in ones past. Had it in my life i probably would just not either. So I’m curious about your opinion or rebuttal dear sister. For me, it’s always just been pretty rocks to look at. Gods creation. Can you also tell something about Foot reflexology therapy? I know Christians who participate in this. But in my opinion, it is the same as reiki. Because there is also talk about energies. And it's not in the name of Jesus. So not the Holy Spirit. But there's another spirit behind it. I don't like yoga anyway. Moves too slow and I hate the Darth Vader breathing. Made me batty whenever I did take a class at my gym. I'd rather do weights, spin class, run, or hike for exercise.

Thank you for this video! I’ve been a Christian all my life but did some yoga in the past for exercise because it’s so normalized. I never felt good about it. Often times I’d pray during class for protection. I even did bikhram hot yoga and it only made me miserable and sore. I never liked it. I was never consistent. I didn’t like it and stopped doing it about 6 yrs ago. I felt like I was being “one of those people.” But I was at peace in my spirit at never doing it again. Because I always felt very unsettled in my spirit doing it. I have a question about “breathing exercises.” There are so many talked about for health benefits such as box breathing, whim hoff method etc. I read a book called breath about all of these practices because this man had horrible health issues and trouble breathing all his life. But some of these go way back to monks in third world countries. I’m now interested to find out if some of these are also divination.

What goes in your mouth is eliminated by the digestive process (won’t go into detail there). As you’ve stated, presenting your body as a modality to worship other gods is not what Paul was referring to. Jesus said “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ If you’re “emptying your mind while contorting your body as you’re filling it with an inherently evil practice, that goes against scripture. If it has pagan roots, it bears pagan fruit. No matter how appealing the fruit is to the eye.

With the scoliosis, why can’t the person do things like Pilates or other stretching and exercises? Why does it HAVE to be Yoga? A good response to the 1st Corinthians 8 justification for yoga, is that the meat Paul spoke of is a RESULT of the pagan ceremony/sacrifice: participating in yoga is more akin to participating in the ceremony/ sacrifice ITSELF. I don't do yoga, but assuming that yoga is bad, wouldn't it result in bad things happening to those who practice it? All people I know that practice yoga are more than healthy average. Also, I know nothing about Hinduism, but I don't think it's a bad religion, or at least I don't believe it's less ethical than Christianity.

I was controlled by a spirit of lust & was completely ignorant of how clothing you wear can evoke certain spirits. I thought this was ridiculous, that it’s just cotton or plastics whatever it’s not. What you wear and how you wear it matters. If I wear a shirt with buttons I never leave more than the top two undone. I understand now I threw out all my clothes that had naked chicks with demon horns and stuff I thought was pure astehtic and harmless. That was the old creation of who I was. I didn’t realize how much bondage and control I had in my life. The devil had me convinced that being 6 years clean from heroin was all I needed. I needed a deliverance from lustful spirits as well. I now have given my life to Christ fully and yes this comment was literally a week before I began ministry but that’s how God works he makes you a new creation and gives you discernment you never had before. So no I don’t believe it’s a bad look in fact I believe it’s a good one cause it shows the transformation that Christ can bring. That stuff I used to think of ass stupid or harmless really is in fact demonic and dangerous. But what happens is when you start calling everything demonic normal people that aren’t Christian’s don’t take you what you say seriously. And it’s dumb how it’s like that in our world today but Satan has control practically. At least for now.
The Holy Spirit can be somewhat stifled within us but He does not leave a born again believer. There's no such thing as demons having legal rights over us. And yes we are to avoid evil things but nothing we do or don't do can lose us our salvation. I think there are enough rules and statements in the New Testament, hundreds of things we're to do and avoid, that we shouldn't add even more that aren't even in there. However, a born again believer *should not want to* do things that aren't Christian. People can extrapolate too far (for instance, I like my pop music and don't want to give it up) but I don't think saying we shouldn't do something that's connected to other gods is taking it too far. Especially as we can do stretches etc similar to yoga without doing it. I used to teach Pilates and most of that is ok.

