"Sheikhani" was originally performed by Asheq Yousip Ohanis of Dizataka Urmia, Iran. He gained fame for his soulful songs, unforgettable voice, and his unique talent to sing in Asheg style. Omar Bashir brings new life to this soulful song using old instruments with a modern influence.
