- After 32 years of service, Sanitation Worker Raymond Watson worked his last route. His daughter Beverly, also one of NYC's Strongest, worked alongside her father on his last day.

I'm in Canada's largest city, Toronto, I would Love to have you come here and drive around, have a few walks with me and compare how Toronto fares up to NYC and maybe before you leave we could go talk to city council and upgrade the system here that is much needed.

That is great God bless Mr. Watson for his service of 32 years, I know the feeling of doing that kind of work because I myself did 25 years with NYC Dept of Sanitation I did 10 years at the MTS that is the dump and 15 years behind the truck at Manhattan West 9 Garage and before that two years with NYC Transit back in the 80's and before that NYC Dept of Parks from 1979-1981 Lower East Side so I had my share too.
Man I'd love to work somewhere like that.
Sanitation is a great job, but i would recommend to wear face protection, lots of health risks but youll be fine mostly. Just try to stay clean always

Does anybody know what the city and Harry Nespoli are trying to do to the nycity retirees? If they can change our medical benefits after we signed a contract when we first started the job, imagine what else they can do. Disgrace!!!