If you actually study yoga, like the Yoga Sutras or the Bhagavad Gita, you find it is wholly compatible with Christianity. Why the lies and fear mongering?
Jesus Christ taught us not to follow that god (the god of the world, aka Satan), and follow the True Living God, our actual creator and the creator of everything. All the “gods” are inspired by the foul one to lead people away from Jesus. There are real demons behind those made up “gods”. So, comparable with Christianity? I wouldn’t say so, but it’s definitely something that’s in the Bible, something we are not to do - idolatry.

The scope of his whole life was to glorify God and do good to men. After He had finished his labours and his sufferings upon earth, ascended triumphantly into heaven, to finish that part of his mediatorial work which could not be done on earth, and make intercession for his people, to take possession of heaven for his people, to prepare mansions for them, and to send down the Comforter. Angels, authorities, and powers, are all made subject to Christ Jesus. We children of God in Jesus name we crush and destroy the strong man, and his strongholds, Praise the Lord. What is meant by the flesh and blood of Christ. If the soul does not hunger and thirst, certainly it does not live: it is a sign that we are dead indeed if we are dead to such meat and drink as this. The affectionate question which Christ put to the twelve, Will you also go away? He said nothing to those who went back. It was no great loss of those whom he never had; lightly come, lightly go; but he takes this occasion to speak to the twelve. Will you also go away? Those whose bodies were possessed by the devil are never called devils (demoniacs, but not devils); but Judas, into whose heart Satan entered, and filled it, is called a devil. Judas cast out devils, and appeared an enemy to the devil's kingdom, and yet was himself a devil all the while. It is sad, and to be lamented, that ever Christianity should be made a cloak to diabolism. The disguises of hypocrites, however they may deceive men, and put a cheat upon them, but cannot deceive Christ, for his piercing eye sees through them. There are those who are chosen by Christ to special services who yet prove false to him: Judas was one of the twelve that were so dignified and distinguished but a fallen star. Let us not reject and unchurch the twelve because one of them is a devil, nor say that they are all cheats and hypocrites because one of them was so. Always, anywhere and anytime, where there is good evil present (not only in church). People forget that pilates is a great alternative to yoga. It's not rooted in spirituality and it can alleviate any medical issues anyone is having. It's really not hard to find other ways to exercise and stretch. I used to be in a program to be a Yoga teacher and the first thing they teach you is that Yoga comes from their Hindu God. Too many Christians making excuses. I understand cause I was there once, but we cannot be lukewarm. Prayers for those being deceived. ❤
I stretch everyday as a Christian I don’t do any yoga videos it’s not hard to do something like stretching or Pilates especially knowing that only God deserves love and praise and no other God should be worshipped. I think it’s great you mention that because we can’t stretch out sore muscles without doing yoga :)))

Thank you for this. Years ago I had a very bad injury to my hip/back. Than developed Fibromyalgia after. When I finally pulled myself up to try to heal, it was yoga I found. I felt at the time it was all I could do physically and really didn't understand the spiritual consequences. It was not long after I found paganism and the new age. I don't think that was a coincidence. I feel now when I look back that yoga was the thing that opened up the door for demonic spirits. They give you a little, and usually something good at first because they want you to keep going, keep moving away from Jesus. I was so immersed in this path for years and years. Up until about 6 years ago, if I would have heard someone saying yoga was demonic I would have laughed in their face. I probably would have had an aggressive response defending it. For something that was supposed to be peaceful, I was not a peaceful person. Yet, if I had an 'off' day, I would just do more yoga thinking oh that's what it is, I just need to get into my practice today. I need 'balance'. Its a doorway, an addiction disguised as enlightenment. It wasn't until I had an encounter with Jesus, a final warning, that my life changed and there's no turning back. Jesus saved me, literally. Demons are real, and most are in disguise as something good, or else who would intentionally let them in? Nobody. It is no coincidence there is many connections between shiva and lucifer. I wish I knew than what I know now.. Thank you again, it is encouraging to hear your words and you speaking what people like me might not have the platform to speak. 🙏

