@Jamey Craig I use HOB filters in ten gallons w/Bettas. I add a piece of sponge at the output to slow down the water flow. It works fine and adds a another layer of filtration.
Love this! I have a female white dumbo in my 38g community. She's so happy in there! My other one is in a comfy 5.5 also planted. They need room to be happy.
Thank you Cory. I love my three bettas. They got me into the hobby and now I'm hooked. I enjoy many fishfam vidoes. Maybe do a video on split tanks and maintaining them.
Some advice for beginners, Dont buy bettas from big change pet stores ( you probably know which two I'm talking about) you can buy them from local pet stores or online, I always get mine from coast gem USA their bettas are really pretty and the price it about the same as big chain fish stores plus shipping. Some people mention saving bettas from these stores, yes it may be helping that fish but they are just going to replace it with more, and overall your just supporting them.
Thank you! They sell them at my dollar store and they look so sick, my heart wouldn’t let me pass them with out taking one in. I’m gonna take care of my Sokka 💙
Love these beautiful, crusty little fish. They’re so smart and wonderful. Their grumpy little cute faces give me so much life. My advice? Bond with your betta. They’re smart enough to recognize who you are, and they can play around with you and greet you whenever you approach the tank. It’s rewarding to see those cute little eyes looking at you with so much intrigue. My Hades lives in a community tank with shrimp, snails and my five guppies. Omg that's crazy, I just got my old roommates old Betta named Hades. He's really messed up, fin rot and his water was filthy. As soon as I got him in a clean tank he perked up so much. I can't imagine he has a lot of time left but I'm going to do my best to make his time easy.
I love this video. Very good info. I started out with a 3 gal tank and had several Betta's and didn't have good success which was a bummer and broke my heart so I upgraded to a 5 gallon and my new Betta is doing amazing and very happy and thriving. My kids and I just love it.
Hey! Love the channel and not sure where to put this comment, so why not here? I want to breed a pair of Pearl Gouramis from my community tank, please could you give me a specific breakdown of how I would achieve this? I have a separate breeding tank, but am struggling to find good info on how to breed them. Thanks in advance
Hey, hoping someone experienced could help me out here. I have my betta in a 3 gallon tank (I will be upgrading to a 25 soon) and he tends to go float under the heater in a little divot I made for him at the bottom of the tank a lot. He does swim around still but i'm worried i've done something wrong and he is sick. The temperature is a constant 25.5C (78F) He has plenty of swimming space and a few hiding places the filter and air-stone are both on low flow so he doesn't get pushed around I feed him 4-8 pellets twice a day and have his lights on for 10 hours i have seen products at the petshop like 'betta leaves' that are intended for them to rest on. I don't know if they usually lay down on their side but my one just sort of floats in a spot at the bottom. thanks.
@@micah1478 if your Betta has no decoloration, wound, spot or broken fin i think he is okay :) it can happen, i got a covered heater cauz my betta like to touch the heater a lot. Hope that help you.
OK Cory, I love your channel, and I have learned so much about fishkeeping from you. I have n+1 syndrome and am looking to create a community tank in November. Question (loooong intro, tho): I have a Betta splendens for 4.5 months who just started nipping his fins. I saw him do it, so I know it's not fin rot. Every day for the past 5 days, he's been trimming a bit more off - started with tail, then dorsal. He is housed in a well-planted and thriving 9 gal fluval flex with driftwood and botanicals. I am treating it as a light/blackwater tank. I have a bit of algae, but it's totally controlled. I use R/O water to which I add Seachem Equilibrium at a rate of .75 teaspoon/5 gal. He has a japanese lantern to hide in, then one day a TARDIS landed in the tank. It's a good mix of cover and open water. Water parameters are consistent week after week at Kh 4, Gh 6, pH 7.2-7.4, ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate all 0ppm. Temp is 77-78degF, I replaced the pump to lower flow, and the discharge spouts are pointed to minimize too much turbulence. I feed him frozen bloodworms, my own raised mosquito larvae (now frozen but live in season), and NorthFin Betta Bits. 30% Water change every week or two. No tank mates (he's killed every bladder snail). I don't medicate and haven't had to. I went to my local fish store where I bought him (independent, not big box), and the dude knew nothing when I asked him what to do...but he did google it, and regurgitated whatever he saw, and I eventually told him to stop talking. LOL! All other aspects of the fish's behavior are normal...although I think he really likes his new streamlined look and is happily swimming, flaring, and bugging the cat ("you want a piece of me?" he says with his attitude). Sorry this is so long. Any insight? Thanks in advance!!
