Yes Adam, its always a downer after leaving the beauty of the mountains to come into Glasgow. I had to move mate as I just couldnt live in UK cities anymore and its been a lifechanger! Stress levels have came right down and I wake up looking forward to the day again. Its great to see you living the life of freedom and I look forward to what the future brings on your channel.

You should use a wooden spoon in a non stick pan because the metal spoon will scratch the Teflon coating off good to see you out and about so soon after the epic fwance trip

I was by Loch Lomond last week and the weather was beautiful, must have been just after all that bad weather. Heading south afterwards I did exactly the same thing in the Clyde tunnel lol

Travelling back from Skye a few weeks ago after trying to view the Corona I called in at Glencoe Three Sisters for a night on the River Coe. Absolutely beautiful. I then called in at the Ski resort for lunch moving onto a stop over at the south end of Lock Lomand similar to you. The s/o was a road parallel to the A82 but found many migrants camped there. Felling a little unsure I travelled towards Glasgow but did a right turn to a beautiful little spot north west of Dumbarton opposite Port Glasgow on the Clyde. Similar view to your stop over. Fantastic. Love Scotland.

@@wanderingwhere Yes it was brilliant. Avoiding Glasgow I took the Greenock road and travelled down the Firth coast Inverkip to West Kilbride.. Fabulous. Last s/o was at Dumfries University Campus close to M6 for ease of movement. Only had one poor s/o and that was at Kyle of Lochaish. Great view of the bridge but noisey.
Good idea to add the rice with the curry and cook together. I do this in my van as easier quicker and less washing up.
It all goes down the same hope after all He He .

Another amazing mini misadventure. Hope the rib has now healed. If ever you get around Dundee, there's always Dundee Law to drive up/walk up for a view point. Stay safe, stay stealthy.

We paddleboarded over to Inchconnachan in May last year. Although we didn’t see the Wallabies they are very much still on the Island 🤗
My partner Kathleen and I saw you yesterday and waved at very last second. We were in convoy, with our roofs down, alongside Loch Ness headed to Fort Augustus and you were headed towards Inverness in the Mighty Crib. Tried to give you much room of possible but was narrow there and lot of cycles too. So good to spot you in the flesh, wish the Best trip North don’t you know! 🙏🏽😜
Oh wow hi, yeh I was just leaving that road is narrow the other side of the loch is better for driving but this side is best for camping :)

No way!!! I walk my dog on Powfoot beach, was there Friday evening in the lush sun and was wondering when you'd eventually rock up in that car park! 😂
When the tide and the sun are out it's a lovely walk on the mud flat beach with the light reflecting off the thin layers of water above the hard sand.
The Solway truly is the way of the sun, rising above the Pennines, lighting up the Cumbrian mountains then setting behind Criffel.
The height restriction poles might make a come back one day, they kept getting hit by plonkers in their camper vans so I'm guessing they had to be taken down for safety.
I was there when some genius took out their skylight roof on it. Height restriction manually lowered by another half a metre the expensive way that day. 😬

You’ve probz done most of the Scottish trip but head to aberfoyle then onwards to Inversnaid, lots of nice spots. Then back to aberfoyle over the dukes pass then callander

You never lean. Make check lists before setting out then you won't forget anything and more importantly your not carrying excess weight of things like a diesel heater that you can't use cause you forgot the bag of necessary bits required to use it.😅😅😂

As someone whos also injured my ribs multiple times - in the same area - I strongly advise you to take it easy bro!
Yeh been resting fir a few weeks I've done a few over the year 3 times this left side ... it hurts but its the annoyance that bugs me the most

You can visit the wallaby Island... Ive camped there several times when younger... my old man had a speed boat and we used to do wake boarding - thats twenty five yrs ago so i dont know if you can camp on there these days.
Cool ill look into it ... always wanted to do wake boarding never got the chance
@@wanderingwhere - was great fun, i wasnt very good but was enjoyable - you could get into the old lasses house too for a look around, although like i say it was many years ago i dont know if the house is even still standing or not - you'll be a natural on a wake board with your snowboarding prowess !!

Glasgow is a brilliant city to visit and the people are great, however, you dont drive through Glasgow if you like your car because its pothole central, where I live in Argyll is bad enough but glasgow is next level.

Deffinately true about them wallabies. Saw a UA-cam channel on it. Group of UA-cam lads went out on a dinghy to the island and camped over night. No humans on there but there was deffinately wallabies 😂😂😂

Hmmmm maybe it's an omen not to do the NC500 and instead do what I did and work out your own route that went around the whole coast of Scotland👍Having said that I can imagine a lot of people will be watching you closely doing the NC500, especially if they're thinking of doing it themselves .... maybe the whole coast could be something for the future 🤔