Long comment: I was “that Christian” who saw yoga as a stretch. For years I would do yoga with Adrian and “holy yoga”. I wasn’t doing any of the spiritual practices and I would pray and meditate on the Lord. I was a strong Christian. I wasn’t gonna be like those weird Christians who thought yoga was demonic. God is so kind and patient. He brought two people into my life. One was from India and another went to India. The friend from India made a comment that she couldn’t understand how Christian’s in America could practice yoga. She said it was so demonic (she didn’t know I did). And the other relationship had gone to India on a mission trip and walked past a yogi temple. He said the darkness and hopelessness he felt emanating from that place was enough for him to never try it. The Holy Spirit had already been dealing with me about it. I would turn the volume down on the yoga videos😂 I would try to make excuses and loved the physical benefits. About four years ago I stopped completely and there is such a freedom you don’t realize you’re missing out on as a believer. When you’re doing these kinds of exercises that is opening a door to the enemy to certain addictions, sins, passivity. You don’t realize how far off by degrees you are until you find yourself so off course. Thank you Jesus from rescuing me from my pride and delusion.

Yep I have moderate/severe scoliosis. Did tons of yoga, including Sanskrit, 5 yoga teacher trainings. My home was a shrine to yoga. God came to me Christmas morning 2022 and told me The Truth. The amount of stuff I threw away, burned, broke etc was huge! Not for one second have I regretted my obedience to Him 🙏♥️🙏
Just stretch your spine! You don't have to just accept scoliosis. There are other ways to work on spinal health aside from yoga.

I enjoy your videos, I’m Christian and Yoga is the only exercise that helped my back injury and was the only activity i could do before going back to lifting and running. A lot of the yoga moves i was doing I was shown in physical therapy. My PT suggested yoga for recovery.
Just do the stretches that work for you but don't do "yoga." Most basic stretches are also yoga moves. It's calling it yoga and doing them in the traditional yoga flows that causes the problem in my experience. Or doing yoga classes. Do stretch classes instead. Words are powerful and just by calling it yoga we are aligning to the Hindu practices and traditions. Look up "pnf streching classes." There are a lot of great classes you can find that way.
I’ve never done yoga but have had lots of friends doing it. I used to always want to try it but something always kept me from doing it. It wasn’t until this past year from watching your videos did I really realize what it was. Thank you for sharing and I also love that you are reacting to the comments. You’re always spot on with your thoughts from the Bible and I appreciate it so much!

I am so impressed with your Bible knowledge and insight and anointing. I’ve been a Christian for about 35 years. Maybe 45. I don’t tend to count my first baptism because I was right back in the world. I was a teen and there was no discipleship in my moms church where I was going.

Having never dabbled in anything but yoga, which I used to think was stretching too. It just took one person telling me they are poses worshiping false gods and I was out. Find another stretch to do! I will not dishonor God with that!
Anyway never anything else new age I don’t think. So to me crystals and any rock have always been Gods creation and I enjoy his beautiful creation. Like diamonds and any stone. I’ve printed photographs of the stones of the new Jerusalem because I want to see what it might look like. 😊

My husband is so offended by rainbows since it was high jacked. But I decided to take it back because God created that for his children. I made a tee that says Gods promise under the rainbow. And I feel similarly about the crystals. God created those for us! Our enemy twisted the issue for evil and now it’s ruined for some people. They do not hold any meaning for me other than treasure God created for his children. Although I do have one green one that is in the shape of an obelisk so I learned I need to file it down to another shape. That I do want to do. Or maybe I will just toss that one. But I loved crystals before I knew they had been perverted.

Thank you for this video! I’ve been a Christian all my life but did some yoga in the past for exercise because it’s so normalized. I never felt good about it. Often times I’d pray during class for protection. I even did bikhram hot yoga and it only made me miserable and sore. I never liked it. I was never consistent. I didn’t like it and stopped doing it about 6 yrs ago. I felt like I was being “one of those people.” But I was at peace in my spirit at never doing it again. Because I always felt very unsettled in my spirit doing it. I have a question about “breathing exercises.” There are so many talked about for health benefits such as box breathing, whim hoff method etc. I read a book called breath about all of these practices because this man had horrible health issues and trouble breathing all his life. But some of these go way back to monks in third world countries. I’m now interested to find out if some of these are also divination.

