One more thing..tinnitus responds to the fight of flight mechanism in humans.. so of course the more you think about it the louder it will become.. so imagine this... if just thinking about it makes it louder, than that means your brain can control it to a degree.. when you first realize it's there it's scary... but it will be ok.. focus on breathing really deep.. over and over.. calm yourself.. first week or 2 is hard.. because your in a panic.. BIT DONT WORRY.. YOU WILL BE OK.. your mind is incredibly powerful.. another example is some mornings I wake up.. and its gone.. really gone.. then I actually start to search for it... and keep searching until I find it again.. I sense it .. then it gets a bit louder.. then I think what in the hell am I doing looking for it.. haha. I belive I've always had it.. I just didn't focus on it... focusing causing fear... fear heightens the senses.. like listening for the enemy.. so you have to calm down... tinnitus IS NOT FOREVER.. YOU WILL BE OK.. breath deep... and know your going to be fine.. it will take a little while ..but you will survive.. and just sometimes hearing some one say it isn't forever.. will actually lower the person's ringing.. the mind.. very powerful.. use it to your advantage, learn to meditation, don't be afraid of the ringing.. learn to meditate right into it.. and through it.. that works.. dont be scared of the sound.. make it part of you.. and it will disappear.. goddbless and take care.. I will send each and every one of you energy..

Do you work on getting rid of tinnitus or did you just habituate to it?

    Hello from Romania!
I want to Thank you in the name of all tinittus sufferers for helping us.
I am 32y and have got tinittus about 3 weeks ago and started to follow your advice about 1 week ago.
Tinittus is not a joke and affects people lifesreally bad, I didn't know before it can suddenly appear out of nowhere but now watching your videos everything get sense to me.
I have impremented already dry fast and cold showers. Related to cold showers, they are really harsh (I guess the tap water temperature is below 10C) and once I have finished my cold shower my tinittus is easily spiked 200 %.
One more aspect is that in morning my T is nearly gone and gets activated while I am exposed to the daily surronding sound.

      Hi!
If the cold showers are doing that, then please take a break from them ☺️
Try saunas instead, or just no temperature therapy for now ☺️

I found you a few years ago when I had a bad mushroom trip and got tinnitus. It never went away. BUT! I learned to deal with it. I hardly notice it anymore even when it is deafening if I am focused on a task. The problem was the insane concern about tinnitus.

Glad to hear you mention methylene blue. It's the one supplement I've started taking that I immediately notice a positive benefit from. I feel so good when I take it

I have tinnitus I was told it is not from the Ear but from the brain. Could you tell us if that is true and if so where at in the brain. Thank you for your help

I also think its from the brain or the nerves where the two connect. It has different causes tho. Some from otoxic medicine some from damage for example.

Hi Liam! Just a quick question! What are your opinions on ETD? I have seen the video you posted 4 years ago and was wondering if your opinion has changed or if it still remains the same?
    Cheers!