When my beta fish got fin rot I rushed to the store and bought the cheapest medicine they had... it didn’t work so I bought TC Tetracycline, not the cheapest thing in in world, but it lasts forever, and only a few doses completely cured his fin rot. Now I have had my fish for about 2 years and he is still happy and healthy 😆 Edit: I also found that the Omega One Betta Buffet pellets work great for my Betta, they have no shrimp meal, fish meal etc.
I noticed the Japanese bridge in the background. I'm pretty sure you got it at the ADA store in Japan. I got one while I was there too. Good care video Cory.
Okay, everyone convinced me. No sorority tank. I only want healthy, happy little fish for the pleasure of watching them. Good enough for me. I will leave the real fish keeping to the experts!!
Thanks Cory, you have definitly saved a betta today from either death or mistreatment, i bought him 5 hours ago and hes been sitting in the aquarium at 72°F because i for some reason totally forgot that bettas prefer warmth so ive bumped the heater up to the 79°F Lets hope i have not caused too much damage to the poor thing
Great advice!!! Sharing this one, hoping a couple of ppl I know will watch it and improve their betta's environment 😎 Looking forward to seeing the videos from AEthis weekend, safe travels 💕👍
I am considering getting a betta myself as I am a little tired of only owning plecos and danios and luckily I have a nice 16 liter tank with a good heater and filter
Recently, my giant nearly-3in male King passed away. I didn't have him for that long, only a few months, but given his size I'm guessing he was already older when I bought him. Nonetheless, I am sad he is gone. At least I still have 4 more to hopefully fill my years with peacefulness, and this is only the beginning for me. :)
I literally had to go buy the essentialls for my sisters platinum betta last minute because she never upgraded her gallon tank like she promised. Fixed the broken filter like she promised. Gave it a heater like she promised or even fed him without me doing the feeding. poor dude has fin rot so I bought her some aquarium salt in hopes she can fix it on her own after the settup. Im sending her the link to this so she can't tell me Im lying about the care requirements anymore
Another option for a 10 gallon would be to go to Petsmart and get the Great Start 10 gallon kit. It is about $30 and includes the tank, a filter (internal with flow control), lid and LED lights. I've had this set for a couple years now and it has worked just fine for me. Additional equipment you need would be a heater and a thermometer. Excellent video, Cory! 😀
Yeah it's suitable if you just want to keep the betta only. The LED lights that comes with these kits can barely handle plants...even low light plants will have a tough time.
i went to a pet store a few days ago to get a new set up for my betta fish. i got him a few weeks ago as a gift “weird but🤷🏼♀️” and at first i had no idea how to care for them but after doing some research i fixed his set up and got him a bigger tank. but while i was at the pet store i asked where i could find a water heater and a filter for a betta. i told the guy i had a 5gal tank and i needed something for that size. not only did he say that i didn’t need a tank that size, but he also told me that i didn’t need a heater...i think that’s half the reason why people mistreat bettas so much is because most pet store employees don’t know what they are doing.
i agree with everything in this video except the bowl part.not only will u be water changing every day(which is really stressful for your betta)your betta needs more room to swim i would say at least a 2.5 gallon enclosure(3 gallons for a king betta or a betta with abnormaly long fins)with a heater and a filter.(a heater is optional as long as your house is heated at 80 degrees ferenheit 24-7 and have a back up plan if the power goes out).also bowls don't come with lids so if you do have all the requirements for a bowl i would either put seran wrap with holes(bettas are a labyrinth fish so that means they get oxygen from the surface)or leave an inch of unfilled bowl(i would not recommend this because it is already a small space for the betta).like cory i recommend a 10 gallon tank even if you have a heater, filter and a minimum tank size for the betta you still will be stressing out that betta by doing water changes every other day. because you would be stressing out the fish so frequently it will start to get sick and trust me meds are NOT cheap. so all in all if you really think about it it costs much more and its more time consuming and unnecessary stress for the fish to have a dinkey little bowl rather than a beautiful stress free tank. the only time i would be fine with putting a betta in such a small space is for a temporary breeding breeding situation and even then you would have to be an experienced expert to make this as stress free as possible and remember its very temporary. so that's my input from someone who has had bettas and knows breeders.
