The Rainwilds would definitely be on my list. I also think it would be cool to hangout in the world in Travis Baldree's books, Legends and Lattes, etc. I'm not sure what it's called. And there's a series called the Innkeeper Chronicles by Ilona Andrews that has an amazing location. The inns are bigger on the inside than they appear, and the Innkeeper can change them around and create amazing rooms for all the alien guests that stay there. And there's a door in the inn that leads to an alien marketplace world where you can get anywhere else in the universe. I wish I could stay in the Inn. It's a pretty cool self-pub series too.
Woah that Inn setting sounds so cool! And the setting for Legends and Latte’s is a great call I enjoyed that book and setting a lot. Thanks for watching and interacting!
When a dentist get a plague from you, he gives you a crown, lol! The first version of The Land would be a cool place to hang out as long as Thomas Covenant wasn't around.
The Discworld would be amazing! The Shire as a Hobbit would be great as a human probably not so great! All the suspicious glances from the locals at the outsider and having to constantly walk around inside bent over our banging my head would get old quick 😂
This was such a great topic Colin! I was shocked that you chose the wall, but that’s because I’m a whimp. 😂😂 Trehaug would be pretty cool. I also think the underground Elderling city would be fascinating to explore.
Haha idk something about The Wall has always been appealing to me in a strange way. But YES the underground city what a great one! Thanks for watching, Chas!
Really great choices, I'd pack my bags and join you, haha. I was wondering which place in the RotE you'd choose, and I highly approve of this pick. The wonder I felt when discovering that city was just unparalleled!! I would personally love to visit the city of Nadezra in The Mask of Mirrors, the floating continents in the world of the Risen Kingdoms series, and honestly Hogwarts!! Great video, looking forward to the other versions you put up in the poll ;)
Floating continents!? That sounds insane! And yes to Hogwarts that would be such a cool experience to explore that vast and magical castle. Great choice. Thanks so much for watching, Esmay!
@@ColinsCornerYT Yeah you should definitely put The Risen Kingdoms by Curtis Craddock on your radar, one of my favourite underrated series with some of the BEST world building!!!
Although it is a scary place, I would like to see Scadrial from Mistborn Era 1 with my own eyes. And I wouldn't mind spending a few decades in RandLand.
I’ve not read any content in either of these worlds, but part of spending time in a scary or rough setting is also appealing to me. I think because it’s so different than what I’ve been exposed to.
I’ll meet you at the Green Dragon, first ale’s on me. The Wall’s too damned cold for me, and I like women too much, so I’d definitely never take the black, but I might do a Tyrion: drop by long enough to see it then GTFO as quick as possible. 😆

The Shire seems like such a great place to hang out. I will say getting to explore outside the Wall for a week or so would be pretty cool
I agree I’d love to go out with a group of people and just see what’s out there!

Haha good one, Jared! I’m unfamiliar with The Land. Haven’t read any Covenant yet but I would love to.
Definitely the Shire and Rainwilds. Also the world Naomi Novik created in her Temaraire series because it would be cool to be able to ride a dragon.
My friend Ben from Books with Benghis Khan loves Temeraire! I’ve never read those, but would love to.
I absolutely 100% agree with the Shire. Eating six or so meals a day and smoking pipe-weed sounds like the dream. This is such a fun idea for a video!
Thanks, Caleb! And thanks for watching my man!
The Discworld would be amazing!

Hahaha you make some fine points man…things I did not consider. I still think it would be worth the side eyes and sore lower back!
@@ColinsCornerYT I suppose as long as you took some fireworks with you then they would be more welcoming 🎆
Great choices, Colin! If there's a heaven, for me it looks like the Shire.
I hope if there is one, it is just like The Shire! Thanks for watching, Philip!
Yesssssssssssss Trehaug and the House would be so awesome to hang out in!!! Plus I’d totally join you for a sleepy week on the wall
Let’s goooo! Another Wall supporter!

The Shire is #1 for sure! Not sure if I agree with The Wall (I hate the cold) and The House (pretty sure I would go insane lol). Awesome video!
Thanks man! Idk why those 2 places are enticing to me I think just because it’s so vastly different than anything I’ve been exposed to before.
Definitely would love to visit The Shire and Discworld! The House and Rain Wilds sound pretty cool too and those books are on my list
Speaking of Discworld…when are we continuing 😂.
@@ColinsCornerYT slot it in when you have time, I’m thinking that’ll be in March?
@bardsandbooks more than likely yes, but if I blow through my reads this month I’ll let you know!
Great video and yeah chilling with the homies in the shire just straight boolin is the way to go. Same goes for hanging in the Pannion Domin
Hahaha the Pannion Domin 😂
I wouldn't want to live there, but I'd love to visit D&D's Forgotten Realms.
I’m unfamiliar with that world, but know a lot of people love that series!

I think Narnia is a place I would love to visit
After I released this, my wife said the same thing as you!

Do a Tyrion 😂 love it. And sounds good man you name a time and place and I’ll meet you at the Dragon!
Keep me the fuck out the world of malazan, I love it but it ain’t the nicest place.
Hahaha I agree with this.
Give me a barrel full of pipe tobacco & a big block of cheese and a lifetime of repose in the Shire plz & thank you
Bingoooooo. Come on who wouldn’t want this?