What goes in your mouth is eliminated by the digestive process (won’t go into detail there). As you’ve stated, presenting your body as a modality to worship other gods is not what Paul was referring to. Jesus said “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ If you’re “emptying your mind while contorting your body as you’re filling it with an inherently evil practice, that goes against scripture. If it has pagan roots, it bears pagan fruit. No matter how appealing the fruit is to the eye.

I´m so tired how those self-professed Christian (or just people in general) think they know and understand much more than they think and actually do, and how prideful they are "what can you know about yoga, you brainwashed bigot"... it´s like thinking that i know more about 300-page book of which i read only 10 pages than somebody who read it whole and not only once. The book analogy is right on. I've come to realize that a large portion of Christians are biblically illiterate. They know a scripture verse but don't appear to have the read the whole chapter or understood the context surrounding it.
We know actually more about yoga and other New Age / other stuff than they, who practicing it. Because we already were where they they are, but they never have been where we are nowadays... and it´s not about ego / pride, it´s about not being falsely humble (which is much worse than pride). With the scoliosis, why can’t the person do things like Pilates or other stretching and exercises? Why does it HAVE to be Yoga? A good response to the 1st Corinthians 8 justification for yoga, is that the meat Paul spoke of is a RESULT of the pagan ceremony/sacrifice: participating in yoga is more akin to participating in the ceremony/ sacrifice ITSELF. Most of the demons that I witnessed in yoga classes were golden elephants, and these demonic looking cows hovering over peoples mats. Now if seen into the spirit before since I was a kid. I don't do yoga, but assuming that yoga is bad, wouldn't it result in bad things happening to those who practice it? All people I know that practice yoga are more than healthy average. Also, I know nothing about Hinduism, but I don't think it's a bad religion, or at least I don't believe it's less ethical than Christianity.

I was controlled by a spirit of lust & was completely ignorant of how clothing you wear can evoke certain spirits. I thought this was ridiculous, that it’s just cotton or plastics whatever it’s not. What you wear and how you wear it matters. If I wear a shirt with buttons I never leave more than the top two undone. I understand now I threw out all my clothes that had naked chicks with demon horns and stuff I thought was pure astehtic and harmless. That was the old creation of who I was. I didn’t realize how much bondage and control I had in my life. The devil had me convinced that being 6 years clean from heroin was all I needed. I needed a deliverance from lustful spirits as well. I now have given my life to Christ fully and yes this comment was literally a week before I began ministry but that’s how God works he makes you a new creation and gives you discernment you never had before. So no I don’t believe it’s a bad look in fact I believe it’s a good one cause it shows the transformation that Christ can bring. That stuff I used to think of ass stupid or harmless really is in fact demonic and dangerous. But what happens is when you start calling everything demonic normal people that aren’t Christian’s don’t take you what you say seriously. The Holy Spirit can be somewhat stifled within us but He does not leave a born again believer. There's no such thing as demons having legal rights over us. And yes we are to avoid evil things but nothing we do or don't do can lose us our salvation. I think there are enough rules and statements in the New Testament, hundreds of things we're to do and avoid, that we shouldn't add even more that aren't even in there. However, a born again believer *should not want to* do things that aren't Christian. People can extrapolate too far (for instance, I like my pop music and don't want to give it up) but I don't think saying we shouldn't do something that's connected to other gods is taking it too far. Especially as we can do stretches etc similar to yoga without doing it. I used to teach Pilates and most of that is ok.

Hypocrites and betrayers of Christ are no better than devils. Judas not only had a devil, but he was a devil. Those whose bodies were possessed by the devil are never called devils (demoniacs, but not devils); but Judas, into whose heart Satan entered, and filled it, is called a devil. Judas cast out devils, and appeared an enemy to the devil's kingdom, and yet was himself a devil all the while. It is sad, and to be lamented, that ever Christianity should be made a cloak to diabolism. The disguises of hypocrites, however they may deceive men, and put a cheat upon them, but cannot deceive Christ, for his piercing eye sees through them. There are those who are chosen by Christ to special services who yet prove false to him: Judas was one of the twelve that were so dignified and distinguished but a fallen star. Let us not reject and unchurch the twelve because one of them is a devil, nor say that they are all cheats and hypocrites because one of them was so. Always, anywhere and anytime, where there is good evil present (not only in church).