my neighbor has a betta (male) and has had it for 2 years inside a BOWL. its barely a gallon and the water is a little over halfway filled. I had a .7 "self cleaning" tank but I always did a 100% water change a week (yes I know it's bad, I didn't know then) and then a month ago, I upgraded to a 3 gallon tank with a filter and heater, and all the necessities. (it was cycled) I had my fish for 4 months now
Thank you!! I was looking for a video to share with new betta fish owners I’m going to share this with them it’s perfectly simple so they can get started :)

Thanks for this video. 1 quick question: Approximately what flow rate on a submersible dedicated sponge filter should I set for a 3 gallon betta tank? (I have unplugged the HOB filter that came with the tank kit. It's the Marineland Contour 3 gallon tank.) I have a control valve on the airline from the pump; I just don't know how high or low to set the bubble/flow rate. I currently have it set very low and the fish seems to like it but I don't know if setting a sponge filter that low will allow the filter to do its job and build up a nice colony of BB. (This is a brand new tank -- only about 5 days up and running with 1 male betta. I am monitoring the ammonia and it's currently at 0.05ppm. I used Seachem Prime and SafeStart Plus to start the tank. I haven 't done any water changes as of yet but am keeping a close eye on the ammonia alert that's suction cupped to the inside of the tank.) I have 2 silk plants that take up the back and 1/3-1/2 of the front of the tank and hide the sponge filter that's in the center/back. I also have 2 betta hammocks and about 1.5" of gravel on the bottom. There's one little rock formation that I sanded before placing in the tank because I could feel sharp edges. Sandy is definitely coming out of his shy shell and really explores the tank and is claiming the high ground now, as opposed to the first day or two when he just hung down at the bottom of the tank, except for coming up for air. We now seem to be developing a sort of non-verbal communication when it comes to feeding. I see him at the top and he looks at me and I tap the top of the glass and drop in some food and he swims up to the food and eats it. I feed him about 4 pellets of BioGold 2x's a day with a few freeze dried bloodworms as treats at various times to make sure he doesn't just get locked into one thing to eat. I also have Bug Bites that I alternate with the BioGold -- about 4 pellets max.I feed him very sparingly. H20 temp is 79 degrees thanks to a digital thermometer, and I also have a thermometer to double check the heater's thermostat display that has an alarm if the temps happen to go too much lower or higher. I have a whole house standby generator for emergencies but you never know. Thanks in advance. NOTE: I do recognize now that a 3 gallon tank is the bare minimum and I do have a 5 gallon "hospital tank" up and running that might end up being the tank I put Sandy in.
I'd like to put a 15 gallon betta tank together this holiday season. I'd like it to be christmas themed. I'm thinking of using red gravel with a few green & red silk/soft fake plants...and I'm not sure what to do with decorations yet. I'd love to find a tank safe christmas tree deco of some sort. I'd also like to use some christmas paper on the back of the tank. I'll be going for a all white, or a white/red betta. My question is...is there any green/red small fish that would be easy to care for and would be okay to be in the tank with my betta? I wouldn't mind having some shrimp too, but am afraid the betta may eat them.
My teacher has a beta in horrible condition and I feel REALLY bad not doing anything about it. So I’m gonna try and convince her to let me take care of it (still at the school) wish me luck!!
I don’t know if you’ll see this, but..... I have a small point, filter, pump. I need advice on how to keep the algae down. The water is crystal clear but everything in the pond is green. Fish are thriving. I’ve got gold fish, guppies, Rosen reds, albino cat fish, one huge Plako (sp) and a few snails.
I have a 3 gallon tank for right now. Planning on getting a bigger one later but for now how often do I have to change the water and can you describe the process for me?
I was thinking of putting a betta in a 6 gallon critter keeper. With pebbles that I got from like menerds. I also will be getting a small heater and filter. He might have a small snail friend. Do you think this is an OKAY cage idea?
I have a betta in a 10 gallon with 6 green neon tetras, 5 pygmy cory cats, and 3 amano shrimp. My tank is heavily planted and I do 50% water changes once a week. Would you say that is too over stocked for a 10 gallon???
If you want to add more fish, it would make sense to buy more green neons and/or pigmy corys because they will feel more comfortable if kept in bigger groups.
During the summer I spent more then two full days doing basically only research on fish and ended up deciding that a Betta was the best option except money wise. At the moment I sadly shouldn't spend to much money on random stuff that might not work out.
I have a betta in a 10 gallon tank. I've been doing water changes every week or two with about 3 gallons of RO water after letting it sit for a day or two. It seems to be working out fine. Is this ok or should I be adding anything to the water? I added some API aquarium salt to the last batch of water after someone suggested it.
