  • This episode, we show you three salads that are satisfying enough to be the main course. Christopher Kimball takes inspiration from Crete with a Cretan Salad, a cross between classic Greek salad and Italian panzanella. Milk Street Cook Rayna Jhaveri then makes Turkish Chickpea Salad that uses bright, fresh flavors to balance earthy chickpeas. Finally, Milk Street Cook Erika Bruce demonstrates Garlicky Lentil and Parsley Salad with Feta.

Whoever the FOOD PLANNER or the person that is putting together these segments in this NEW concept with the change of format, they should be FIRED!!!😒 I have been watching MILK street when it started on PBS and even before CHRIS started, and was always on AMERICAS TEST KITCHEN😊
But now all these RECIPES are awful, I just SUBSCRIBED and I'm thinking of unsubscribing I am going through VIDEO after video moving past several because every recipe is made with obscure ingredients that typical people cannot find in grocery stores or ingredients that are not appetizing like, garbanzo beans or cauliflower or kale🤢👎

That is your opinion. I personally love these new recipes. They are high in protein, low in fat, and most of the ingredients are very easily found in your grocery store!
