What I struggle with is sharing the gospel. I work but it's an lds area. I am not paid to evangelize at work. Other than church and work, I don't come across other people at all. So I do my best to exemplify Jesus. I trying to find opportunities. But I never had any friends since I moved to this state. I don't have a past here. I am praying for a divine appointment to help my parents though. Soften their hearts.

Religious spirit is believing you are saved by works adding to what Christ already has done

This was the best most in depth teaching on baptism I’ve ever listened to. You guys answered all my questions and also gave clarity, understanding, revelation and insight into other things I’ve been wanting understanding on. Pastor TJ explains things so well! I just want to thank you for the honesty ❤ I also went through a radical transformation from new age to Christianity about 3 years ago. I still have so much to learn and I know that I need to have deliverance, even though I have gone through much conviction and self deliverance with the Lord. I feel an urging to share but have always been blocked from others hearing my voice. Thank you for this very important message and the prayer, Angela. God is indeed faithful to give his children good gifts when they ask! Relationship with the Holy Spirit is the only way to produce fruit of the Spirit and understand the mysteries of God's word. I was stuck in performance based confusion because I was relying on my myself and others to understand the Bible without praying to God about it directly. The result was forced "counterfeit fruit," as you called it in another video. I recently had a breakthrough with many new revelations, and the word came alive after praying for discernment of the Holy Spirit's voice and for clarity on scripture I couldn't understand. I hope your video reaches many people!

Walked away from New Age 4 months ago. I could honestly feel the religious spirit trying to whisper in my ear. I honestly always had my relationship with the Holy Spirit, God, and Jesus and still did the entire time I was in New Age. ( I walked away from the church. Church is people. People are messy.) The relationship I had with God actually had me condemned in the NA community, too. The Irony in that. However, as I've been healing from religious wounding from this spirit and reconnecting to God's word and my faith, that spirit has been whispering in my ear. I'm fortunate that I haven't let that cut my relationship with God and my hunger to grow closer. Thank you so much for speaking about this because it's a HUGE topic no one wants to talk about, and it impacts so many from even pursuing to want to even get to know him. I literally lit up last night at bible study when the author of Seemless said she prayed we pray to have a supernatural experience with God. Im so glad I'm back at church where I literally heard God say you're home and I finally felt my spirit let out a big ahhhh in relief.

This is why it’s important to be careful who you allow lay your hands on you.

Hey Angela, just want to clarify your comment about SDAs in your first sign of a religious spirit: I joined SDA later in life and there is a difference between salvation (by grace) and sanctification (which is works, see book of James). So our health message and Sabbath-keeping (Saturday) is to restore God's original plan, which is a plant-based diet (there was no death in Eden (death is blood, bc it's written that life is in the blood (Lev. 17:11)), so Adam and Eve's diet must have been plant-based/no meat) and worshipping on the 7th Day (10 commandments). This is for sanctification, not salvation. Sanctification or holiness is up to the individual, we are all sinners and make mistakes and by God's grace we are forgiven, but these are commitments we make when we join the denomination.

Lately I’ve been feeling convicted of consuming the conspiratorial content much more than focusing on what all this stuff is supposed to point to: my nothingness without God and the need for me to truly live whatever is left of my life in a way that glorifies Him completely. Honestly this is such a refreshing take. I worked at a Catholic organization for three years, went to Orthodox liturgy without being Orthodox, and went to evangelical Bible studies. In that town every Christian worked together and looked out for each other. I saw such genuine people in all denominations and I also saw religious spirits in them as well. All not just the high church. I’m sick of the Catholic bashing from the Protestants (as a Protestant) and sick of the Protestant bashing from the Catholics. It’s mostly done from a religious spirit rather than really reaching out from the Holy Spirit. Thank you and God bless your ministry

Angela, how good is the Lord Jesus Christ! He gives us His word exactly when we need it and exhorts us like a loving Father. These days, I’ve had horrible attitudes against God in this area, but His word helped me so much. I pray to God to forgive my iniquities and sins and to help me with these situations and to be grateful. May God greatly bless you and your family. It’s beautiful to see someone filled with the Spirit.

I was led to new age spirituality and almost went to the other side by practicing astrology, yoga, meditation, tarot, candles, using crystals and burning sage to cleanse. It opened up portals of demons, ancestors and spirit guides that were demonic, but I didn’t notice it until I started getting stalked and feeling overwhelmed. I was so deceived. When people don’t want to accept it due to ego and pride, which will steer them away. It wasn’t until I read the Bible and praying asking the Holy Spirit. It took me out of all that and discarded all books I was referencing. I was following people and books thinking they were right, but found out they were deceived too. I was raised Christian. I just went to church and never had a close relationship with the Lord. If you don’t feel fulfilled, it will cause confusion, destruction, depression, ups and downs, sickness, addictions, temptations. That all comes from the devil. Even people who claim to be Christians are in denial they don’t have demon attachments. That’s why read the Bible, God even talks about his Angels being tested by the devil. It’s called oppression. Since I turned my life 💯 committed to Jesus Christ with everything. All gospel music and only watch things that are morally correct and that supports Godly walks with pure intentions set.

Procrastination has always been my biggest downfall, but I recently prayed to Jesus for help, asking Him to enable me to share the words of God I continually hear in my spirit. Within three weeks, I was asked to give a talk at my church for the first time (so please pray for me as it's up and coming). Is it a coincidence? I’m rather partial to Yahuha and Yahusha. Because that’s their respective names. God and Lord are titles and saying “Jesus” is a Greek derived pagan word. Calling our Savior that is like calling Kunta Kinte by his slave name Toby. Old habits are hard to break. I still slip and call them God and Jesus and feel convicted immediately.