Hey bud, how is everything with you? I had an emergency betta question!! Our betta is doing pine cone/ dropsy all of a sudden, she is lethargic and not swimming very well! Please help when you get a chance, it would be greatly appreciated
My betta fish is very active as I stay in a hot region and it is very warm but is it normal to swim like fast all day because it swims from one side of the tank to another.thanks
Tbh I much prefer a live planted filtered and heated 5gal for any of the long finned betta variety. I find the ultra heavily finned males [halfmoon, superdelta, even veiltails] tend to not use the tank space a 10gal will give them. Plakat makes and female betta will use the entirety of a 10 gal and if you can find a giant plakat it's like having a tiny cheaper arowana in a 10gal lol. Honestly I'm just glad we finally have decent filters and heaters for tanks under 10gal, I got so tired of trying to find a heater that wouldn't fry my betta years ago and now even big box pet stores have options.
Should I upgrade from a 3 gallon to a 5 or 10? I know I should have a bigger one but should I upgrade? I don’t know if my dad would let me upgrade, but right now it’s just cycling.
I was going to get a betta tomorrow and I can only afford a 3.5 gallon tank and now I’m starting to feel guilty, is there something I can do to insure my betta will be as happy as can be but under a tight budget?
Not disagreeing with Cory at all, I always love his content but my Betta lives happily in a 2.5 gallon. It is filtered and heated so I think you should be fine. The low flow is extremely important in smaller tanks however. I use a mini sponge filter. A lot of people agree that 2.5 is minimum but I don't blame Cory for saying 10 gallon. He is obviously going to recommend the best case scenario for the fish. Just make sure to get a filter, heater and test kit to keep up with how often and how much water to change. Oh and when buying the heater make sure to get one rated for the tank and that will cut off when it reaches the desired temp. A small body of water would overheat quickly if the heater doesn't cut off at a certain temp. I use the marina preset nano heater. Mine is the 10 watt version. Good luck!
I don't get why people put them in bowls. Like fish health aside, a bowl often costs more than a tank. You can get a 10 gallon tank for $10, or a 1/2 gallon betta tank for $15. And the 10 gallon is actually easier to care for in terms of nitrates/nitrites.

Short, sweet, and always on point. I love bettas. Tank temp is so important with these pretty babies, glad you made a point of that.
For a filter I DEFINITELY recommend a aquaclear hang on back. Relatively cheap and great quality along with lots of customization
@Jamey Craig I use HOB filters in ten gallons w/Bettas. I add a piece of sponge at the output to slow down the water flow. It works fine and adds a another layer of filtration.
I feel like this might be one of your most impactful videos yet! I bet it'll help a ton of people!
Been researching about bettas. Thanks for getting straight to the point!
Love this! I have a female white dumbo in my 38g community. She's so happy in there! My other one is in a comfy 5.5 also planted. They need room to be happy.
You could keep 2 in a 38
It's so common, it's easy to forget how sweet of a fish it is!
Thank you so much for making this video, it was really helpful for getting everything ready for a betta.
We just got a betta fish and I really want the best for it so I’m researching about it and what it needs, thanks this really helped :)
Hey, im buying a betta fish too, can we be friends so we can share what we reseached?
I love my betta he’s in a 20 gallon with 5 corydoras now I noticed you liked my Instagram post a few days ago about him too!!!
Man this dude is a betta expert
Love these beautiful, crusty little fish. They’re so smart and wonderful. Their grumpy little cute faces give me so much life. My advice? Bond with your betta. They’re smart enough to recognize who you are, and they can play around with you and greet you whenever you approach the tank. It’s rewarding to see those cute little eyes looking at you with so much intrigue.
My Hades lives in a community tank with shrimp, snails and my five guppies. Guppy Days, Guppy Gilmore, The Pursuit of Guppyness, Guppy-Go-Lucky and Guppy Hour.
*You can check out our video on betta tank mates here:* ua-cam.com/video/JmUTEUoY6Jg/v-deo.html
You should do a video on crayfish
Just wanted to know, how to keep betta in a community tank?
Hey, hoping someone experienced could help me out here. I have my betta in a 3 gallon tank (I will be upgrading to a 25 soon) and he tends to go float under the heater in a little divot I made for him at the bottom of the tank a lot. He does swim around still but i'm worried i've done something wrong and he is sick.
The temperature is a constant 25.5C (78F)
He has plenty of swimming space and a few hiding places
the filter and air-stone are both on low flow so he doesn't get pushed around
I feed him 4-8 pellets twice a day and have his lights on for 10 hours
i have seen products at the petshop like 'betta leaves' that are intended for them to rest on.
Love my three bettas. May be looking at a sorority tank when I learn more about it. Love the betta videos. Thank you!
Tread carefully, resources on sorority tanks are highly variable and not always reliable long-term.
I keep 4 bettas in a tank they are all female they get along fine
Wouldn’t recommend it if you’re a beginner.
OK Cory, I love your channel, and I have learned so much about fishkeeping from you. I have n+1 syndrome and am looking to create a community tank in November.
Question (loooong intro, tho):
I have a Betta splendens for 4.5 months who just started nipping his fins.
Hi Cory, you are the best on line teacher out their, always great video mate.
loved the video. just got a betta on the weekend actually, so good timing!
Bettas are one of my favorite fish, I have two halfmoon bettas.
When my beta fish got fin rot I rushed to the store and bought the cheapest medicine they had... it didn’t work so I bought TC Tetracycline, not the cheapest thing in in world, but it lasts forever, and only a few doses completely cured his fin rot. Now I have had my fish for about 2 years and he is still happy and healthy 😆
Edit: I also found that the Omega One Betta Buffet pellets work great for my Betta, they have no shrimp meal, fish meal etc.
I noticed the Japanese bridge in the background. I'm pretty sure you got it at the ADA store in Japan. I got one while I was there too. Good care video Cory.
I did get it while in Japan, just not sure if I got it while at the ada store. I think so though!
Oh hey! I've seen you on Fishkeepers Amino, how's it been going on there? I haven't been on there for awhile now because I can't use my phone.
Okay, everyone convinced me. No sorority tank. I only want healthy, happy little fish for the pleasure of watching them. Good enough for me. I will leave the real fish keeping to the experts!!
Same!
Yes I agree betta for community tank and bigger tank🙏💛❤️🙏👍🙏👍👍 great information..
Thank you so much. I really hope you have just saved a load of bettas from short lives in miserable conditions.
Thanks Cory, you have definitly saved a betta today from either death or mistreatment, i bought him 5 hours ago and hes been sitting in the aquarium at 72°F because i for some reason totally forgot that bettas prefer warmth so ive bumped the heater up to the 79°F
Lets hope i have not caused too much damage to the poor thing
Well you did, the "bump" to 79f should be a gradual increase
Great advice!!! Sharing this one, hoping a couple of ppl I know will watch it and improve their betta's environment 😎
Looking forward to seeing the videos from AEthis weekend, safe travels 💕👍
I’m getting a betta fish soon I’m 12 thanks for preparing me

Im sending her the link to this so she can't tell me Im lying about the care requirements anymore
just read the betta care guide on the blog, I wish this was in every fish store that sell these fish to people who buy those small ass betta tanks
I got my starter 20gallon for about $40 might aswell spend the extra if you can
@@alexxc7015 from what store did you buy that
@@ericqian461 got it at petco.. but on sale.. i think they regularly go for 60
i went to a pet store a few days ago to get a new set up for my betta fish. i got him a few weeks ago as a gift “weird but🤷🏼♀️” and at first i had no idea how to care for them but after doing some research i fixed his set up and got him a bigger tank. but while i was at the pet store i asked where i could find a water heater and a filter for a betta. i told the guy i had a 5gal tank and i needed something for that size. not only did he say that i didn’t need a tank that size, but he also told me that i didn’t need a heater...i think that’s half the reason why people mistreat bettas so much is because most pet store employees don’t know what they are doing.
i agree with everything in this video except the bowl part.not only will u be water changing every day(which is really stressful for your betta)your betta needs more room to swim i would say at least a 2.5 gallon enclosure(3 gallons for a king betta or a betta with abnormaly long fins)with a heater and a filter.(a heater is optional as long as your house is heated at 80 degrees ferenheit 24-7 and have a back up plan if the power goes out).also bowls don't come with lids so if you do have all the requirements for a bowl i would either put seran wrap with holes(bettas are a labyrinth fish so that means they get oxygen from the surface)or leave an inch of unfilled bowl(i would not recommend this because it is already a small space for the betta).like cory i recommend a 10 gallon tank even if you have a heater, filter and a minimum tank size for the betta you still will be stressing out that betta by doing water changes every other day. because you would be stressing out the fish so frequently it will start to get sick and trust me meds are NOT cheap. so all in all if you really think about it it costs much more and its more time consuming and unnecessary stress for the fish to have a dinkey little bowl rather than a beautiful stress free tank. the only time i would be fine with putting a betta in such a small space is for a temporary breeding breeding situation and even then you would have to be an experienced expert to make this as stress free as possible and remember its very temporary. so that's my input from someone who has had bettas and knows breeders.
my neighbor has a betta (male) and has had it for 2 years inside a BOWL. its barely a gallon and the water is a little over halfway filled.
This is exactly what I needed. I am a decent fish keeper and am wanting to get a Rasbora/Betta tank. P.S I am trying to make it to Aquatic Experience. Keep it up!
my eleven year old son has had a 37 gallon tank for month and half and has finally made a decision on center piece fish which is a betta. he also wants a busy tank. so now trying to figure out what i can put with betta s . keep hearing diiferent things . not sure what to do . watch your videos alot. i keep cichlids in my living room. so trying to help my son be sucessful with his aquarium. he has problems sleeping at night so an aquarium has really helped him.
the betta is my favorite fish and currently own one now
Thanks for making this video as im going to be adopting a betta fish soon
Frozen Bloodworms are better than freeze dried. Freeze dried holds pretty much no nutrients in it
This is the best explanation on bettas video. Thank you
I'm colony breeding these guys in a 80 gallon outside.
Great advice
You Guys are 1 in a Million..Thank You
If I am getting a 2 gallon tank for my beta can I get a smaller fish? What kind of fish do betta work well with? And how often should I clean my tank?
I haven 't done any water changes as of yet but am keeping a close eye on the ammonia alert that's suction cupped to the inside of the tank.)
I have 2 silk plants that take up the back and 1/3-1/2 of the front of the tank and hide the sponge filter that's in the center/back.
Awesome video Cory
My teacher has a beta in horrible condition and I feel REALLY bad not doing anything about it. So I’m gonna try and convince her to let me take care of it (still at the school) wish me luck!!
I don’t know if you’ll see this, but..... I have a small point, filter, pump. I need advice on how to keep the algae down. The water is crystal clear but everything in the pond is green. Fish are thriving. I’ve got gold fish, guppies, Rosen reds, albino cat fish, one huge Plako (sp) and a few snails.
Watching this and I’m dead because I’m new and I want to protect my baby he’s shy and I love him!
I have a 3 gallon tank for right now. Planning on getting a bigger one later but for now how often do I have to change the water and can you describe the process for me?
Great video betas a a great fish for beginners and experienced hobbyists!

I absolutely love your channel. Thank you for all the great advice.
Nope, that sounds like it may even be a bit under stocked if it's planted heavily.
@@AquariumCoop ok thanks, what do you suggest adding to the tank stocking wise???
harlequin rasboras, embra tetras or green rasboras etc, avoid swordtails and guppies as they will attack.
If you want to add more fish, it would make sense to buy more green neons and/or pigmy corys because they will feel more comfortable if kept in bigger groups.
@@kiri23234 thank you, I was thinking of adding some more corys to make it a bigger school.
During the summer I spent more then two full days doing basically only research on fish and ended up deciding that a Betta was the best option except money wise. At the moment I sadly shouldn't spend to much money on random stuff that might not work out.
This was very helpful, I am thinking about buying a betta fish
Good advice for beginners.
Thanks for being quick and concise. Love it. 💯
Thanks for the quick, great advice!!

My betta fish is very active as I stay in a hot region and it is very warm but is it normal to swim like fast all day because it swims from one side of the tank to another.thanks

Great video!
Great video the kind I love to watch buddy keep them coming we need a house tour of ur fish tanks
Working on it. Want to show off all the new stuff I’ve got planned. I’ve got new tanks of fish etc :)
I have a 5 gallon tank and I have neon tetras and glowlight tetras in mine. I also have amano shrimp
Well Said Cory, Some great Tips for better care. :)
Should I upgrade from a 3 gallon to a 5 or 10? I know I should have a bigger one but should I upgrade? I don’t know if my dad would let me upgrade, but right now it’s just cycling.
My favorite place to get supplies.
From srilanka will come to visit you buddy
Just got a bonsai tree and I’m trying to have a bonsai/ Beta fish scape. Thanks for the vid!
brohamm, you had me at "the quick"
I can agree with the Beta temp wise, I don't swim until the pool is 84.
